"相变-扩散钎焊(T/DB)"新工艺及其接头界面形貌   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为减小相变超塑性扩散连接的循环次数,提出了一种新型焊接工艺"相变-液相扩散焊(T/DB)",即在待焊母材间预先放入液相扩散焊用的中间层,然后按传统相变超塑性扩散连接工艺施焊,但要求温度循环的峰值温度须同时大于母材的相变点与中间层的熔点.试验以低碳钢为母材,以镍基非晶箔带(BNi2)为中间层,进行了低碳钢的相变-扩散钎焊(循环3次)与液相扩散焊接(1200℃×3 min)的对比试验.结果表明相变-液相扩散焊所需温度循环次数少,接头无界面空洞,其接合线呈非平面状;而液相扩散焊接头的接合线较平直.分析认为,界面的起伏是母材的适度溶解与超塑性流变共同作用的结果;非平面状界面有利于增大金属-金属接触面积及扩散通道的面积,为获得合格接头做出了相应贡献.  相似文献

提出了一种相变超塑性扩散焊与扩散钎焊结合起来的复合工艺-相变-扩散钎焊(T/DB),以低碳钢为母材,镍基非晶箔带(BNi2)为中间层,在更高峰值温度(1200℃)下试焊。结果表明,尽管高温停留时间短,且循环次数仅3次,仍获得了合格的接头,能谱分析可知焊后残留中间层中心区Fe含量高达约60%—70%;扩散入母材的Ni主要存在于母材的层片状珠光体区域,表明Ni在母材内的扩散通道优先选择含有大量相界面的区域进行扩散,将相界扩散分为动态相界扩散与静态相界扩散;论证了T/DB工艺中的高效扩散与相界扩散密切相关。  相似文献

研究了适于16Mn钢TLP焊用非晶态Ni-Si-B中间层合金的成分及相选择,在热力学模拟试验机上对16Mn钢进行了TLP焊接,分析了中间层合金的焊接性能、结合界面组织和接头力学性能.结果表明,非晶态镍基中间层合金在TLP焊16Mn钢的过程中具有良好的润湿性和铺展性.接头填充饱满,组织均匀,界面母材与原始组织相比未有粗化迹象.焊接工艺参数为轴向压力10 MPa、升温速度50℃/s、焊接温度1150℃和保温时间5min条件下,所得接头的弯曲角达90°.Ni基非晶态中间层实现了16Mn钢TLP焊高强度连接.  相似文献

为解决Ti-Zr-Ni-Cu中间层脆性大、加工困难、缺陷多的问题,研究了采用Ni箔作为中间层的TC4液相扩散焊技术。基于Ni-Ti共晶点及TC4材料的相变温度点选择焊接温度。当焊接温度低于共晶点942℃时,界面以固相扩散为主,接头处存在较大孔隙,中间层Ni箔残留;当焊接温度高于共晶点942℃时,界面出现固液扩散过程;当焊接温度为970℃,保温时间为120 min,焊接压力为0.1 MPa时,钛合金加Ni箔中间层能实现有效连接,焊接接头抗拉强度达到946 MPa,接近母材抗拉强度。  相似文献

相变-扩散钎焊是作者提出的一种将相变超塑性扩散焊与扩散钎焊结合起来的新型复合工艺,它具有所需温度循环次数少(与相变超塑性扩散焊相比)、高温停留时间短但扩散效率高(与扩散钎焊相比)、改善热影响区组织(与弧焊和扩散钎焊相比)等优点。针对其典型接头的界面接合形貌及缺陷,采用扫描电镜及能谱仪进行了分析。结果表明,界面接合良好,未观察到片状夹杂物、气孔及未焊合。而缺陷具有如下主要特点:存在于距离界面内部有一定距离的残留中间层内,并不在界面上;并非夹杂而是孔洞;尺寸远小于晶粒尺寸;稀疏且错落排列。分析认为该孔洞是由母材溶解到中间层中带来的碳还原母材与中间层氧化物所产生的CO气孔。  相似文献

对中间层合金、焊接工艺参数和母材晶体取向差对镍基单晶合金TLP扩散焊的影响进行了详细讨论。TLP扩散焊中间层成分设计较为成熟的方式是主要合金元素与母材成分相似,并以B为降熔元素;非晶箔带中间层相对于粉状中间层成分均匀且扩散速率快,有利于提高接头性能,是最适用的中间层形式;焊接温度、保温时间、焊接压力及焊后热处理等工艺参数应根据母材和接头性能要求以及加工工序合理选择;待焊试样晶体取向差应尽量减小或消除,避免接头中杂晶降低接头力学性能。  相似文献

