利用前驱体碳化复合粉末制备技术,以蔗糖为碳的前驱体,制备了等离子熔覆Fe-Cr-C-W-Ni复合粉末;采用优化的等离子熔覆工艺,用该粉末在调质C级钢(碳含量≤0.35%)表面制备了高铬铁基金属陶瓷复合涂层.应用EDS、SEM、XRD等研究了涂层及氧化膜的成分和组织结构.在900 ℃恒温氧化50h的试验条件下测试了涂层的抗氧化性.结果表明:涂层以(Cr,Fe)7C3/γ共晶为基体,其上分布大量的原位生成初生相(Cr, Fe)7C3,且涂层与调质C级钢基体形成良好的冶金结合.涂层氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律.  相似文献

以铁、铬、钨、镍粉末和碳的前驱体(蔗糖)为原料通过碳化制备了反应等离子熔覆Fe-Cr-C-W-Ni复合粉末,采用同步送粉反应等离子熔覆设备和优化的反应等离子熔覆工艺,在调质C蕉钢(C≤0.35%)基材表面制备了高铬铁基复合涂层.结果表明,采用前驱体碳化复合技术制备的Fe-Cr-C-W-Ni复合粉末粒度均匀、无有害相生成;熔覆所得到的涂层以(Cr,Fe)7C3/γ共晶为基体,其上分布大量的(Cr,Fe)7C3初生相.涂层与基材界面为完全冶金结合.涂层断面上的平均显微硬度约为1 100 HV.相同条件下所获涂层的磨损体积大约是常规等离子熔覆Ni60涂层的1/7.  相似文献

利用前驱体碳化复合粉末制备技术,以蔗糖为碳的前驱体制备了等离子熔覆Fe-Cr-C-W-Ni复合粉末.采用等离子熔覆丁艺,用该粉末在凋质C级钢基材表面制备了高铬铁基复合涂层.测试了涂层在不同增强相含量、不同载荷和不同温度干滑动磨损条件下的耐磨性,并讨论了磨损机理.结果表明,由于涂层中硬质耐磨相(Cr,Fe)7C3的扰磨骨干作用,涂层在高温千滑动磨损条件下具有优异的耐磨性能.利用该技术在高速线材轧辊上使用效果明显.  相似文献

以钛铁粉和碳的前驱体(蔗糖)为原料通过前驱体碳化复合技术制备了Ti-Fe-C等离子熔覆复合粉末,并通过等离子熔覆技术在普通低碳钢表面成功地原位合成了TiC/Fe陶瓷金属复合涂层.着重研究了不同C/Ti原子比对等离子熔覆TiC/Fe复合涂层的相组成、显微结构和硬度的影响.结果表明,前驱体碳化复合技术制备的Ti-Fe-C系等离子熔覆复合粉末中C/Ti原子比是影响涂层相组成、显微结构和硬度的关键因素.C/Ti原子比不同,涂层的相组成和硬度不同;随着C/Ti原子比增大,涂层中TiC团聚富集区增大,涂层的孔隙率也随之增大.  相似文献

以钛铁粉、铬粉、铁粉和碳的前驱体(蔗糖)等为原料通过前驱体碳化复合技术制备了复合粉末,并通过等离子熔覆技术在Q235钢表面制备了Fe-Cr-C和Fe-Cr-C-Ti涂层.采用XRD和SEM对涂层的相组成和显微组织结构进行了分析.结果表明,Fe-Cr-C涂层裂纹一般始于熔合区,沿初生碳化物(Cr,Fe)7 C3晶界扩展成结晶裂纹,沿初生碳化物(Cr,Fe)7C3纤维方向扩展到涂层表面,形成垂直于涂层表面的垂直贯穿裂纹.少量裂纹起源于气孔或涂层边缘尖锐处.Fe-Cr-C涂层中添加Ti元素,可以合成大量TiC颗粒,形成奥氏体组织,减少或消除(Cr,Fe)7 C3初生碳化物,改善(Cr,Fe)7 C3共晶组织结构,有效提高了涂层韧性,抑制了涂层裂纹的产生.  相似文献

利用等离子熔覆技术,选择合适的工艺参数,在硼铸铁基体上熔覆铁基合金粉末制备具有冶金结合的耐磨涂层.采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜研究了涂层的组织,利用显微硬度计测试了涂层的显微硬度,通过环-块磨损试验评估了涂层的耐磨性.结果表明,硼铸铁等离子熔覆铁基合金涂层组织主要由(Cr,Fe)7C3,α-(Fe,Cr)和Fe3C相组成;涂层的显微硬度可达600~1 200 HV0.2;在干滑动磨损条件下,涂层的耐磨性约是基体试样的5倍.涂层中高硬度的(Cr,Fe)7C3及Fe3C相的抗磨骨架作用,大量Cr,Si原子溶入基体引起的过饱和固溶强化作用,涂层快速加热及快速凝固产生的细晶强化作用是涂层耐磨性提高的主要原因.  相似文献

