在沥青混合料中掺加PE-Y抗车辙剂的根本目的就在于提高混合料的高温稳定性,增强沥青混合料在高温下抵抗永久变形的能力。为模拟更加恶劣的环境条件,进行了特殊温度车辙试验和浸水车辙试验研究,并首次引入综合稳定指数C作为评价指标。试验结果表明:PE-Y变形体的加筋嵌挤、胶黏作用对提高混合料的高温稳定性效果十分显著,即便在很高的温度条件下,PE-Y变形体交织搭桥形成的空间网络结构仍然能够发挥作用;而且能够降低沥青混合料的水敏感性,使得混合料在荷载、高温和水耦合作用的严酷条件下,仍然能够具有较强的抵抗永久变形的能力。 相似文献

为探索重庆地区高速公路使用效果更好的新路面结构,结合重庆涪南高速沥青路面工程,进行了湖沥青改性沥青混合料在重庆地区高速公路路面工程下面层的应用研究。研究中为降低湖沥青改性沥青加工难度和确保湖沥青下面层的工程质量,取消软化点评价指标,以弥补湖沥青改性混合料高温稳定性差、抗车辙能力弱等缺点。通过改进的湖沥青复合改性方案对25%掺量的特立尼达湖沥青改性AC-25C沥青混合料进行了配合比设计及路用性能研究,并与常规沥青路面性能进行对比,同时进行试验路验证,为重庆地区湖沥青改性应用于路面工程提供了技术支持。 相似文献

特立尼达湖沥青是世界上最有名的天然沥青,其物质组成和化学性质极其稳定。近年来,湖沥青凭借其良好的路用性能得到了越来越多的应用。首先对TLA改性沥青的性能及其在工程的使用情况进行了阐述,然后从沥青混合料的制备、运输、摊铺、碾压以及接缝处理方面详细分析了TLA改性沥青混合料的应用情况,最后通过室内试验及现场检测对TLA改性沥青路面的性能进行了分析。结果表明,TLA改性沥青混合料具有良好的高温稳定性和水稳定性,其路面压实度和平整度均符合规范要求,满足了交通等级为重交通的使用要求。TLA改性沥青的成功应用可为其在高速公路上的推广应用提供参考。 相似文献

介绍了影响沥青路面高温稳定性的因素,总结了当前常用的评价沥青混合料高温稳定性的方法,归纳了沥青混合料高温稳定性评价指标及标准,指出了动稳定度指标的不足之处,推荐了SPT试验来评价沥青混合料的高温稳定性能。最后对添加3种改性剂的试件进行了车辙试验和SPT试验,并对试验数据进行了对比,认为PR改性剂的抗车辙能力优于其他改性剂。 相似文献

Physical properties of different fibers(mineral,cellulose, or carbon fiber) and their stabilizing and reinforcing effects on asphalt mortar performance were studied. Scanning electron microscopy was used to study the effect of fiber’s microstructure on asphalt mortar’s performance. Laboratory tests of mesh-basket draindown and oven heating were designed and performed to evaluate the fibers’ asphalt absorption and thermostability. A cone penetration test was used to study the flow resistance of fiber-modified asphalt mortar. Results showed that fiber can form a three-dimensional network structure in asphalt,and this network can be retained at high temperature. This network of fibers favors the formation of a thick coating of mastic without asphalt draining down. Cellulose fiber possessed a greater effect on asphalt absorption and stabilization than did the other fibers(mineral and carbon fiber). A dynamic shear rheometer was used to evaluate their rheological properties and rut resistance. Results indicated that fiber can effectively improve the rut and flow resistance of asphalt mortar. However, the bending beam rheometer results demonstrated that the addition of fiber had negative effects on the creep stiffness and creep rate of asphalt mortar. 相似文献

聚合物纤维是一种高性能新型增强材料,对沥青胶浆的高温性能影响较大,纤维用量、粉油比及纤维种类都会对胶浆高温性能产生影响,采用动态剪切流变仪对纤维增强沥青胶浆高温性能进行拟因素、水平的正交试验研究。试验结果表明粉油比对沥青胶浆高温性能的影响最大,纤维用量的影响次之,纤维种类差异的影响最小。但在25℃时,增强纤维与木质素纤维种类差异的影响比纤维用量的影响大,表明温度较低时,纤维的增强作用更突出。 相似文献

此方法对不同沥青、不同级配沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能作出了评价。试验结果表明,用低温约束温度应力试验中的冻断温度评价沥青混合料低温抗裂性能,直观、可靠性高。不同的沥青品种其混合料冻断温度明显不同,低温性能的沥青抗裂性能较好;沥青品种相同、级配不同的沥青混合料其冻断温度不同,但差别较小。沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料表现出较好的低温抗裂性,沥青碎石的低温抗裂性较差。 相似文献

AbstractIn order to investigate the enhancing effect of basalt fiber (BF) on toughness of asphalt, BF modified asphalt and mixture were prepared. Strip tensile test was performed to study the anti-cracking ability of BF modified asphalt. The effect of BF on toughness of asphalt mixture was investigated using MTS system. SEM was conducted to explore the enhancing mechanism of BF. The results showed that the ultimate tensile stress of BF modified asphalt peaked when fiber content reached 0.4% by weight of asphalt mixture. Composite materialization and self-healing force of BF led to the enhancing effect on toughness capacity of asphalt. 相似文献

In this paper we investigate the reinforcement mechanism of high viscosity rubber/SBS modified asphalt mortar mixed with fiber (mineral, lignin or carbon fiber) and deoiled asphalt (DOA). The softening point, penetration and viscosity tests were conducted to characterize the engineering properties of asphalt-fiber mortar. The microstructure of fiber was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the results indicated that fiber can effectively improve the toughness of asphalt matrix through forming a spatial network structure, and then adhesion and stabilization of asphalt binder. The cone penetration test was designed to study the rheological property of fiber modified asphalt. The results indicated that the reinforcement effect increased with fibers and DOA fraction increasing to a certain threshold, and the optimal fiber content was dependent on the fiber type and its length. Fiber content and filler-asphalt ratio had significant effects on the softening point, penetration, viscosity and cone penetration of asphalt mortar. 相似文献
