提出了新型预应力混凝土夹层板楼盖结构体系的设计慨念、构造与施工技术的工程实践经验,重点介绍了跨度(或柱网)6~12m的多层与高层建筑。进行了楼盖结构体系的经济效益分析,提供了同条件的多种楼板组成的楼盖结构体系的技术经济分析数据。结果表明,预应力混凝土夹层板楼盖结构具有施工方便、节省造价、增大使用空间等优点。  相似文献

钢筋混凝土空腹网架楼盖和空腹夹层板楼盖是基于大跨度楼盖需要产生的新型楼盖形式。详细介绍了几种大跨度钢筋混凝土楼盖的构造特点,推导了考虑剪切变形的钢筋混凝土空腹网架楼盖和空腹夹层板楼盖的等效剪切刚度。以25m×25m大跨度楼盖工程为例,利用ANSYS和PKPM软件对钢筋混凝土密肋井字梁楼盖、空腹网架楼盖和空腹夹层板楼盖的力学性能和经济指标进行了对比分析。结果表明:三种形式的楼盖在均布荷载10kN/m2作用下的挠度均能满足《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)要求,其中钢筋混凝土空腹网架楼盖和空腹夹层板楼盖经济性能更好,具有明显的优势。  相似文献

提出一种多层大跨度结构体系--U形钢板 混凝土高强螺栓连接组合空腹夹层板楼盖,该结构体系由U形钢板-混凝土组合下肋、钢筋混凝土上肋和上下肋间设置的钢筋混凝土剪力键形成的需考虑夹芯层剪切变形的空间楼盖。介绍了该楼盖结构体系的简化计算模型、弹性连续化理论分析方法和实用分析方法,通过仿真模型试验及实际工程应用,验证了弹性连续化理论分析方法与实用分析方法的正确性。研究结果表明:采用由上、下表层薄膜刚度和具有一定抗剪刚度的剪力键夹芯层组成的U形钢板-混凝土高强螺栓连接组合空腹夹层板楼盖简化计算模型进行弹性连续化理论分析,其分析结果与仿真模型试验结果基本相符,相对误差最大不超过5%;按等强和等刚度原则将U形钢板-混凝土组合空腹夹层板折算成钢筋混凝土实腹梁的实用分析方法,其计算结果与仿真模型试验结果基本相符,相对误差最大不超过4%。以黑龙江中医药大学文体中心B区57 m×39 m+57 m×36 m双跨多层(地下1层、地上3层)工程为算例,并与原位测试结果进行比较,说明U形钢板-混凝土高强螺栓连接组合空腹夹层板楼盖安全可靠,且具有较好的经济性。  相似文献

针对现有U形钢板-混凝土组合空腹夹层板楼盖结构体系在实际应用中存在的一些问题,提出了以H型钢组合结构构件替代原有空腹夹层板中的主要构件,形成了型钢混凝土组合空腹夹层板楼盖结构体系。同时结合实际工程案例将型钢混凝土组合空腹夹层板楼盖体系的分析、设计结果与U形钢板-混凝土组合空腹夹层板的设计结果进行对比,并对型钢混凝土组合空腹夹层板结构进行三向罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性分析。研究表明,在多层大跨度建筑结构中,型钢混凝土组合空腹夹层板受力性能良好,能满足结构的承载力要求和正常使用要求,在罕遇地震作用下,型钢混凝土组合空腹夹层板整体性较好,抗震性能良好,建议在跨度较大时选用型钢混凝土组合空腹夹层板结构。  相似文献

钢结构空腹夹层板楼盖是基于多层大跨钢结构的一种新型空间网格结构体系。这种新型空间网格结构体系是由上肋、下肋和上下肋之间设置的剪力键组成。本文通过哈尔滨武源小区商业广场屋面大跨钢结构空腹夹层板楼盖结构的设计和分析,介绍了钢结构空腹夹层板楼盖的实用计算方法,以及主要构件和节点的设计要点。设计同时采用MIDAS/Gen有限元分析软件进行建模分析,验证了采用实用计算方法进行钢结构空腹夹层板屋盖设计的可靠性。本文还对钢结构空腹夹层板楼盖结构的自振特性和舒适度进行了分析。分析结果表明大跨钢结构空腹夹层板楼盖体系安全、可靠,满足舒适性要求。  相似文献

