为深入研究公共建筑的节能潜力与节能设计措施,选择重庆市区大型商场建筑为研究对象。在调研了主要的商场建筑的基础上,建立了商场建筑基本模型;针对商场建筑外墙部分,从提高外墙保温隔热性能方面制定出采用双层玻璃窗、增加外墙保温层及空气间层等四种不同的节能构造设计方案,并分别与现状外墙的能耗状况进行对比研究;通过比较各方案的热工性与经济性指标,得出商场建筑外墙节能设计的有效措施,为大型公共建筑的节能设计提供参考。  相似文献

A new type of composite wall system incorporating phase change materials (PCMs) was proposed and its potential for air conditioning/heating energy savings in continental temperate climate was evaluated. The novelty of the wall system consists of the fact that two PCM wallboards, impregnated with different PCMs are used. The structure of the new wall system is that of a three-layer sandwich-type insulating panel with outer layers consisting of PCM wallboards and middle layer conventional thermal insulation. The PCM wallboard layers have different functions: the external layer has a higher value of the PCM melting point and it is active during hot season and the internal layer with a PCM melting point near set point temperature for heating is active during cold season. A year-round simulation of a room built using the new wall system was carried out and the effect of PCM presence into the structure of the wall system was assessed. It was found that the new wall system contributes to annual energy savings and reduces the peak value of the cooling/heating loads. The melting point values for the two PCMs resulting in the highest value of the energy savings were identified.  相似文献

This paper reports experimental studies on heat, air and moisture (HAM) transfer through a full scale light weight building envelope wall under real atmospheric boundary conditions. The main objective of the article is to generate informative data so that it can be used for numerical validation of HAM models. The considered wall is a multilayered structure built up from outside to inside of external board, vented cavity, fibreboard sheathing, mineral wool between wooden studs and interior finishing. The global wall has a surface area of (1.80 × 2.68) m2; and is subdivided into three vertical parts. The parts differ from each other by the applied interior finishing. Between the different layers of each part and on the surfaces of the wall humidity, temperature and heat flux sensors are placed in a 3D matrix. At the outer surface of the wall, the applied sheathing is a bituminous wood board. In the board nine removable specimens are included. By regularly weighing the fibreboard samples, their moisture content could be quantified. Using data collected over a total time span of about two years, insight about the hygrothermal behaviour of the different envelope parts is obtained and at the same time a well-documented data set is generated that can be used for hygrothermal envelope model validation purposes.  相似文献

Experimental investigation on aerated lightweight concrete (ALC) wall panels in terms of thermal inertia, transient thermal behavior and surface temperature prediction using finite difference method (FDM) are the main focus of this study. ALC wall panels of different density and different aerial intensity of newspaper sandwiched were produced and installed on a prototype house. The ALC wall panels were facing east direction and subjected to Malaysia natural environment condition. The inner and outer surface temperatures of the wall panels were recorded at 3 min interval, 24 h a day for a period of one year. Time lag and decrement factor were computed from the surface temperatures recorded. The results showed that thermal diffusivity has a positive relationship to the thermal inertia of ALC wall panels. FDM was used to predict the surfaces temperature and the predicted temperature was close to the observed temperature. The average differences between the observed and the predicted outer wall surface temperature lied between 1.4 and 2.4% whereas for the inner wall surface, the range was 1.3-2.2%. Greater deviations were detected on the predicted outer surface temperature could be due to some unaccounted factors such as wind direction and relative humidity in the present FDM.  相似文献