以铝粉和氧化铁粉为原料,制备出适于等离子喷涂的复合团聚粉体;并采用反应等离子喷涂技术制备出FeAl2O4-Al2O3-Fe复合涂层,用SEM和XRD分析了复合涂层的组织结构.结果表明反应等离子喷涂得到了以层状基体相FeAl2O4与硬质相Al2O3为骨架,球状Fe相弥散分布于基体上的复合涂层.  相似文献

采用前驱体碳化复合技术利用钛铁粉为原料制备Ti-Fe-Ni-C和Ti-Fe-C系粉末,并通过反应等离子喷涂技术(RPs)原位合成并沉积了Tic/Fe-Ni和TiC/Fe金属陶瓷复合涂层.利用XRD、SEM和EDS研究了复合粉末和不同基体涂层的成分、组织结构,测量了2种涂层的显微硬度和磨损量.结果表明:采用前驱体碳化复合技术制备的反应喷涂复合粉末粒度均匀、无有害相生成;制备的复合涂层由不同TiC颗粒含量的片层组织叠加而成;TiC颗粒大致呈球形,基体主要为Fe及Fe、Ni固溶体.Tic/Fe-Ni涂层较TiC/Fe涂层组织更加均匀、致密,且具有较高的显微硬度和较好的耐磨性.  相似文献

目的研究不同前驱体配比下,激光熔覆复合溶胶凝胶在3Cr13不锈钢表面制备的陶瓷涂层的性能,并对强化机理进行分析。方法通过溶胶凝胶法制备均匀的前驱体,即Ti O2和C(微米石墨和碳纳米管),利用激光熔覆技术,在3Cr13不锈钢基体表面制备出高性能的涂层。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和能谱仪对涂层组织和相成分进行分析,采用维氏硬度计对涂层的硬度进行测试,采用HT-600型高温摩擦磨损试验机测试基体和熔覆层在常温下的磨损性能。结果通过溶胶凝胶法,制备出均匀的Ti O2和C混合粉末。激光熔覆后,在覆层中均匀分布着Ti C和Cr7C3强化相。改变前驱体配比,当C和Ti O2的摩尔比增大时,涂层组织明显细化,且涂层中无气孔,显微硬度也有较大提高。当n(TiO2)∶n(C)=1∶8时,次表面显微硬度达到810HV0.2,涂层硬度从上到下呈现递减的趋势,且涂层的耐磨性最好,为基体的4.5倍。结论增大C和Ti O2两者摩尔比,可以提高熔覆层的显微硬度和耐磨性。在熔池中,Ti C密度较小,涂层中硬质颗粒从上到下依次减少,与之对应,硬度也依次递减。同时,碳纳米管的加入将对涂层起到细晶强化的效果。Ti与碳纳米管和微米石墨结合生成微米级和亚微米级Ti C,提高了形核率,Cr7C3以亚微米级Ti C为非均质核心,形核长大,生成均匀分布的Cr7C3强化相。  相似文献

以钛铁粉、CrFe粉、羰基镍粉和碳的前驱体(石油沥青)为原料,通过前驱体碳化复合技术制备了Ti-Fe-Cr-Ni-C反应喷涂复合粉末,并通过普通火焰喷涂成功地合成与沉积了TiC/FeCrNi复合涂层.采用XRD和SEM对喷涂粉末和涂层的相组成和显微结构进行了分析,同时对涂层耐磨性能进行了对比研究.研究结果表明:采用前驱体碳化复合技术制备的Ti-Fe-Cr-Ni-C反应喷涂复合粉末粒度均匀、无有害相生成;所制备的TiC/FeCrNi复合涂层由不同含量TiC颗粒分布于金属基体内部而形成的复合强化片层叠加而成,TiC颗粒呈纳米级;基体由(Fe,Cr)和Cr0.19Fe0.7Ni0.11两相组成;相同条件下,所获TiC/FeCrNi复合涂层磨损体积大约是常规火焰喷涂Ni60涂层的1/8.  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The rheology feature of Sb, Bi melt and alloys was studied using coaxial cylinder high-temperature viscometer. The results showed that the curve of torsion-rotational speed for Sb melt presents a linear relation in all measured temperature ranges, whereas for the Bi melt, the curve presents obvious non-Newtonian feature within the low temperature range and at relative high shear stress. The rheology feature of Sb80Bi20 and Sb20Bi80 alloy melts was well correlated with that of Sb and Bi, respectively. It is considered that the rheology behavior of Sb melt plays a crucial role in Sb80Bi20 alloy and that of Bi melt plays a crucial role in Sb20Bi80 alloy.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold.
