本文论述了建筑设计在建筑抗震设计中的重要作用,指出了建筑设计是结构抗震设计的基础。建筑设计的是否考虑好抗震要求,将直接影响建筑物的抗震能力。好的建筑抗震设计必须是建筑设计与结构设计的共同协作和良好配合才能实现。文中提出了建筑设计中的主要抗震设计问题,如:建筑体型,建筑平面和竖向布置要有利于建筑抗震。并结合震害,论述了建筑体型简单对称、平面和竖向布置中质量与刚度分布均匀协调对建筑抗震的重要性。文章强调了应重视建筑立面装饰构件、室内建筑构件(非承重内隔墙,内隔断等)以及各种建筑装饰制品与主体结构的抗震连接与锚拉,保障其不发生伤人的灾害;此外还提出了高层建筑中屋顶的某些抗震要求和多层砌体房屋应遵守的总高度、层数以及高宽比限值控制问题。 相似文献

Experience from recent earthquakes such as Gilan, Zanjan, Bam and Lorestan earthquakes in Iran indicated that the constructed buildings are vulnerable against earthquake. Vulnerability of these structures is due to various reasons such as designing without considering seismic regulations, problems of regulations (design goals), implementation problems, changing of the building occupancy class, increasing the weight of building stories, adding new stories to the building and changing in architecture of building without considering structural system. So the main objective of this research is to examine the features of building configuration and their effects as for the damages to buildings in past earthquakes. For this purpose, initially four occurred earthquakes in Iran are selected as case study. Then three types of buildings (steel structure, concrete structure and masonry buildings) are analyzed with details. Results showed that the most of damages are occurred in the old steel structures and masonry buildings which their ages are more than 25 years. The study showed that most of the buildings in the study area are steel structure and masonry buildings while concrete structures are infrequent which most of them had no or slight damages. Therefore, the importance and need to enhance the performance of available buildings against earthquake forces by rehabilitating methods would be more important than before. Also results indicated that the decisions related to architectural plan which have significant effect on seismic performance of buildings, can be divided into three categories: configuration of building, restrictive formal architectural plan and dangerous structural components, as these categories are not obstacle of each other, it is possible that each category has an influential effect on others. So organizing the design decisions in this way is very important so as to manage their effects and interdependencies. 相似文献

Masonry buildings frequently present unsatisfactory behavior under seismic activity, due to the poor resistance of the masonry walls to tensile stresses and to the presence of flexible wooden floors. This paper presents a comparative study of the performance of different seismic retrofitting techniques, implemented in a model of an existing masonry building. The first part of the study considers the testing of different methodologies to strengthen the building floors, to enable them to behave as stiff diaphragms. In the second stage, the seismic protection of the building is studied with these different solutions: insertion of concrete walls, the use of a base isolation solution, and the implementation of viscous dampers. A particular analysis is made on the use of viscous dampers since it improves the seismic behavior with little interference. 相似文献

Due to architectural and functional considerations, buildings with irregular configurations are frequently constructed with rapid urbanization. During a seismic or blast activity, the performance of a building depends on various factors like adequate lateral strength, stiffness, ductility, regularity, and the extent of simplicity in the configuration. The irregular distributions of the stiffness, mass, and strength in the plan and height of the building create irregularity within the structures. The purpose of this study is to understand the nature of response under seismic ground motion and that obtained from ground vibration generated due to mine blasts if such buildings are situated near mines. This study also emphasizes on identifying the critical location of stress concentration of the structures under both seismic and mine blast-induced ground motion. Base shear, fundamental natural periods, mode shapes, and member forces for a few buildings with typical irregular configurations and similar buildings with regular counterparts are obtained. Nonlinear dynamic analysis has been carried out on irregular buildings for confirming the trends in behavior observed from linear dynamic analysis. Since the mine blasts take place sequentially, the study also aims to prescribe a suitable delay interval between such series blasts to minimize the vulnerability of vertically irregular seismic structures to the possible extent. 相似文献

针对砖砌体结构抗震性能差的问题,提出了采用竖向无粘结预应力筋对砖砌体结构进行加固的新型抗震加固技术。为研究加固效果,进行了一栋两层足尺砖砌体房屋模型模拟地震作用的拟动力试验与拟静力试验研究。试验测试了模型结构的动力特性和在不同方向、不同量级拟动力地震作用下的位移反应,研究了在拟静力试验工况下的破坏形态和受力性能。结果表明,加固前设防烈度不足8度的砖砌体结构,加固后在相当于9度大震(620伽)的拟动力作用下基本处于弹性状态,且结构两个方向的抗剪承载力与房屋总重量之比分别达到1.24和1.41,抗震承载力显著提高。加固后结构的荷载-位移滞回环饱满,骨架曲线下降段平缓,表现出良好的耗能和变形能力。水平荷载卸除后,预应力筋对于房屋有明显的复位作用,有助于实现大震不倒。
