基于磁耦合机构的等效电路模型,开展无线传能耦合特性分析,提出一种新型空间螺旋线圈结构,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件开展发射线圈和接收线圈的电磁场仿真建模,对线圈结构进行电磁优化设计,并对比有无中继线圈的磁耦合机构,发现添加中继线圈可以在有效增加传输距离的同时将系统的传输效率提高1.475倍。最后,构造了一台共振磁耦合无线取能模型样机,实验结果表明,该样机能够实现传输距离为3 m、功率为40 W的LED灯负载供电,由此验证了无线取能线圈设计的有效性。 相似文献

针对当前国内外高压输电线路除冰时需要线路停运,且需要较多的人力、物力、劳动强度大和危险等特点,提出了一种不停电电磁防除冰方法。基于高频电磁感应技术和热传导理论,建立了高压输电线路的防除冰物理模型,利用ANSYS参数化语言APDL进行编程,对输电线路物理模型中的电磁-热现象进行了耦合数值计算。通过对比不同电磁参数下输电线路温度的分布和变化情况,找到了影响输电线路温度变化的主要电磁参数,包括高频电流的频率、高频电流密度、感应线圈间距、感应线圈长度、感应线圈厚度和感应加热时间。据此对线圈尺寸进行了优化设计,使输电线路温度在0 ℃以上能够有效防除冰。 相似文献

电控单体泵高速电磁阀电磁力决定了电磁阀的快速响应.利用Ansoft软件建立了高速电磁阀数值仿真模型,通过与试验数据对比得出电磁力最大偏差为9%,验证了仿真模型的准确性.应用仿真模型研究了铁芯、励磁线圈、衔铁、工作气隙和驱动电流等参数的变化对电磁力的影响,得出了励磁线圈匝数、工作气隙、驱动电流和衔铁厚度是电磁力的主要影响因素.应用试验设计的方法,进行了相关性分析,得出各种因素和电磁力之间的相关系数.结果表明,不但参数的单因素和电磁力有相关性,参数交互作用因素和电磁力也有相关性. 相似文献

针对目前感应钎焊电源都是感应线圈固定在主机上的,当工件比较大,特别经常需要焊多个焊点,移动式工作方式或操作狭窄的情况下,这类线圈固定式感应钎焊电源很难完成焊接工作,固提出了“手持式钎焊电源”的概念,将感应器与设备主机分离,中间由柔性电缆连接。将串联谐振与软开关技术相结合,来减小中间柔性电缆的损耗,本文主要完成主电路的搭建,基于DSP320F2812的控制系统设计(包括PSPWM&PDM混合功率控制及频率跟踪),并给出了实验波形。 相似文献

Central Norway is expected to have a gap of 8 TWh in 2010 because of heavy investments in energy-intensive industries. The region has two landing sites for natural gas and a considerable potential for wind power to cover the gap. Small-scale hydropower and upgrading of existing hydropower plants also constitute a regional energy potential. Paradoxically, the most realistic investment prospect seems to be extensive investments in new transmission lines to cover the supply deficit. 设计了一种基于非晶态合金的可同时检测转速和转矩的新型传感器.介绍了传感器的结构、工作原理,并分析了它的输出灵敏度特性和非线性误差,还进行了静态标定试验和动态模拟试验.静态试验分析了传感器的静态特性以及气隙、线圈匝数、激磁电流强度及频率对检测灵敏度的影响等.动态试验采用柴油机为加载动力,分析了温度、电磁和振动干扰对传感器性能的影响.试验结果表明:传感器的主要静态特性,如最大和最小重复性误差分别为3.17%和1.17%,最大和最小非线性误差分别为3.64%和0.83%,灵敏度高达0.586 9 mV/kN.传感器结构简单、工作可靠,能够实现传动轴转速和转矩的在线动态检测. 相似文献

Electric recreational vehicles represent a new challenge in terms of power supply systems compared to the current light-duty electric vehicles, which achieve high performance and long-range. The recreational vehicles need to heed the limited dimension requirements while assuring the high requested power. This paper proposes an integration of Lithium-Ion Capacitor (LIC) with Fuel Cell (FC) without any power electronic device for a three-wheel electric motorcycle. Unlike other hybrid power supply systems, the proposed FC-LIC passive configuration is lighter, compact, more efficient, and simpler to implement. Due to the different impedance of the components the system is self-management, in which FC supplies the average power component and LIC operates as a low-pass filter. In this respect, a simulator is built based on experimental tests to study the system performance in terms of hydrogen consumption and FC degradation. Subsequently, the system is tested under three standard motorcycle driving cycles at three different FC system lifespan stages. The obtained results demonstrate that a passive topology can supply the requested power along different FC stages of life and reported just an increment of 12% of hydrogen consumption at the oldest condition compared to the new condition. 相似文献

Shiraz solar thermal power plant is designed for 250 kW power supply during available sun radiation. It is decided to promote the field of collectors by installing a large parabolic collector and combining the system with a 500 kW hybrid boiler. For the new integrated configuration, thermodynamic analysis is required for engineering design and evaluating thermal performance.For the new system, transient simulation is performed under different working conditions. In the plant, each component is simulated transiently, by considering initial condition and capacity rate of the component as well as all the connecting pipes and instruments. Results of the simulation for thermal performance are compared with field experimental measurements for several periods. Taking into account the thermodynamic concepts and the results of numerical and experimental analysis, the best operation strategies are selected for optimum performance and control philosophy based on the new integrated collector. 相似文献

The present study deals with developing a Correlation for heat transfer coefficient for flow between concentric helical coils. Existing Correlation is found to result in large discrepancies with the increase in gap between the concentric coils when compared with the experimental results. In the present study experimental data and CFD simulations using Fluent 6.3.26 are used to develop improved heat transfer coefficient correlation for the flue gas side of heat exchanger. Mathematical model is developed to analyze the data obtained from CFD and experimental results to account for the effects of different functional dependent variables such as gap between the concentric coil, tube diameter and coil diameter which affects the heat transfer. Optimization is done using Numerical Technique and it is found that the new correlation for heat transfer coefficient developed in this investigation provides an accurate fit to the experimental results within an error band of 3–4%. 相似文献
