金刚石薄膜与WC-Co硬质合金结合力的改善 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用SEM,XRD研究了Murakami溶液和H2等离子体处理对硬质合金表面形貌、物相结构的影响,并对硬质合金工具进行了复合金刚石薄膜涂层,采用压痕法和实际钻削实验检测了金刚石薄膜/基体间的结合力.结果表明,微米/纳米复合金刚石薄膜涂层分布均匀,具有低的表面粗糙度,Murakami溶液处理硬质合金可产生均匀的表面沟槽,其金刚石薄膜与基体间的临界载荷约为1.5kN,而用该方法制备的涂层钻头加工性能很差,H2等离子体处理促进了硬质合金基体表面的WC晶粒更加粗大、致密,其临界载荷超过1.5kN,用该方法制备的涂层钻头的加工性能优良。 相似文献

本文研制了强直流伸展电弧金刚石涂层沉积设备,它可产生长达400 mm的等离子体弧柱,可沉积金刚石涂层的区域大,能够在复杂形状硬质合金刀具上沉积金刚石涂层,有利于实现金刚石涂层硬质合金工具的产业化生产.在直径1 mm的微型铣刀上沉积了纳米金刚石涂层,研究了沉积压力对金刚石涂层组织的影响,沉积压力对金刚石涂层的晶粒尺寸和表面形貌有显著影响.随着沉积压力的降低,沉积的金刚石涂层晶粒尺寸减小,当沉积压力为0.80 kPa时,可沉积出纳米金刚石涂层.涂层的厚度均匀,其表面光滑、平整,且与硬质合金基体之间有较好的附着力.用激光Raman对金刚石涂层进行了表征. 相似文献

热丝CVD金刚石薄膜涂层工具的制备技术及应用研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本文通过电子增强热丝CVD方法在硬质合金基体上沉积金刚石薄膜 ,对硬质合金基体进行酸洗、表面研磨处理后用气相沉积方法沉积约 1μm厚的金属W膜层 ,在形核初期采用逐渐升高的偏流以去除表面形成的非晶C膜 ,并增加金刚石的形核密度和增强W的扩散作用 ,形成多种W -C化合物以增强金刚石薄膜与硬质合金基体的结合力 ,通过这种工艺制备了与基体结合力良好的金刚石薄膜。采用两种途径制备金刚石薄膜涂层工具 ,其一为在YG6硬质合金圆片上沉积约 80 μm的金刚石薄膜 ,经激光切割成 6mm× 6mm的合金片 ,用砂轮抛光 ,焊接在钢制刀柄上 ,经刃磨后制作成木工工具刀头 ;另一是直接在YG6硬质合金钻头这种复杂形状工具上沉积约 10 μm厚的金刚石薄膜制成金刚石工具。对两种工具分别进行使用性能测试 ,木工工具用于加工Al2 O3 复合木地板 ,测试结果表明金刚石薄膜涂层木工工具与硬质合金工具相比 ,使用性能有明显提高 ,寿命提高一倍以上 ,但由于刀刃后角处无金刚石层保护 ,使用中出现明显的后角磨损 ,未能达到理想效果 ;金刚石涂层钻头用于加工硬质合金时在使用初期有明显效果 ,但由于磨损很快 ,使用寿命低 ,经观察分析 ,主要是由于金刚石膜晶粒粗大造成表面光洁度不高 ,使用中刀刃处的金刚石薄膜涂层易于出现应力集中 相似文献

线形同轴耦合式微波等离子体CVD法是在硬质合金微型钻头(微钻)表面沉积金刚石涂层的最佳方法之一.本文首先研究了酸碱两步预处理后微钻表面的形貌和成分,然后研究了微钻工作表面金刚石的沉积情况,最后重点研究了正偏压对微钻不同位置金刚石生长的影响.结果表明,在微钻上施加50 V正偏压时,金刚石薄膜具有最佳的形貌和较好的均匀性. 相似文献

本文在直径为0.8mm硬质合金钻头上进行沉积金刚石涂层的研究。在沉积之前,先用硝酸和铁氰化钾进行腐蚀处理,以去除表面的Co。用微波等离子体CVD设备进行金刚石的沉积。在金刚石涂层沉积过程中,钻头尖端在微波电磁场中产生辉光放电现象,导致钻头尖端刃部很难获得金刚石涂层。通过使用金属丝屏蔽的方法改变钻头周围的微波电磁场分布,成功的采用微波等离子体CVD法在钻头上沉积出了金刚石涂层。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),能量色散谱仪(EDS)和激光拉曼光谱(Raman)对钻头的表面形貌和金刚石薄膜的质量进行了表征,同时在铝基复合材料上进行了钻孔测试。结果表明金刚石薄膜表面比较光滑,晶粒尺寸较小,涂层质量良好,薄膜的附着力也较高。 相似文献

