生物法净化石化企业污水处理场恶臭废气的中型试验

采用生物法净化石化企业污水处理场曝气池逸散恶臭废气。中试结果表明，在恶臭废气中H2S人口平均浓度为4．34mg／m^3，有机硫化物浓度为6．33mg／m^3，苯系物浓度为300．0mg／m^3的条件下，H2S、有机硫化物、苯系物浓度的平均去除率分别为100％，95．6％，97．2％，臭气的去除率为99．2％。生物填料塔运行稳定，适应性强，有较强的耐H2S负荷冲击能力。     

A／O法处理高浓度含酚废水生物相分析

主要介绍了A／O法处理高浓度含酚废水的可行性和处理效果，研究3^#污水处理场在实际运行中，高浓度含酚废水中挥发酚、苯等污染物浓度对活性污泥生物机理的影响和处理对策措施。结果表明，在优化工艺控制条件下，高浓度含酚废水经A／O法生物处理后，挥发酚的去除率达到98％。     

炼油污水深度处理回用技术的工业应用

采用悬浮填料生物接触氧化深度处理外排污水技术对污水场外排污水进行深度处理回用,污水平均含油量由3.0 mg／L下降到0.6 mg／L,COD由97.2 mg／L下降到25 mg／L,氨氮质量浓度由21.6 mg／L下降到3.72 mg／L。2003年上半年回用污水605 kt,加工吨原油耗新鲜水1.14 t,与2002年同期相比下降了31.3％。     

新型固定生物床处理炼油厂含酚污水工业试验

为减少炼油厂含酚污水的污染,从生活污泥中培育出噬酚菌,以生物陶粒作为填料,用新型固定生物床对含酚污水进行工业试验.结果表明:在含酚污水COD小于500mg/L,酚浓度小于130 mg/L的条件下,含酚污水仅需经过2～3 h的处理,就可使酚的降解率大于85%,COD的降解率大于60%,出水酚浓度小于20 mg/L,COD小于200mg/L.     

含油污水浮选复合絮凝剂新配方的工业试验

在茂名石油化工公司炼油厂污水处理场进行了新配方复合絮凝剂的工业应用试验,结果表明,选用由丙烯酰胺与含胺基团单体共聚而得到的阳离子型有机高分子絮凝剂ZDMC和无机PAFC组成的复合絮凝剂,当投加量为（10＋20）mg/L,是原药剂PAFC用量的65％时,浮选池出水石油类和COD的去除率各提高5％左右;当投中量为（5＋20）mg／L,是PAFC的54％时,处理效果相当;两种情况下浮渣的生成量均可减少26．2％,而且投药成本和废渣处理费用都有所下降。     

液膜法处理低浓度含酚工业污水室内研究

液膜法处理低浓度含酚污水实验分析了振荡次数、表面活性剂用量、外水相pH值、NaOH浓度、流体石蜡用量、油内比Roi、乳水比Rew等对除酚率的影响．依据实验成果设计的液膜体系对低浓度合酚（6～10mg／L）工业污水经一级处理后可降至0.5mg／L水平，除酚率达到94％以上，能够满足环保要求，具有工业推广价值。     

阳离子淀粉衍生物HY-6的净水性能

阳离子淀粉衍生物HY-6由淀粉接枝聚丙烯酰胺与甲醛、二甲胺反应并季铵化制得。HY-6 2～6mg／L与聚合铁80mg／L 配合，使孤一注污水浊度由74．3mg／L降至13．2～3．5mg／L，使孤五注污水浊度由48.6mg／L降至9．4～4．1mg／L。加入HY-62～12mg／L和聚合铁80mg／L，使孤三联污水含油量由2646mg／L降至354．3～18．9mg／L，透光率由0升至75．6％～98．6％。加入HY-62～12mg／L和聚合铁80mg／L。使孤一污水站污水COD值由624．3mg／L降至176．5～90．2mg／L，使孤五污水站污水COD值由416．8mg／L降至156．7～76．8mg／L。介绍了阳离子淀粉衍生物HY-6在孤岛油田孤五联回注污水处理中的应用效果。表4。     

