为了保证三辊连轧过程中棒材的成型精度,研究了TC4钛合金棒材的宽展。采用正交试验优化设计方法设计数值模拟方案,在Marc有限元平台上,研究轧制工艺参数(轧制温度、轧制速度、孔型内切圆直径、轧辊直径、摩擦系数)对宽展的影响,并分析了各参数的影响显著性顺序。在此基础上,建立了三辊轧制TC4棒材的宽展模型。试验在自行研制的8机架Y型连轧机上进行,孔型系统为平三角-圆。宽展测量结果和模型计算结果吻合较好。 相似文献

基于软件MSC.Marc建立了高锰无磁钢在不同变形参数下异步轧制过程的三维有限元模型。利用该模型对异步轧制过程进行了数值模拟,分析了异速比、压下量和初轧温度对轧件平均宽展的影响规律。结果表明:轧件平均宽展随着压下量的增大和初轧温度的升高而增大;随着轧制异速比的增大,平均宽展先减小后增大。在压下量为20%、30%、40%时,平均宽展最小值对应的异速比为1.2,但当压下量增大至50%时,平均宽展最小值偏移到异速比为1.3处。基于以上分析结果,将异速比、压下量和初轧温度对宽展的影响规律引入芝原宽展公式,并对其进行了修正,使用修正后的公式进行了计算,计算结果与模拟结果相关性较好。 相似文献

采用有限元软件MSC.MARC,建立了宽厚板轧制过程三维热-力耦合有限元模型。利用上述模型对实际宽厚板轧制过程进行模拟,对比模拟宽展和实测宽展,证明了模型的可靠性。通过对4种典型尺寸轧件轧制过程的模拟,得到了摩擦力和摩擦系数在接触弧上的分布规律,以及摩擦系数与轧件边部形状和平均宽展对应的变化规律。结果表明,轧件自由表面处宽展量随摩擦系数的增大而减小,厚度对称面处宽展量随摩擦系数的增大而增大,而轧件的平均宽展量随摩擦系数的增大而减小。当板坯宽度减小、压下量增大时,随摩擦系数增大,平均宽展量减小的趋势更明显。基于以上模拟结果,将摩擦系数对宽展的影响规律引入芝原宽展计算公式,修正后公式计算结果与模拟结果符合较好。 相似文献

In alloy bar rolling process, the component of alloyed steel influenced the spread coefficient greatly, therefore, the component influence coefficient m of different alloyed steel has been determined firstly to calculate the maximum spread. Then the curvature radius of stress free surface and the "critical point on the contact boundary" have been solved, the surface profile of outgoing workpiece has been obtained. Furthermore, the formula of the equivalent contact section area has been proposed and the mean roll radius has been calculated. The bar rolling experiment and the rigid-plastic FEM (finite element method) simulation have been carried out to verify the novel approach. Sequence design for shape-rolling processes consists of roll pass and profile design, i.e., transforming the billet into a
final shape. For the prediction of the mean effective strain of the workpiece during rod rolling, an analytical model by Shinokura
and Takai was used. They verified the formula by applying it to a variety of rod-rolling geometries (oval-square, oval-round,
square diamond, and diamond-diamond). Today, on the other hand, the finite element (FE) techniques allow analysis of rolling
processes in such a way as to simplify the work of design engineers. In this study, a round-oval pass and a round-flat oval
pass are analyzed for steel rod rolling. In particular, the analysis of the spread, the surface profile, and cross-sectional
area of the workpiece were conducted during rolling. Experimental data such as the maximum spread and the radius are compared

对铜包铝复合棒材平辊冷轧时的金属流动进行数值模拟和实验研究.结果表明:由圆断面至扁断面的第一道次平辊轧制中侧边以变形宽展为主;在后续道次的平辊轧制过程中,滑动宽展的影响增大,侧边变形宽展的影响减小;当压下率为13.3%~26.7%时,摩擦因数对铜包铝棒材宽展率的影响较小,而当压下率大于33.3%时,摩擦因数对宽展的影响增大;铜包铝复合棒材的最大轧制压力在轧制入口端,断面上存在一条"X"状的等效应变带.实验结果与有限元分析结果具有良好的一致性.采用合适的轧制工艺,可获得铜包覆层分布均匀、铜铝复合界面无裂纹和分层、表面质量好的扁排. 相似文献

为分析钢轨万能轧制过程中轨头、轨腰以及轨底的纵向流动机理,根据钢轨断面特点,给出了轨头与轨底等效压下系数计算公式,并考虑了轨头与轨腰以及轨底与轨腰之间的金属横向流动体积的影响;基于轧制前后体积不变条件,推导出了轨头、轨腰及轨底的延伸系数计算模型,得到了钢轨各部分压下系数以及宽展系数对其纵向流动规律的影响。为验证理论模型,进行了钢轨的万能热轧实验,实测了不同轧制规程时钢轨各部分的延伸系数,并与理论计算结果进行比较。理论计算结果与实验结果误差不超过±5%,说明理论模型具有较高的预测精度,可用于钢轨万能轧制实践。 相似文献
