本文对改革密封放射源安全和保安监管提出了如下几点建议:(1)对源实施“全链式”通报和盘查;(2)促使和鼓励将废源返回源的生产单位或出口国;(3)对源按其潜在危险进行分类并实行分级监管;(4)抓紧制定我国的放射源安全和保安规定。文中还简要阐述了提出这些改革建议的理由或考虑。  相似文献

This paper mainly focuses on the influence of three kinds of media: air, air-10%PA (Nylon) and air-10% POM (polyoxymethylene) on low-voltage circuit breaker arcs. A threedimensional (3-D) model of arc motioa under the effect of external magnetic field is built based on magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) equations. By adopting the commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) package based on the control-volume method, the above MHD equations are solved. For the media of air-10%PA and air-10%POM, the distributions of stationary temperature and electrical potential and the transient motion processes are compared with those of air arc. The research shows that both air-10%PA and air -10% POM can cool the arc plasma and the former is more effective. Both of them can increase the stationary voltage as well. Moreover, the presence of the two mixtures can accelerate the arc motion toward the quenching area and ensures the arc quenched in time.  相似文献

ZrN fihns were deposited on Si(111) and M2 steel by inductively coupled plasma (ICP)-enhanced RF magnetron sputtering. The effect of ICP power on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of ZrN films was investigated. When the ICP power is below 300 W, the ZrN films show a columnar structure. With the increase of ICP power, the texture coefficient (To) of the (111) plane, the nanohardness and elastic modulus of the films increase and reach the maximum at a power of 300 W. As the ICP Power exceeds 300 W, the films exhibit a ZrN and ZrNx mixed crystal structure without columnar grain while the nanohardness and elastic modulus of the films decrease. All the ZrN coated samples show a higher corrosion resistance than that of the bare M2 steel substrate in 3.5% NaCl electrolyte. The nanohardness and elastic modulus mostly depend on the crystalline structure and Tc of ZrN(111).  相似文献

We report our recent work on mean-field potential effects on the elliptic flows of matters and antimatters in heavy ion collisions leading to the production of a baryon-rich matter. Within the framework of a multiphase transport (AMPT) model that includes both initial partonic and final hadronic interactions, we have found that including mean-field potentials in the hadronic phase leads to a splitting of the elliptic flows of particles and their antiparticles, providing thus a plausible explanation of the different elliptic flows betweenp and anti-p, K+ and K-, and Jr+ and ~ observed by the STAR Collaboration in the Beam Energy Scan (BES) program at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC). Using a partonic transport model based on the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio (NJL) model, we have also studied the effect of scalar and vector mean fields on the elliptic flows of quarks and antiquarks in these collisions. Converting quarks and antiquarks at hadronization to hadrons via the quark coalescence model, we have found that the elliptic flow differences between particles and antiparticles also depend on the strength of the quark vector coupling in baryon-rich quark-gluon plasma, providing thus the possibility of extracting information on the latter's properties from the BES program at RHIC.  相似文献

CrN films have been synthesized on Si(100) wafer by inductively coupled plasma (ICP)-enhanced radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering. The effects of ICP power on microstructure, crystal orientation, nanohardness and stress of the CrN films have been investigated. With the increase of ICP power, the current density at substrate increases and the films exhibit denser structure, while the DC self-bias of target and the deposition rate of films decrease. The films change from crystal structure to amorphous structure with the increase of ICP power. The measured nanohardness and the compressive stress of films reach the topmost at ICP power of 150 W and 200 W, respectively. The mechanical properties of films show strong dependence on the crystalline structure and the density influenced by the ICP power.  相似文献

The extraction performance of Pu(Ⅳ) with tri-iso-amyl phosphate (TiAP) were studied. The effects of the concentration of nitric acid and the ratio of phase on the extraction efficiency of Pu(Ⅳ), and on the formation of second organic phase were investigated. In this paper, the generation of excimers and exciplexe radiation in mixtures of rare gas with halogen by homogeneous dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is investigated. The typical characteristics of an excilamp based on KrCl exciplexe molecules and the kinetic processes for the formation and the decay of this molecules in the Kr/Cl2 mixture are studied. The computer model developed is based on the Kr/Cl2 mixture chemistry, the equivalent electric circuit and the Boltzmann equations. The importance in the kinetic processes of some species such as the metastable state of Krypton (Kr(3P0,2)) and the negative ion of chloride (Cl) is considered. The results illustrate the time variations of charged species (ne,Kr+,Cl,Cl+,Cl+2,Kr+2), excited atoms and molecules (Kr(3P0,2), Kr(3P1), Cl, Cl2), the excimers (Kr2,KrCl(B),KrCl(C),Kr2Cl) and the UV photon concentrations (in 222nm,235nm,258nm and 325nm range). The effects of chlorine concentration and the total gas pressure in the Kr-Cl2 discharge on the electric parameters and radiation emissions are investigated.  相似文献

A 3D Monte Carlo (MC) code PIC- EDDY, based on EDDY (erosion and deposition dynamic simulation) code, was used to investigate the redeposition of different impurities in the gaps of C tiles. By incorporating the rate coefficients of beryllium (Be) and tungsten (W) into the code, we obtain deposition profiles of hydrocarbon, beryllium and tungsten particles in the toroidal and poloidal gaps, respectively. The redeposition rate of tungsten was found to be higher than those of other impurities in the gaps, except at the bottom, due to its easier local deposition within one gyroradius. Due to the effect of reflection coefficients of hydrocarbon fragments on graphite, fewer hydrocarbons were resided at the entrance while more were deposited on the sides of the gap. At elevated plasma temperatures (such as 30 eV), asymmetric deposition distributions were observed between the toroidal and poloidal gaps due to the dominant ionized particles. Ions were mainly deposited within 1 mm depth inside gaps, and the bottom deposition particles were almost all neutrals.  相似文献

This paper reports for the first time an experimental study on the power deposition profile of the ion cyclotron range frequencies (ICRF) power depositing on electrons in HT-7. The fast Fourier transform (FFT) analysis and the break in slope (BIS) method are utilized to obtain the information of the power deposition. The results indicate that the electrons were heated directly, and the electrons absorbed around 20% of the input power of the discharge of interest.  相似文献

The 100 MeV high intensity cyclotron, CYCIAE-100, is an advanced accelerator project in China.The fabrication of the main magnet is the key part of the construction for CYCIAE-100 and the technology division of BRIF is consistently taking a discreet attitude towards the magnet design.
