采用松装、压制、定位3种烧结方式制备了厚度为1~30 mm的不锈钢纤维多孔材料,采用丹麦BK公司的双传声器阻抗管测试吸声系数,系统研究了孔隙度和丝径对吸声性能的影响规律。结果表明:在不同厚度条件下,孔隙度有着不同的最佳范围值,如1~3 mm时,孔隙度在80%~85%的范围内,5 mm时,孔隙度在85%~90%的范围内,10~15 mm时,孔隙度在90%~94%范围内全频吸声性能较好,随着厚度的增加,这个最佳范围值随之增大;在厚度≤mm时,材料的丝径越细,全频吸声性能越好;当厚度在3~20 mm的范围内时,随着厚度的增加,粗丝径样品的吸声性能逐渐变好,其吸声峰值向低频移动,并且保持着高频处较好的吸声性能;当厚度220 mm时,材料的丝径越粗,全频吸声性能越好。  相似文献

本文针对限域空间(≤5mm)噪声防护对超薄吸声结构的重大需求,以不锈钢纤维毡为原料,利用低温烧结技术制备了由不锈钢纤维多孔材料和金属薄膜组成的复合膜材料。利用B&K声学测试平台对复合膜材料进行频率范围在50~1000Hz之间吸声系数的测试,分析了结构参数对复合膜材料吸声性能的影响规律。结果表明,通过分别研究金属纤维多孔材料的孔结构(孔径、丝径、烧结结点)及金属薄膜的层数对复合膜材料吸声性能的影响规律,发现在频率为50~1000Hz的范围内,超薄复合膜材料的最优结构为金属纤维多孔材料按照细丝径、小孔面向声源,粗丝径、大孔在后的顺序排列,材料内部复合铜箔可有效提高材料在低频处的吸声性能。  相似文献

本文设计两种不锈钢纤维多孔材料的铺制方法:平行铺制和直立铺制,通过控制铺制方法、长径比和烧结工艺得到具有不同孔结构的不锈钢纤维多孔材料,对具有不同孔结构的不锈钢纤维多孔材料的吸声性能进行分析,结果表明,长径比为5000的不锈钢纤维多孔材料的性价比最高;当材料厚度≤15mm时,平行铺制的纤维多孔材料较直立铺制的吸声性能好;当材料厚度>15mm时,铺制方法的影响不显著;烧结结点数量的多少对不锈钢纤维多孔材料吸声性能贡献不大。  相似文献

为了提高纤维多孔材料的低频吸声性能,并解决材料在高频段吸声性能的起伏问题,将2~3层不同孔隙性能的不锈钢纤维材料以不同的方式组合成梯度结构,研究了纤维多孔材料梯度结构的吸声性能.结果表明:梯度多孔吸声结构可有效改善低频吸声性能.不同孔隙度的排布方式对梯度结构的吸声性能有显著影响.按照孔隙度从高到低排布有利于吸声性能的提高.在此前提下,孔隙度越高、厚度越大,梯度结构的吸声性能越好.  相似文献

采用不锈钢纤维为原料制备不同孔隙性能的纤维多孔材料,采用驻波管法检测该纤维多孔材料的空气声吸收系数,研究材料的孔隙度、纤维直径以及材料厚度等参数对吸声性能的影响,同时研究在材料背后设置空气层以及空气层厚度对材料吸声性能的影响关系。结果表明:实验采用的不锈钢纤维多孔材料具有较好的吸声性能,材料的孔隙度越高、厚度越大、纤维越细,材料的吸声性能越好,在材料背后设置空气层可显著改善其低频吸声性能,材料背后的空气层厚度越大,材料的低频吸声性能越好。  相似文献

采用Φ20 μm FeCrAl纤维制备纤维多孔材料,孔隙度大于85%.在常声压与高声压条件下分别对烧结FeCrAl纤维多孔材料进行吸声性能检测.结果表明,在常声压下,材料的吸声特性随孔隙度的增加而提高,但是对于高频的吸收,孔隙度过高或过低都不利于吸收.厚度越大,材料的吸声性能越好.增加空腔可以提高材料在低频的吸声性能;在高声压条件下(100~140 dB),该材料的吸声特性不随声压级的变化而变化,各参数对吸声性能的影响规律与在常声压条件下的规律一致.频率在2.5~6.4 kHz之间,声压级为120 dB条件下,孔隙度为94%、20 mm厚的FeCrAl纤维多孔材料吸声系数达到90%.  相似文献

孔结构是影响金属纤维多孔材料各项性能的关键因素之一,为此研究了孔结构对其性能的影响规律。采用气流铺毡法和烧结技术制备了FeCrAl纤维多孔材料,利用SEM观察其微观组织,同时测试了其拉伸强度、透气性和吸声系数(声强为 90~140 dB,频率为1000~3000 Hz)。利用自主研发的分形软件计算了孔结构的分形维数。另外,研究了孔结构对多孔材料拉伸强度、吸声系数和透气性的影响规律,建立了拉伸强度、透气性与分形维数之间的本构关系。研究表明,随着分形维数的增加,抗拉伸强度呈线性下降,而透气性显著增大;在相同的声强和频率下,吸声系数随着分形维数的增加而逐渐降低  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The invention provides a method of making a mold which can reduce SOx generation rate while preventing decrease in hardening rate in the case of using sulfuric acid for a hardener composition. The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
