为了说明TBM如何能够顺利地通过断层破碎带,文章以深圳地铁八号线工程为依托,对TBM隧道穿越断层破碎带的关键施工技术进行总结。实践结果表明:超前地质预报、超前钻孔、超前注浆等作为穿越破碎带前的准备工作,是TBM能否顺利通过断层破碎带的的关键。对于可能出现的卡盾、卡机问题需要引起注意。另外在TBM掘进的同时,需要加强对管片等的监控量测。通过对TBM隧道穿越断层破碎带的施工技术的总结说明,以期为其他类似工程提供借鉴。  相似文献

神华神东补连塔煤矿斜井采用TBM法施工,本文介绍TBM掘进过程的基本原理及其在隧道施工中的应用情况,以TBM掘进速率为研究对象研究了TBM掘进速率的影响因素及影响规律:围岩本身的物理特性,如岩石的强度、耐磨性、完整性等对TBM掘进速率的影响规律;TBM运行参数、运行故障等工艺条件对TBM掘进速率的影响。根据上述研究结果,从工艺和设备的角度来探讨如何确保TBM的掘进速率,为TBM隧道施工工艺的优化、TBM系统的稳定运行及成本控制提供参考依据和更加可靠的保障。  相似文献

新疆某引水隧洞工程为超特长深埋隧洞,其多个标段均设计为"单支洞双向主洞TBM同时掘进"的模式,这就对TBM掘进施工各附属系统提出了新的要求。为提高两台TBM同时掘进的施工效率、缩短工程工期、降低投资成本,在传统单台TBM施工模式的基础上,采用设计优化、类比实践等方法,从组装洞布置优化、辅助配套系统和施工保障系统三方面,探讨了"单支洞双向主洞TBM同时掘进"模式下TBM施工附属系统的设计与管理。在后期TBM掘进施工过程中,各系统运转正常,能够满足TBM快速、高效掘进的要求,达到了预期的效果。  相似文献

隧道掘进机(TBM)是长大隧道施工最先进的设备,以往只能待TBM掘进贯通后施作辅助洞室以及二次模筑混凝土衬砌,这与新奥法施工原理不相符合。结合南疆铁路吐库二线中天山隧道TBM施工实践,实现了二次模筑衬砌、辅助洞室开挖与TBM掘进三同步施工技术,有助于加强隧道施工与工程质量的安全、缩短施工工期,具有较高的推广价值。  相似文献

 为了提高施工效率,降低现场施工人员和设备的风险,锦屏二级水电站1#、3#引水隧洞采用大断面TBM进行施工。超大埋深TBM全断面施工,对于等级较强的岩爆,仍然可能会给TBM设备带来一定伤害。为此,通过微震实时监测和数值分析等手段,开展了TBM施工速度、导洞施工等TBM开挖方案对岩爆风险的影响研究。结果表明,降低TBM施工速率,有利于降低岩爆发生的风险;导洞施工+TBM联合施工对于极强岩爆风险的防范是十分有利的。研究成果可为TBM安全快速掘进提供重要的参考价值,也将为其他工程提供借鉴,具有重要的工程价值。  相似文献

 对开敞式硬岩掘进机在锦屏二级引水隧洞群中的应用经验进行总结和梳理,首先针对锦屏二级水电站高地应力下开敞式硬岩隧道掘进机(TBM)设备选型及掘进参数的优化进行研究,合理确定设备结构及掘进参数;采用BEAM,TSP,地质雷达等手段综合开展掌子面前方超前地质预报,取得良好的预报效果,并制定相应的预处理措施。首次在国内水电工程中开展微震监测系统试验及应用,进行高地应力下岩爆风险预测预警研究,较为准确地预测了岩爆发生的大致范围,并开展一系列防岩爆支护措施的试验研究工作,取得较好的效果,有效降低岩爆风险和危害。最后,对如何实现TBM安全快速掘进进行综合分析研究,对今后开敞式TBM的选型和使用提供参考意见。  相似文献