采用氩气保护,在1230~1260℃、3~5MPa下,用镍基合金作中间层对10Cr9Mo1VNb钢管进行瞬时液相扩散焊,分析了不同焊接温度对其接头力学性能和显微组织的影响.结果表明:在焊接温度为1240℃时,接头的组织与母材最接近,力学性能最好.得出:中间层的扩散速度与焊接温度呈正比,母材的成分对焊接温度选择有重要影响.  相似文献

基于对预置中间层的1.6C-UHCS/40Cr超塑性焊接工艺方案的优化设计,在非真空及无保护气氛下,进行了超塑性焊接工艺试验.试验结果表明:选用轧制态工业纯铁中间层,能有效改善1.6C-UHCS/40Cr超塑焊界面区的塑性变形能力,提高焊接性.在预压应力56.6 MPa、焊接温度750℃、初始应变速率1.5×10-4/s的条件下,经10 min压接,接头抗拉强度为702 MPa,比不加中间层的接头强度提高35%,达相同热力循环下40Cr母材的抗拉强度.  相似文献

采用镍基合金作为中间层,在不同的工艺参数下对铁铬铝合金进行了扩散焊试验。采用金相显微镜观察接头区域的微观组织,并用万能材料试验机测试接头的拉伸性能,研究了扩散焊工艺参数对接头性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,焊接温度和保温时间对接头质量有很大影响,焊接压力仅在低温情况下才能明显提高接头焊接质量。在本试验条件下,铁铬铝合金添加镍基合金为中间层扩散焊的最佳工艺参数为:焊接温度1 020℃,焊接压力0 MPa,保温时间5 min。在最佳工艺条件下,接头焊接质量良好,接头的抗拉强度可达538 MPa,达到母材强度的70%。  相似文献

Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, has proposed a method for oxidative leaching of chromite with potassium hydroxide. Understanding the mechanism of chromite decomposition, especially in the potassium hydroxide fusion, is important for the optimization of the operating parameters of the oxidative leaching process. A traditional thermodynamic method is proposed and the thermal decomposition and the reaction decomposition during the oxidative leaching of chromite with KOH and oxygen is discussed, which suggests that chromite is mainly destroyed by reactions with KOH and oxygen. Meanwhile, equilibrium of the main reactions of the above process was calculated at different temperatures and oxygen partial pressures. The stable zones of productions, namely, K2CrO4 and Fe2O3, increase with the decrease of temperature, which indicates that higher temperature is not beneficial to thermodynamic reactions. In addition, a comparison of the general alkali methods is carried out, and it is concluded that the KOH leaching process is thermodynamically superior to the conventional chromate production process.  相似文献

In as-welded state, each region of 2219 aluminum alloy TIG-welded joint shows diff erent microstructure and microhardness due to the diff erent welding heat cycles and the resulting evolution of second phases. After the post-weld heat treatment, both the amount and the size of the eutectic structure or θ phases decreased. Correspondingly, both the Cu content in α-Al matrix and the microhardness increased to a similar level in each region of the joint, and the tensile strength of the entire joint was greatly improved. Post-weld heat treatment played the role of solid solution strengthening and aging strengthening. After the post-weld heat treatment, the weld performance became similar to other regions, but weld reinforcements lost their reinforcing eff ect on the weld and their existence was more of an adverse eff ect. The joint without weld reinforcements after the post-weld heat treatment had the optimal tensile properties, and the specimens randomly crack in the weld zone.  相似文献

On the basis of the single-particle framework, a new theory on inclusion growth in metallurgical melts is developed to study the kinetics of inclusion growth on account of reaction and collision. The studies show that the early growth of inclusion depends on reaction growth and Brawnian motion collision, and where the former is decisive, the late growth depends on turbulence collision and Stokes' collision, and where the former is dominant; collision growth is very quick during the smelting process, lessened in the refining process, but nearly negligible in the continuous casting process.  相似文献

The motion of melt droplets in spray degassing process was analyzed theoretically. The height of the treatment tank in spray degassing process could be determined by the results of theoretical calculation of motion of melt droplets. To know whether the melt droplets would solidify during spraying process, the balance temperature of melt droplets was also theoretically analyzed. Then proof experiments for theoretical results about temperature of melt droplets were carried. In comparison, the experimental results were nearly similar to the calculation results.  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献
