建立了一种改进的元胞自动机模型来模拟熔体对流条件下的二元合金三维枝晶的生长。模型中考虑了界面能各向异性和溶质扩散对固/液界面推移的影响,在同一套网格中耦合求解质量传输和液相流动方程,从而可以模拟溶质扩散和熔体对流之间的相互作用。使用该模型模拟了一定过冷度条件下,强制对流对Al-7%Si(质量分数,下同)合金三维枝晶生长形貌的影响。模拟结果表明,熔体强制对流导致迎流侧尖端溶质富集层减薄,枝晶生长出现了迎流生长现象。将模拟得到的溶质过饱和度与Oseen-Ivantsov解析解进行对比,当流速较大时两者吻合较好。同时模拟了三维和二维强制对流作用下枝晶生长形貌的演化,由于三维条件下对流使得熔体能够绕过垂直于对流方向的一次枝晶臂主干将溶质带到背流侧,而二维条件下只能绕过垂直方向一次臂的尖端,因此三维MCA模型能更准确地反映强制对流对枝晶生长的影响。  相似文献

基于耦合流场的相场模型,采用有限差分法对纯镍凝固过程中多晶粒枝晶生长过程进行模拟,研究了不同对流速度对纯镍多晶粒枝晶生长的影响。结果表明:无强制对流时,枝晶主干光滑无侧向分支产生;有强制对流时,上游枝晶生长受到促进,下游枝晶生长受到抑制,受熔体流动和晶粒间相互影响,枝晶形貌不再对称。随着对流速度的增加,上游枝晶生长加快,流动诱发侧向分支,形成发达的分支结构。中心晶粒上游枝晶尖端生长速度先减小后增大至稳态,最后停止生长。  相似文献

基于相场方法时包含多晶粒的纯物质凝固过程进行了数值模拟.以Ni-Cu合金为例,展示了多核晶粒形貌的生长过程,研究了流速、各向异性参数对多枝晶生长形貌的影响.结果表明:随着模拟时间的增加,各晶核的生长模式由自由生长演化为竞争生长;引入强制流动后,晶核生长为非对称的枝晶,上游枝晶臂的生长受到促进,下游臂受到抑制并向下倾斜生长,垂直臂受到的影响很小,但是它逐渐向迎流方向倾斜生长;随着流速的增大,多枝晶的非对称性增强,随着各向异性值的增大,各枝晶形貌大小逐渐增大,上游臂尖端界面的溶质堆积程度逐渐减弱.  相似文献

采用耦和流场的相场模型,考虑热扰动影响因素,模拟非等温条件下低雷诺数过冷熔体强迫层流对流动法向枝晶生长的影响。以高纯丁二腈(SCN)过冷熔体枝晶生长为例,分析熔体有流动和无流动时二次枝晶形貌差异的原因;研究过冷熔体层流速度、流动法向一次枝晶臂偏转角度和枝晶尖端生长速度之间的关系;推导枝晶尖端前沿熔体流动速度值与枝晶生长时间的理论表达式;定量对比其理论值与模拟值,结果吻合较好。  相似文献

为了更客观地再现强迫层流对多晶粒凝固过程的影响,自行设计了随机格子法以解决多个枝晶择优生长方向随机分布问题。以高纯丁二腈(SCN)为例,采用耦合流场的单相场模型研究强迫层流对多晶粒非等温生长过程的影响。结果表明:随机格子法可以更合理地处理枝晶择优取向随机分布问题,计算效率较高。当固相率较低时,熔体质点绕过枝晶流向下游侧,两枝晶臂之间的熔体流动速度值变大;在凝固计算时间小于1800Δt时,各个枝晶自由生长,上游侧枝晶臂均比下游侧枝晶臂发达;并且,熔体流入速度越快,固相率越高。当固相率较高时,多个枝晶臂相互交织,仅有未被枝晶包裹的残留熔体可以流动;同时,固相率趋于与熔体无流动时的固相率相同。  相似文献

基于Wheeler等提出的纯扩散相场模型,建立耦合溶质场、温度场和流场的相场模型,采用有限差分法对控制方程进行数值求解,研究Ni-Cu合金凝固过程中单晶粒枝晶和多晶粒枝晶在强制对流作用下的生长行为。结果表明:熔体的流动显著改变凝固前沿的传热和传质,从而改变枝晶的生长行为。在流速为6.43m/s的垂直强制对流作用下,上游枝晶受过冷熔体冲刷,枝晶尖端溶质浓度和温度低,实际过冷度大,枝晶生长迅速,稳态生长速度比纯扩散时增加28%;热量和溶质在下游富集,下游枝晶尖端溶质浓度和温度高,实际过冷度小,枝晶生长缓慢,稳态生长速度比纯扩散时减小26%。  相似文献

建立一种有效修正相场模型来模拟小平面枝晶生长形貌。通过该模型分别研究网格大小、各向异性值、过饱和度及不同重对称性对小平面枝晶生长形貌的影响。结果表明,随着时间的推移,晶核生长为六重对称性的小平面形貌。当网格尺寸大于640×640时,小平面形貌不受模拟网格大小的影响。随着各向异性值的增加,小平面枝晶的尖端速度增大到一个饱和值后再逐渐降小。随着过饱和度的增加,晶核从一个圆形演化为发达的小平面枝晶形貌。根据Wulff理论和对应的小平面对称性模拟形貌图,证明所提出的模型是有效的,并能够拓展到任意重对称性的晶核生长的模拟。  相似文献

基于Wheeler模型和Eggleston修正强界面能各向异性的方法,建立耦合溶质场和温度场的相场模型,模拟强界面能各向异性下Ni-Cu合金枝晶生长过程.结果表明:在强界面能各向异性作用下,界面方向枝晶生长不连续且枝晶出现棱角;由于枝晶尖端温度梯度和溶质梯度较大,枝晶生长迅速.当界面能各向异性强度低于临界值时,枝晶尖端生长速度随界面能各向异性强度的增加而增大;当界面能各向异性强度等于临界值时,枝晶尖端生长速度下降4.34%;当界面能各向异性强度大于临界值时,枝晶尖端生长速度随界面能各向异性强度的增加先增大到极大值后逐渐减小.当无量纲热过冷度较小时,晶体平衡形貌为类矩形;随着无量纲热过冷度的增加,晶体平衡形貌向枝晶转变,枝晶尖端生长速度先呈幂指数增加,然后呈线性增加,枝晶生长由扩散控制转变为动力学控制.  相似文献

研究纵向磁场对高温合金DZ417G定向凝固显微组织的影响。结果表明:在较低生长速率下,磁场能显著影响高温合金柱状枝晶的生长;低磁场(0.1T)能使枝晶生长规则化,生长方向逐渐统一并平行于磁场方向,一次枝晶臂间距减小;高磁场(2T)破坏枝晶生长,枝晶发生断裂,逐渐出现一些云状组织;随着生长速率的增大,磁场的影响逐渐减弱。并从磁场诱发热电磁对流和熔体流动影响枝晶生长的角度对实验结果进行分析。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