Drill and Blast (D&B) and Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) are the two dominating excavation methods in hard rock tunnelling. Selection of the cost effective excavation method for a tunnel is a function of tunnel cross section area, rock conditions, tunnel length, availability of skilled labour and proper equipment, and project schedule. Over the past few decades, major technological development and technical advances have been achieved in both methods. Yet, in many tunnelling projects, choosing the excavation method is still a challenge and requires considering pros and cons of each method and estimating construction time, costs, as well as post construction and operation & maintenance, and related risk in the planning phase. In this study, the productivity and efficiency of the D&B and TBM options for excavating certain size tunnels have been examined. The analysis is based on recent NTNU prediction models for advance rate and unit excavation cost for given ground conditions and tunnel geometry. For excavation of large size tunnels in very hard rock, the D&B method seems to be the cost effective choice irrespective to tunnel geometry. This is compared to smaller long tunnels with good boreability were the TBM has higher advance rate. The tunnel size and rock conditions have higher impact on the TBM performance and costs than for D&B. This refers to lower risk of using D&B where the use of this method is otherwise justified.  相似文献

 锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞是我国目前规模最大的水工隧洞群,特点是洞线长、埋深大、技术难度大,且沿线突水、岩爆、塌方各种地质灾害十分突出,为确保工程施工的安全与按期顺利发电,有必要选择安全快速的掘进方式,为此针对TBM工法,进行大量的调查研究与分析论证,研究结果表明:无论是从岩石的可钻性、耐磨性,还是从岩石的变形、破坏特性,TBM施工都是可行的,对可能遇到的地下水、岩爆、围岩大变形等不良地质条件的处理,较传统的钻爆法有一定的优势,对人员设备的安全具有更好的保护作用。结合地质超前预报和施工中不断改进的施工工艺和支护手段,可以较好地解决施工过程中可能遇到的一些工程难题。  相似文献

Tunneling in fault zones, Tuzla tunnel, Turkey   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
The Tuzla tunnel was excavated mainly in fault zones, shale and limestones using the conventional and shielded tunnel boring machine (TBM) methods. Fault zones in shales are brecciated and clayey, while those in limestones are of blocky structure. The rock mass rating, rock mass classification and support systems proposed for fault zones in Tuzla tunnel are insufficient for explaining the deformation and failure mechanisms encountered in the tunnel. In addition, dyke exposures, the fault-collapsed karstic system and groundwater also caused some problems during the excavation of the tunnel. The most important event relevant to fault zones in the Tuzla tunnel was the selection of a TBM. Before the excavation of the tunnel, the rock was determined to be of poor to fair quality. Therefore, tunneling with a TBM in rock of poor to fair quality was thought to be economic. However, during the excavation, fault zones with poor to very poor rock characteristics were encountered along an area comprising 70% of the tunnel length. The fault zones caused jamming of the TBM cutter and deviation from the tunnel alignment. In this respect, tunneling with the TBM method was quite problematic. Geotechnical problems encountered in the fault zones required special measures to be taken in the tunnel. With these measures, excavation and supporting of the tunnel were completed successfully by transforming heterogeneous conditions in the fault zones to homogeneous conditions in the tunnel impact area.  相似文献

 重庆市轨道交通六号线一期五里店站-山羊沟水库节点工程是TBM首次应用于城市轨道交通的试验段工程,为研究施工期间隧道围岩的稳定情况,进行大量的现场监控量测。基于现场监测数据,研究拱顶沉降、围岩深部位移、锚杆轴力、钢拱架内力及围岩接触应力的分布特性及变化规律,并通过数值模拟进行支护参数优化,为隧道后续施工及设计方案优化提供依据,也可为TBM在类似城市环境中的应用提供参考。  相似文献

In tunnel excavation by Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM), it is difficult to grasp the ground condition ahead of and surrounding the tunnel face because the face cannot be observed during tunnel driving. This is the reason why it has not been possible to make the best use of high-speed excavation capability of the TBM, especially in ground under complex conditions. Thus, the TBM Excavation Control System was developed to realize the accurate prediction of the geological condition ahead of and surrounding the tunnel face simultaneously with excavation. The special feature of this system is that geostatistical techniques are introduced into the data analysis using both drill logging data from pilot boring and TBM driving data obtained during excavation, in order to improve the precision of the ground mapping.  相似文献