本文研究了甲醇预处理方法对硬质合金衬底表面抑制Co催石墨化作用。将甲醇预处理方法融入到传统的两步处理方法中,提出了新的两步预处理方法,通过电镜和EDX等手段对预处理后的衬底表面形貌、成分进行了分析。采用偏压增强热丝CVD(HFCVD)法,在预处理后的衬底表面成功沉积了金刚石薄膜。并以制做钻头为例,验证了两步法对复杂形状衬底的预处理及金刚石薄膜制备效果。研究结果表明:采用甲醇预处理方法能够有效抑制Co对金刚石薄膜的不利影响,新的两步预处理方法既能保证金刚石薄膜与衬底之间的附着强度,又非常适用于复杂形状整体式回转硬质合金刀具、拉拔模具等衬底,对于拓展金刚石涂层在涂层刀具领域的应用具有一定的参考作用。 相似文献

采用固体粉末真空渗硼工艺,研究了硬质合金工具表面真空渗硼预处理对金刚石涂层附着力的影响,研究结果表明,硬质合金工具通过固定粉末真空渗硼处理,表面生成具有较高稳定性的以CoWB、CoB为主的渗层,经过长时间的金刚石涂层后,硬质合金工具表面出现Co3B和W2Co21B6相,没有单质Co相出现,克服了金刚石沉积中硬质合金表面钴的不利影响,使标志金刚石涂层附着力的压痕测试的临界载荷达到了1500N,并且有着较好的重现性。 相似文献

研究了先用Murakami剂浸蚀WC相,再用(H2O2+H2SO4)酸混合液除去o相的2步法浸蚀YG6硬质合金基体表面预处理的过程,并在浸蚀过的硬质合金基体上,用热丝法沉积了金刚石薄膜,结果表明:2步浸蚀法可在基体表面深度为6μm-12μm的范围内,使Co含量从6%降低到0.54%-3.22%,并使硬质合金基体的表面粗糙度增加到Ra=1.0μm,但会导致硬质合金基体表面的硬度从89.9HRA降低至88.1HRA,在该硬质合金基体沉积金刚石薄膜之后,发现金刚石薄膜试样的组织结构具有明显的{111}面取向,金刚石涂层与硬质合金基体具有较高的粘结强度。 相似文献

金刚石涂层工具一直是金刚石膜工具应用研究的主流.制约其产业化的主要因素是涂层的附着力低和微晶金刚石涂层工具的加工精度差.通过对衬底的有效预处理和CVD沉积过程控制的研究,开发在硬质合金基体上沉积高结合强度、低粗糙度的金刚石涂层新技术,对于实现CVD金刚石涂层刀具高效、高精度切削加工具有重要意义.对旨在提高金刚石涂层附着力的预处理技术,本文探索了将酸蚀脱钴+等离子体刻蚀处理衬底法.利用优化的沉积工艺,在酸浸+等离子刻蚀处理的YG6刀片上沉积的两层金刚石复合膜表面粗糙度为0.13μm,附着力压痕测试临界载荷大于1500N.金刚石涂层工具的切削加工性能明显高于无涂层硬质合金工具.在加工ZAlSi12合金时,单层和两层金刚石涂层车刀片的切削寿命分别是无涂层车刀片切削寿命的21倍和28倍. 相似文献

Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, has proposed a method for oxidative leaching of chromite with potassium hydroxide. Understanding the mechanism of chromite decomposition, especially in the potassium hydroxide fusion, is important for the optimization of the operating parameters of the oxidative leaching process. A traditional thermodynamic method is proposed and the thermal decomposition and the reaction decomposition during the oxidative leaching of chromite with KOH and oxygen is discussed, which suggests that chromite is mainly destroyed by reactions with KOH and oxygen. Meanwhile, equilibrium of the main reactions of the above process was calculated at different temperatures and oxygen partial pressures. The stable zones of productions, namely, K2CrO4 and Fe2O3, increase with the decrease of temperature, which indicates that higher temperature is not beneficial to thermodynamic reactions. In addition, a comparison of the general alkali methods is carried out, and it is concluded that the KOH leaching process is thermodynamically superior to the conventional chromate production process. 相似文献

In as-welded state, each region of 2219 aluminum alloy TIG-welded joint shows diff erent microstructure and microhardness due to the diff erent welding heat cycles and the resulting evolution of second phases. After the post-weld heat treatment, both the amount and the size of the eutectic structure or θ phases decreased. Correspondingly, both the Cu content in α-Al matrix and the microhardness increased to a similar level in each region of the joint, and the tensile strength of the entire joint was greatly improved. Post-weld heat treatment played the role of solid solution strengthening and aging strengthening. After the post-weld heat treatment, the weld performance became similar to other regions, but weld reinforcements lost their reinforcing eff ect on the weld and their existence was more of an adverse eff ect. The joint without weld reinforcements after the post-weld heat treatment had the optimal tensile properties, and the specimens randomly crack in the weld zone. 相似文献