多层大跨度公共建筑的混凝土结构体系的关键是楼盖,传统的楼盖做法是混凝土和预应力混凝土框架结构平面力系。在混凝土空腹夹层板结构的基础上,提出正六边形平面的多层大跨度混凝土蜂窝型空腹夹层板楼盖,以满足公共建筑楼盖平面形式多样化的要求。介绍了新结构体系的组成、构造、力学特性,并与传统结构体系进行对比分析,结果表明,在正六边形平面中,新结构的力学模型为一块考虑剪切变形的类似圆形平面的夹芯板,其经济指标优于传统结构。  相似文献

对新型复合空腹夹层板楼盖的构造进行了介绍,通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS模拟新型复合空腹夹层板楼盖在静力荷载作用下挠度、破坏及自振周期。模拟结果表明:与钢筋混凝土空腹夹层板楼盖相比,新型复合空腹夹层板楼盖在同级静力荷载下挠度减小,楼板自振周期增大,能够使结构远离地震卓越周期,减轻地震破坏。  相似文献

In this study, the unsteady thermal performance of a test room heated by circulating hot airflow under the floor was analyzed with a developed mathematical model based on heat transfer equilibrium among the air flow, the floor and the indoor air. The time variations in the indoor air temperature for the serial duct floor heating system were investigated theoretically and experimentally. The time variations in the floor surface and the indoor air temperatures were predicted theoretically for the parallel duct floor heating system. Experiments on the time variations of the dimensionless numbers such as Nu for the airflow in duct and the indoor air, Gr for the indoor air and the heat ratios of convection and radiation to total heat for the serial duct floor heating system were performed. Using the existing floor heating system, the radiant floor cooling system can be used as an alternative to the conventional all-air cooling systems. In this paper, a numerical model for the radiant floor cooling system is built using finite volume method. The objective of this study is to research the effects of the thermal resistance of pipe and water velocity on the performance of the radiant floor cooling system. In order to provide better heat transfer simulation in the pipe, composite grids are used in the model. The numerical floor surface temperature and the heat flux are in agreement with the measured results. The results illustrate that the pipe has effect on the performance of the radiant floor cooling system when the thermal conductivity of the pipe is low. However, the effect of the water velocity on the performance of the cooling system is not great. The model is helpful to calculate and design such kind of radiant floor cooling systems.  相似文献

In this paper, a calculation method for the floor surface temperature in radiant floor heating/cooling system is proposed, a new formula is derived to estimate the floor surface temperature. The floor is divided into two layers. The correlation for the thermal conductivity of the lower layer is developed based on the numerical model of the radiant floor system built in this paper. The results show that the floor surface temperature values from the proposed method are in agreement with the experimental and numerical values.  相似文献

This paper presents a two-dimensional simulation model of the heat losses and temperatures in a slab on grade floor with floor heating which is able to dynamically model the floor heating system. The aim of this work is to be able to model, in detail, the influence from the floor construction and foundation on the performance of the floor heating system. The ground-coupled floor heating model is validated against measurements from a single-family house. The simulation model is coupled to a whole-building energy simulation model with inclusion of heat losses and heat supply to the room above the floor. This model can be used to design energy efficient houses with floor heating focusing on the heat loss through the floor construction and foundation. It is found that it is important to model the dynamics of the floor heating system to find the correct heat loss to the ground, and further, that the foundation has a large impact on the energy consumption of buildings heated by floor heating. Consequently, this detail should be in focus when designing houses with floor heating.  相似文献

This paper summarizes the primary structural systems that comprised World Trade Center (WTC) 1, 2, and 7, which were destroyed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. There were four major structural subsystems in the towers: the exterior walls, the core, the floor system, and the hat truss. The major structural systems within WTC 7 were the foundation, exterior moment frames, floor system, interior columns, and column transfer trusses and girders. At the time of design and construction, the WTC towers were innovative in many ways, and resulted in a tremendous increase of open-plan commercial office space in downtown Manhattan. As the first of four papers, this paper summarizes the structural and passive fire protection features of each building, and focuses on the structural systems which played a critical role in the outcome of the attacks of September 11, 2001. Three companion papers address the effects of aircraft impact damage on the WTC towers and debris damage on WTC 7, the effects of fire on the three buildings, and how these events contributed to building collapse by describing the contribution of key structural systems to the overall building behavior and collapse, such as the floor systems and hat trusses in WTC 1 and WTC 2 and the floor connections around Column 79 in WTC 7.  相似文献
