介绍了基于空间热网模型的采暖系统的计算机仿真程序,并运用该程序对低温地板辐射采暖和对流采暖两种系统进行计算机仿真,通过对一个采暖日内两种采暖方式下房间的采暖负荷、室内平均空气温度和维护结构内表面温度的动态分析和比较,证明了在维持房间相同热舒适度的情况下,低温地板辐射采暖系统的采暖负荷比对流采暖系统的采暖负荷小,具有节能性。 相似文献

本文建立了采暖系统的Yong分析模型,利用所建立的模型,对地板辐射采暖和传统的散热器采暖两种采暖方式进行了Yong分析。结果表明,当地板辐射采暖的供回水温度为45℃/35℃时,与传统的散热器采暖相比,其Yong效率大约高18%,地板辐射采暖所需供水温度低,可以充分利用各种低温热源及工业废热等低品位能量,是一种具有发展潜力的节能型采暖方式。 相似文献

Impedance heating, to maintain fluid temperature in transfer piping or to increase temperature in process-heating applications, is advantageous because the pipe itself is used as the heating element. In contrast to simple resistance heating, heat attributable to the I2R effect from impedance heating is further increased by heat from the proximity effect, eddy currents, and hysteresis. Heating from these effects is induced in pipes connected to the terminal of a step-down transformer. The electrical circuit is completed by a return conductor that closely parallels the pipe. 大庆油田为实现2010年能耗总量要比2005年下降120×104t标煤的节能目标,在采暖系统中试验应用聚能加热技术进行节能改造。介绍了聚能加热技术的原理及特点:与燃煤、燃油锅炉相比,热效率高(94%);省去了外部循环化验设备,可以利用峰谷电价差进行智能化管理;产热与热传输为同一介质,无污染,能抑制结垢物质在管道内壁和加热系统内壁的粘附;不需要其他任何加热元件,主要器件不属于压力容器设备,运行安全性高;采用微电脑自动控制,可单机或多机并列使用;安装简便,无需改动原有管线。大庆油田的现场应用案例表明,聚能加热技术适用于距离热源较远、相对独立的中小规模建筑(油田注水站、配注站、聚合物注入站、野外采油队等)的采暖需求,完全可以替代电采暖和锅炉采暖,节能效果显著,可有效降低运行费用和人工费用。 相似文献

The working principle of a controllable on-demand heating system based on off-peak electricity energy storage(COHSBOEES) is as follows: the cheap off-peak electricity energy is converted into heat energy for storage in the evening, and the heat energy can be extracted on demand for heating during daytime peak or flat electricity periods. This technology can promote the smooth operation of the power grid, solve the problem of peak regulation for the electrical network, and promote renewable energy consumption. Based on the controllable on-demand heating strategy, a COHSBOEES for a heating area of 1000 m^2 was designed and built. Variations in the energy consumption and operating cost of the COHSBOEES in different heating situations were analyzed. The results showed that, off-peak electricity energy storage for heating was energy saving in comparison with central heating when the heating intensity of the COHSBOEES was 70 W/m^2 and the on-demand heating rate was less than 73.0%, and the off-peak electricity energy storage for heating was energy saving at any on-demand heating rate when the COHSBOEES had a heating intensity of 50 W/m^2. After the COHSBOEES has been running for three complete heating seasons, when the off-peak electricity price was 0.25 yuan/kW·h, the energy consumption cost of the COHSBOEES can be saved by 77.6% in comparison with central heating. 相似文献

Cold rolled coils are subjected to the annealing process in order to improve their formability and mechanical properties. A mathematical model of thermal behavior of coils during the heating cycle has been developed. Based on experimental data from several tests, the accuracy of the model has been confirmed. This model enables us to determine the coldest point of coils and the end time of furnace operation. Furthermore, the model has been used to analyze the effect of strip thickness on the heating time required. Thinner strips lead to prolonged heating time and larger temperature differences within the coil. 相似文献
