利用5kWCO2激光器对铸造铝硅合金表面进行两次激光辐照,先后将不同成分的预置合金粉末和基体材料一起熔化后迅速凝固,在其表面获得Cr/WC激光表面梯度层,并对它们的显微组织进行分析,发现在表面梯度层中存在大量的Al/Cr化合物Al9Cr4。在激光表面梯度层中自表及里显微硬度基本呈连续变化趋势,而单次激光表面合金化层与基体之间的显微硬度值有一突变,在基体和激光表面改性层的微动磨损试验中发现,激光改性后的表面抗微动磨损的能力增强,磨损机制不同于铝硅合金基体,而表现出较好的抗粘着损伤性能。  相似文献

在TA2钛合金表面预置Ni60合金粉末,利用CO2激光器进行激光熔覆,获得了良好的冶金涂层。采用SEM、EDS及显微硬度计,研究了涂层的成分分布和组织结构及硬度分布。结果表明,Ni60涂层组织由NiTi2/NiTi/Ni3Ti金属间化合物以及Ti5Si3、CrB等增强相组成;涂层与基材之间存在厚约20μm的过渡区;涂层硬度分布均匀,比基体提高4倍左右,其强化形式主要是第二相强化。  相似文献

目的 通过对NiTi合金表面进行激光熔凝处理,从而提高NiTi合金的耐腐蚀性能。方法 利用紫外激光器对NiTi合金进行表面熔凝处理,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光学显微镜(OM)、能量色散X射线光谱仪(EDX)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等技术手段,研究了激光熔凝处理前后NiTi合金的表面显微组织、成分和相结构。测试了激光熔凝处理前后NiTi合金表面与模拟体液(SBF)的接触角、熔凝层的显微硬度等表面性能。通过全浸腐蚀试验和电化学测试,研究了熔凝层在SBF溶液中的生物腐蚀性能,并分析了腐蚀机理。结果 NiTi合金经过激光熔凝处理后,在合金的表层形成了厚度为90~150 μm的熔凝层,熔凝层主要由TiO2、β相以及少量的TiO相组成。合金表面的平均显微硬度提高了153~279HV,合金的表面接触角增大,由亲水性转为疏水性。相较于未处理的样品,熔凝处理后的样品在SBF溶液中的腐蚀电位分别正移了435 mV和413 mV,腐蚀电流密度分别下降了83%、62%左右。熔凝处理后的样品在SBF溶液浸泡168 h后,SBF溶液中的Ni2+浓度下降了约1/3。结论 以适当的激光加工参数对NiTi合金进行激光熔凝处理,可在NiTi合金表面形成致密的氧化膜,这层氧化膜和熔凝层可以有效地抑制NiTi合金在SBF溶液中的点腐蚀行为。  相似文献

采用新型等离子浸没离子注入和沉积(PIIID)法以C2H2为等离子源对NiTi合金进行表面改性。利用Raman光谱分析膜层结构;采用纳米压痕和光电子能谱(XPS)分析涂层前后NiTi合金的表面力学性能和表面成分,利用电化学阻抗谱和动电极化测试涂层前后基体的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:NiTi合金表面的膜层是DLC:经过PIIID处理后,基体表面由原先的TiOz转变为DLC;纳米硬度和杨式模量得到提高;耐腐蚀性能获得明显改善。  相似文献

采用高功率连续波固体Nd:YAG激光器,对NiTi形状记忆合金进行激光表面熔凝处理,利用SRVⅢ摩擦磨损试验机考察激光熔凝处理对NiTi形状记忆合金微动磨损性能的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪分析NiTi形状记忆合金表面磨痕形貌及磨损产物成分;用形貌仪测量样品表面磨痕深度,并对磨损体积进行计算.结果表明,与NiTi合金相比,熔凝层摩擦系数,磨损体积均显著降低,表明激光熔凝处理提高了Ni-Ti合金的耐微动磨损性能.NiTi合金微动磨损机理主要表现为氧化和磨粒磨损,而Ni-Ti合金激光熔凝层磨损机制主要以疲劳剥层理论及磨粒磨损为主.  相似文献

60NiTi合金具有高硬度、低弹性模量、耐腐蚀等优点,被认为是极具应用潜力的新型航空航天轴承材料。为了进一步提升60NiTi合金的耐磨特性,本文利用固相渗硼技术对其进行了表面改性处理,研究了改性层的显微结构特征及其相结构的热力学形成机理,分析了表面改性对合金力学与摩擦学性能的影响规律。结果表明,60NiTi经1000℃-5h渗硼处理后形成了TiB2/NiTi2+TiB2/Ni3Ti的梯度涂层结构,整体厚度约20μm。渗硼后样品的表面硬度从420HV0.2提升至2600HV0.2,20N外加载荷作用下的平均摩擦系数和磨损率分别降低了约39%和92%。由于摩擦热的作用,渗硼样品表面会生成具有润滑作用的氧化硼相,因此呈现出良好的减摩耐磨特性。  相似文献

