The corrosion behaviors of electroless Ni–P coatings deposited on carbon steel in sulfur‐bearing solutions were investigated by weight gain test and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicate that the corrosion rate of electroless Ni–P coating was directly related to the sulfur content, immersion time, and test temperature. The corrosion rate increased with the prolonged immersion time. Increasing the temperature can markedly increase the corrosion rate of electroless Ni–P coating. The electroless Ni–P coating had a better corrosion resistance than 316L stainless steel against Cl? corrosion in sulfur‐bearing solution. 相似文献

研究Ti-6Al-4V和Monel K500合金在海水和纯水环境下的腐蚀磨损性能,对偶材料为316不锈钢,实验装置为环-块摩擦磨损试验机。研究结果表明,Ti-6Al-4V和Monel K500合金在海水中的摩擦因数明显小于在纯水中的摩擦因数,在海水中的磨损量明显大于纯水中的磨损量,这主要是由于摩擦作用破坏了金属表面的钝化膜,增加了摩蚀速度。磨损和腐蚀产生交互作用,交互作用量随着腐蚀速度的加快而增加。当和Monel K500配副时,316不锈钢的磨损严重,而和Ti-6Al-4V配副时磨损相对较小。 相似文献

Polyaniline (PANI) films were deposited under cyclic voltammetric conditions on 304L stainless steel by aniline electropolymerisation from acidic and slightly basic solutions containing respectively the followed support-electrolytes: H2C2O4 and KNO3.It was found that the film produced in oxalic acidic medium was more conductive than that obtained in potassium nitrate one.The PANI coatings corrosion performances in 0.5 M NaCl were investigated and compared using standard electrochemical methods, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and SEM analysis.The highest corrosion resisting efficiency was obtained for PANInitrate which exhibited a significant physical barrier property against the attack of corrosive products. However, the corrosion protection of conductive PANIoxalic coating was related to its catalytic behavior. 相似文献

Experience with prestressed concrete over about half a century has indicated that the corrosion resistance of conventional prestressing steel does not always satisfy, especially the prestressing steels are susceptible to chloride attack (de‐icing salts) and hydrogen (hydrogen‐induced stress corrosion cracking). On the other hand corrosion agents, such as chloride, condensation water, can penetrate in the concrete and arrive at the surface of steels. Hence, corrosion damage of prestressing steels can happen and, in the extreme cases, the prestressed concrete structure collapsed resulting from the failure of the tendon. In this paper, consideration is made to use high‐strength stainless steels as prestressing tendon with bond in concrete. The high‐strength stainless steels of qualities 1.4301 (X5CrNi18‐10), 1.4401 (X5CrNiMo17‐12‐2), 1.4436 (X3CrNiMo17‐13‐3) and 1.4439 (X3CrNiMoN17‐13‐5) with sequence of increasing austenite stability were investigated. For application in prestressing tendon with bond in concrete the cold‐drawn high‐strength stainless steel of quality 1.4401 is an optimal proposition regarding its satisfactory resistance against pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in structure‐related corrosive conditions. The lower alloyed steel 1.4301 has an insufficient resistance against the chloride‐induced corrosion because of the lack of molybdenum and the content of deformation martensite due to the strong cold‐drawing of its unstable austenitic structure. 相似文献

采用极化曲线,Tafel阿和电化学限抗谱(EIS)技术,研究了镍基固溶体增韧Cr_(13)Ni_5Si_2金属硅化物合金在不同Cl~-浓度Na_2SO_4+NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为,并对其表面钝化膜进行了X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析.结果表明:由于超高的Cr含量易于在表面形成以Cr_2O_3为主的稳定钝化膜以及组成相Cr_(13)Ni_5Si_2和Cr3Ni5Si2高的化学稳定性,合金在不同Cl~-浓度溶液中均具有良好的耐蚀性;合金的开路电位,破裂电位和腐蚀电流密度等几乎不随Cl~-浓度的增加而改变,即合金对Cl~-浓度不敏感,在中性含Cl~-介质中耐蚀性优异. 相似文献

Four types of stainless steel coatings prepared by a high velocity oxy-fuel spraying system (HVOF) were studied. Differences among coated steels were related to the spraying parameters, which influenced the behavior of the samples against the corrosion. The electrochemical behavior of the stainless steel coatings was strongly influenced by porosity, the presence of micro- and macro-cracks, and also of un-melted particles. Once the electrolyte reached the steel substrate via these defects, the galvanic pair formed between the coating and substrate-accelerated corrosion, leading to the depletion of the coating. 相似文献
