SiCp/2024Al复合材料及2024Al合金的微屈服行为   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
对SiCp/2024Al复合材料及其基体2024Al合金的微了行为和热处理的影响进行了详细的比较研究。结果表明,由于SiC颗粒的作用,复合材料在微屈服前即已产生明显的应变弛豫,并且其微屈服行为也与铝合金不同。在时效处理中,两种材料的微屈服强度均受时效强化相析出规律的控制。表明出“峰时效”现象;而冷热循环处理能改善2024Al的微屈服性能,但却对SiCp/2024Al的微屈服强度不利。  相似文献

采用真空搅拌复合工艺制备了铸造ZL101A/SiC复合材料,研究了变质和细化处理对复合材料组织的影响。结果表明:变质和细化处理铸造 ZL101A/SiC复合材料制备工艺的重要处理措施,可明显改善复合材料的组织。利用透射电镜对AL/SiC界面特征及界面反应进行分析,同时对该复合材料的铸造性能(熔体合金流动性能、线收缩、体收缩和热裂倾向)以及力学和物理性能进行了测试。  相似文献

目的:应用体外人肝微粒体及重组人源代谢酶孵育体系观察维罗非尼对尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸基转移酶1A1(UDP-glucuronosyltransferases,UGT1A1)介导的伊立替康代谢的抑制作用,通过体外-体内外推(in vitro-in vivo extrapolation,IV-IVE)预测体内药物-药物相互作用(drug-drug interaction,DDI)的发生风险。方法:以混合人肝微粒体 (human liver microsomes,HLMs)及重组表达的人UGT1A1 作为酶源,观察维罗非尼对UGT1A1介导的伊立替康活性代谢产物SN-38葡糖醛酸化反应的抑制作用,求得半数最大抑制浓度(half maximum inhibitory concentration,IC50)和抑制动力学常数Ki及抑制类型;并基于体外参数预测了体内维罗非尼与伊立替康联合应用引发的潜在DDI风险。结果:维罗非尼对UGT1A1具有较强的非竞争性抑制作用,IC50 为4.35 μmol/L,Ki为9.77 μmol/L。口服治疗剂量的维罗非尼 (960 mg,每日两次)可导致SN-38的药时曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)增加7%~149% 。结论:维罗非尼与伊立替康联合应用时,可通过强效抑制UGT1A1而影响伊立替康在体内的代谢清除,具有引发DDI的风险。  相似文献

分别采用冰晶石与二氧化钛、冰晶石与钛粉、氟钛酸钾为加入物,通过搅拌原位合成TiAl3/7075铝基复合材料,从热力学角度分析反应的可能性,并借助光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析仪(EDX)分析复合材料的微观组织及物相。结果表明,3种加入物都可以制备铝基复合材料,而冰晶石与钛粉的加入物为制备TiAl3/7075铝基复合材料的最佳反应物。  相似文献

In order to develop a new high strength and high tolerance-resistance Al-Li alloy which can be used in aerospace industry, the effects ofmicroalloying elements such as Mg, Ag, Mn and Zn on the mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Li alloys were studied. The results show that the strengthening effects of Mg+Ag and Mg+Zn additions are higher than those of the individual Mg, Ag or Zn addition. The element Mn can also bring some extent strengthening effects on the alloys, but it has nothing to do with the other microalloying elements present or not. Finally, a new Al-Li alloy with Mg+Zn+Mn additions was developed, which possesses high strength and high tolerance-resistance promising properties for aerospace applications.  相似文献

The ternary alloys of the rare earths with lead and palladium were studied for the stoichiometric ratios 1:1:1 and 1:1:2 with respect to the structure of these alloys and their existence field. RPbPd (R = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Y, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb) compounds have a hexagonal structure, hP9 Fe2P type, while RPbPd2 (R = Pr, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb) alloys have the cubic AlCu2Mn-type structure (cF16, BiF3 superstructure).  相似文献

The kinetics process of absorbing hydrogen of Al melt was analyzed and it was considered that the concentration of hydrogen in Al melt was determined by the concentration of water vapor in the interface of the oxide layer and Almelt. The change of the alloying composition will result in the change of compactability of oxide layer and affect the process of the water vapor gas penetrating the oxide layer and entering the interface of Al melt and oxide layer. Based on theabove analysis, the kinetics equation of Al melt absorbing hydrogen was established, and compared with the test result.The results of calculation were elementally coincident with the test result. The curve of hydrogen concentration varyingwith reaction time in Al melt can be obtained from this equation. And scientific basis could be provided to select meltingtechnology parameter properly and control the concentration of hydrogen in Al melt.  相似文献

7A52 A1 alloy plate aged at 105℃ for 8 h and then at 130℃ for 24 h was welded by means of TIG using A1- 6.3Mg-0.35Sc-0.1Zr-0.1Cr solder wire. Mechanical properties and microstructures of welded joint were studied. There are two obviously soft areas in the welded joint, welding seam and over-aging zone. The mechanical properties of welded joint are that σb is 358 MPa, σ0.2 is 238 MPa and δ5 is 6.6%. 75.6% of welding coefficient can be achieved. The addition of scandium leads to very significant grain refinement in the fusion zone, which results in a reduction in solidification cracking tendency. The solidification cracking isn't observed.  相似文献

The influence of melt superheating treatment on the microstructures of Mg-3.5Si-1A1 alloys unmodified and modified with 0.2% Sr-Sb (mass fraction) was investigated. The results show that when the melt superheating temperature increases from 750 to 900 ℃, the average size of primary Mg2Si in the unmodified alloys decreases progressively from about 27 to about 19 μm, while that in Sr-Sb-modified alloys,is refined considerably from about 14 to about 7 μm when the temperature increases from 750 to 850℃, and then slightly increases to about 9 μm with temperature further increasing to 900 ℃, which might be attributed to the burning loss of Sr and Sb in melts. However, the superheating temperature only has a slight effect on the morphologies of both primary and eutectic Mg2Si phases in unmodified and Sr-Sb-modified alloys.  相似文献

The superplastic characteristics of a 15% (volume fraction) SiCp (14 μm) /6A02A1 composite, fabricated by stirring casting and cold-rolling after extrusion with a low extrusion ratio of 10:1 and hot-rolling, were investigated. The composite exhibits a tensile elongation of 250% at an initial strain rate of 8.9 ×10-4 s-1 and at 833 K where an appropriate amount of liquid phase is presented in the composite. The superplastic deformation is uniform and the strain hardening exponent γis as high as 1.6. The fracture surface is intergranual and the superplastic deformation mechanism of the composite is considered to be grain boundary (interface) sliding accommodated by an appropriate amount of liquid phase.  相似文献