通过激光冲击强化(LSP)在TC4钛合金表面制备细晶粒过渡层,再采用微弧氧化(MAO)制备LSP-MAO复合涂层,研究TC4钛合金表面MAO涂层及LSP-MAO复合涂层的显微组织、相结构、显微硬度和耐磨性。结果表明:激光冲击强化处理后,TC4钛合金衍射峰变宽,表层晶粒明显细化。与MAO涂层相比,LSP-MAO复合涂层表面的孔径更小,表面更加平整,显微硬度和强化层深度有所增加,其中激光冲击2次时显微硬度最高,达到636.3 HV0.025(距离表面30μm处),其强化层最大深度达到390μm。LSP-MAO涂层的耐磨性均优于MAO涂层,其中激光冲击强化2次时LSP-MAO复合涂层耐磨性最好。  相似文献

激光气体氮化可以有效地提高钛合金表面硬度,从而改善钛合金耐磨损性能。通过金相组织观察和硬度测试分析了钛合金激光气体氮化时.激光气体氮化参量和激光光束分布对钛合金氮化后表面硬度的影响。结果表明,氮化区域内生成硬质相TiN是TA2钛合金表面硬度得到提高的主要原因,有利于硬质相TiN形成的激光气体氮化参量都会提高钛合金表面的硬度。而采用带式积分镜进行激光光束变换可以有效提高激光氮化处理的效率,钛合金平均表面硬度是原来的1.3倍。  相似文献

采用激光金属沉积工艺通过熔化Ni、Ti粉末在Ti-6Al-4V合金表面沉积NiTi涂层。研究NiTi涂层含量对合金显微组织、硬度和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,涂层由NiTi、NiTi2和NiTi3相组成。含NiTi涂层的Ti-6Al-4V合金的耐腐蚀性能均得到一定程度的提高,且涂层成分为Ti55N45的Ti-6Al-4V合金的耐腐性能最好,其次为含Ti50Ni50和Ti45Ni55涂层的合金。在实验条件下,所有含NiTi涂层的材料具有良好的耐蚀性能,且NiTi中Ti元素的影响更加显著。  相似文献

Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, has proposed a method for oxidative leaching of chromite with potassium hydroxide. Understanding the mechanism of chromite decomposition, especially in the potassium hydroxide fusion, is important for the optimization of the operating parameters of the oxidative leaching process. A traditional thermodynamic method is proposed and the thermal decomposition and the reaction decomposition during the oxidative leaching of chromite with KOH and oxygen is discussed, which suggests that chromite is mainly destroyed by reactions with KOH and oxygen. Meanwhile, equilibrium of the main reactions of the above process was calculated at different temperatures and oxygen partial pressures. The stable zones of productions, namely, K2CrO4 and Fe2O3, increase with the decrease of temperature, which indicates that higher temperature is not beneficial to thermodynamic reactions. In addition, a comparison of the general alkali methods is carried out, and it is concluded that the KOH leaching process is thermodynamically superior to the conventional chromate production process.  相似文献

In as-welded state, each region of 2219 aluminum alloy TIG-welded joint shows diff erent microstructure and microhardness due to the diff erent welding heat cycles and the resulting evolution of second phases. After the post-weld heat treatment, both the amount and the size of the eutectic structure or θ phases decreased. Correspondingly, both the Cu content in α-Al matrix and the microhardness increased to a similar level in each region of the joint, and the tensile strength of the entire joint was greatly improved. Post-weld heat treatment played the role of solid solution strengthening and aging strengthening. After the post-weld heat treatment, the weld performance became similar to other regions, but weld reinforcements lost their reinforcing eff ect on the weld and their existence was more of an adverse eff ect. The joint without weld reinforcements after the post-weld heat treatment had the optimal tensile properties, and the specimens randomly crack in the weld zone.  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The motion of melt droplets in spray degassing process was analyzed theoretically. The height of the treatment tank in spray degassing process could be determined by the results of theoretical calculation of motion of melt droplets. To know whether the melt droplets would solidify during spraying process, the balance temperature of melt droplets was also theoretically analyzed. Then proof experiments for theoretical results about temperature of melt droplets were carried. In comparison, the experimental results were nearly similar to the calculation results.  相似文献

On the basis of the single-particle framework, a new theory on inclusion growth in metallurgical melts is developed to study the kinetics of inclusion growth on account of reaction and collision. The studies show that the early growth of inclusion depends on reaction growth and Brawnian motion collision, and where the former is decisive, the late growth depends on turbulence collision and Stokes' collision, and where the former is dominant; collision growth is very quick during the smelting process, lessened in the refining process, but nearly negligible in the continuous casting process.  相似文献