固定化微生物法处理炼油厂碱渣与电脱盐废水

炼油厂高浓度混合水由碱渣废水和电脱盐水组成，其化学需氧量（COD）可高达3000mg／L，含盐量达1700mg/L，氨氮含量50mg/L左右，挥发酚含量为70mg／L左右，硫化物含量为70mg／L，混合水流量为50m^3／h。为了减少高浓度污水对鼓风曝气系统的冲击，保证炼油厂污水处理系统的达标排放，采用固定微生物法对高浓度污水进行预处理。使高浓度污水预处理后的COD小于或等于300mg／L，氨氮小于或等于1mg／L，硫化物小于或等于2mg／L，挥发酚含量为9mg／L，然后送人鼓风曝气系统进行进一步的深度处理。使二沉池出水COD小于或等于150mg/／L，实现达标排放。     

齐鲁乙烯污水处理场A/O工艺调试与优化

齐鲁乙烯污水处理场升级改造后,承担着乙烯新区47套化工装置及周边地方40余家化工企业的石化废水处理任务。改造后的污水处理场对含低盐石化废水采用缺氧-好养生物处理工艺(A/O工艺)与絮凝过滤工艺进行处理。建立中试装置,研究了A/O工艺对石化废水中有机物与NH3-N的去除效果。考察了系统受到有毒有害物质及高浓度进水COD,NH3-N等冲击时的去除效果,以此评估工业化装置的抗水质波动及抗冲击负荷的能力。结果表明,A/O系统具有耐有毒有害物质的能力,对水质波动的冲击负荷具有较好的抵抗能力。在COD进水质量浓度为250～500 mg/L,NH3-N质量浓度为16～105 mg/L,COD与NH3-N的去除率均达到90%以上;出水满足《山东省小清河流域水污染物综合排放标准》DB 37/656—2006,即COD质量浓度小于等于60 mg/L,NH3-N质量浓度小于等于6 mg/L。     

炼油溶剂对污水处理的影响及改进措施

重点分析了炼油工艺中脱硫溶剂MDEA和抽提溶剂环丁砜常见的跑损途径,以及溶剂进入含硫污水系统后在含硫污水汽提装置中的受热分解情况,追踪了溶剂进入含油污水系统后对污水处理场进水COD的影响以及在污水处理场的生化降解情况。针对炼油工艺中溶剂不合理跑损现象,通过加强溶剂使用现场管理和优化常减压装置污油罐回炼流程,MDEA和环丁砜年消耗量分别减少60.7 t和40.0 t,从而减少了溶剂对污水处理场的冲击,改善了污水处理场进水水质。

塔里木盆地塔中地区生物礁特征及分布

塔里木盆地塔中地区中、上奥陶统发育多种类型生物礁，主要造礁生物包括海绵、托盘类、层孔虫、珊瑚、隐藻类、苔藓虫、蓝绿藻、绿藻、管孔藻科红藻等，主要礁体类型为灰泥丘和少量的骨架礁、障积礁。分析钻探揭示的生物礁特征，结论是灰泥丘主要形成于棚内及棚缘内带环境，骨架礁与障积礁主要形成于棚内与棚缘环境。通过沉积相分析和地震反射特征研究，预测塔中地区的陆棚边缘相带和塔中北部斜坡的中部地带，有望找到带状或断续带状分布的生物礁带。塔中1号断裂西墙的顺托果勒西区块已发现6个地震异常反射体，从其发育层位、所处环境和内部反射特征来看，极可能是生物礁丘。图2表2参6     

原料性质对催化裂化装置动态响应和定常态特性的影响

应用前置挠焦罐式高效再生器催化裂化装置动态机理数学模型及其Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ仿真软件平台ＨＥＲＳ，在考察了新鲜原料残炭值，密度，ＡＳＴＭ馏程等单个性质对装置生产操作过程中中动态响应和定态特性的影响后，考察了原料变重（残炭值，密度和沸点均增高）对生产操作的影响，单个性质变化时，只控制催化剂藏量，产品分布变化较小，而再生部分各变量变化较大３个性质综合变化时，藏量，压力和反应温度全闭环控制，产品分布和再生部
