研究氯化钙(CaCl_2)结合季也蒙毕赤酵母(Meyerozyma guilliermondii)处理对由炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)引起的芒果采后炭疽病的抑制效果,同时分析CaCl_2对病原菌和酵母拮抗菌生长以及果实抗病性的影响。结果显示:40 g/L CaCl_2可有效提升拮抗菌M.guilliermondii对芒果采后炭疽病的生防效果,其中40 g/L CaCl_2与1×108 CFU/m L M.guilliermondii悬浮液的复合处理比单一处理更能有效地抑制芒果果实采后炭疽病的发生。此外,40 g/L CaCl_2对C.gloeosporioides菌丝的生长具有抑制作用,并能够促进拮抗菌M.guilliermondii在芒果果实伤口处的增殖。与此同时,该复合处理显著诱导了芒果果实抗病相关酶活性的升高。结果表明,40 g/L CaCl_2可以直接通过抑制病原菌的生长和促进拮抗酵母的增殖、以及间接诱导果实抗病性来提升拮抗菌M.guilliermondii对芒果果实采后炭疽病防治效果。  相似文献

利用从原生态枇杷果实上分离筛选并鉴定的、能显著抑制炭疽病的季也蒙毕赤酵母Y35-1菌株,研究其抑菌抗腐效果,并将其制成液体和固体型菌剂在枇杷贮藏保鲜方面应用。结果表明:拮抗酵母Y35-1菌株能够有效抑制枇杷炭疽病胶孢炭疽菌孢子的萌发,能够在病原菌菌丝上寄生而抑制菌丝的正常生长,不接触对峙培养实验显示Y35-1菌株能够有效抑制病原菌菌丝的扩展和生长。保鲜应用表明:酵母Y35-1液体和活性冻干粉菌剂均能明显抑制枇杷果实贮藏期间的病害腐烂发生率,贮藏至第20天时,两处理组果实腐烂指数分别仅为2.25%和3.60%;且这两种生防菌剂对枇杷的硬度、质量损失率、可溶性固形物、果皮细胞膜透性、总糖含量、总酸含量、VC含量均起到了一定的维持作用。Y35-1酵母液体菌剂在4℃条件下、活性冻干粉菌剂在-20℃条件下最适宜存放,且海藻糖对Y35-1酵母贮藏期间生活力和生防效力起到了保护作用。研究结果显示Y35-1菌株对采后枇杷胶孢炭疽菌有明显的抑菌作用,液体和固体剂型的生防制剂均对采后枇杷具有抑腐保鲜效果。  相似文献

In order to study its commercial value, antagonistic spectrum and storage application of YS‐1 Paenibacillus brasilensis were investigated in this paper. YS‐1 P. brasilensis showed obvious antifungal activity to 5 different fruit pathogens, which was of broad antagonistic spectrum. Effect and application of YS‐1 P. brasilensis fermentation liquid on Nanfeng mandarin at different storage temperatures were also investigated with the puncture inoculation method. Results showed that lesion diameter and disease incidence at 25 °C were higher than those at 5 °C after end of the storage, and there was significant difference between them. P. brasilensis fermentation liquid was effective for control of Penicillium italicum on Nanfeng mandarin stored at 5 °C for 25 d or 25 °C for 20 d. Preharvest treatment combined with postharvest treatment significantly reduced the decay rate of Nanfeng mandarin by 5.8% more than the control, particularly in the 1st 2 mo of storage. Fruits treated with P. brasilensis fermentation liquid in preharvest and postharvest period tended to have higher total sugar content, titratable acidity, ascorbic acid (AsA) content, and soluble solids content than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the 2 groups. A delay was observed in the drop in AsA content. In this article, strain YS‐1 is reported for the 1st time as a biocontrol agent against blue mold of Nanfeng mandarin. The research will provide an application reference for preservation of citrus.  相似文献

研究拮抗酵母结合热空气处理对提高采后海红果果实贮藏性能的效果。分别用107CFU/mL拮抗罗伦隐球酵母悬浮液浸泡处理2 min,36℃热空气处理海红果10 h以及二者结合先后处理海红果,于20℃下储藏15 d,贮藏期每3 d测定相关指标,研究不同处理对海红果果实贮藏期的保鲜效果。结果表明,热空气处理、拮抗酵母处理、先拮抗酵母后热空气处理和先热空气后拮抗酵母处理均能降低贮藏过程中海红果的失重率、腐烂率和丙二醛含量,提高SOD、CAT和POD活性,其中先热空气后拮抗酵母处理组的各项指标除POD外,其他均显著(P<0.05)优于单一处理组,表明先热空气后拮抗酵母处理海红果的保鲜效果优于单独处理方式;能明显降低果实水分和有机质的减少以及病害的发生率,提高果实抗氧化酶活性,减少丙二醛的积累,进而延缓细胞衰老,延长货架期。先36℃热空气处理10 h后107 CFU/mL罗伦隐球酵母悬浮液浸泡处理2 min是采后海红果果实保鲜处理的适宜方式。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Decay caused by fungal pathogens is responsible for significant economic loss of grape fruit in vineyards worldwide. However, postharvest treatment is not advisable for this fruit owing to its thin waxy pericarp and succulent flesh, which are easily damaged. Therefore preharvest treatment even at 1 day before harvest has been considered as a promising method to control postharvest decay of table grape fruit in storage. Integrative effects of preharvest application of Cryptococcus laurentii combined with low‐concentration chitosan on decay and quality of table grape fruit during storage were investigated in this study. RESULTS: Spraying of antagonistic yeast combined with chitosan before harvest significantly reduced natural decay of fruit stored at 0 °C. Preharvest treatment stabilised polyphenol oxidase activity, increased peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia‐lyase activities and decreased superoxide dismutase activity compared with control fruit. There was a higher ratio of soluble solid content to titratable acidity in treated fruit than in control fruit during storage. In addition, preharvest treatment affected the total phenolic content in fruit during storage. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that integrative application of C. laurentii and low‐concentration chitosan before harvest may be a promising technology to control decay of table grape fruit in storage. The potential of using antagonistic yeast Metschnikowia pulcherrimas alone or in combination with ultraviolet‐C (UV‐C) treatment for controlling Alternaria rot of winter jujube, and its effects on postharvest quality of fruit was investigated. The results showed that spore germination of Alternaria alternata was significantly inhibited by each of the 3 doses (1, 5, and 10 kJ m?2) in vitro. In vivo, UV‐C treatment (5 kJ m?2) or antagonist yeast was capable of reducing the percentage of infected wounds and lesion diameter in artificially inoculated jujube fruits, however, in fruit treated with combination of UV‐C treatment and M. pulcherrima, the percentage of infected wounds and lesion diameter was only 16.0% and 0.60 cm, respectively. The decay incidence on winter jujube fruits treated with the combination of UV‐C treatment and M. pulcherrima was 23% after storage at 0 ± 1 °C for 45 d followed by 22 °C for 7 d. None of the treatments impaired quality parameters of jujube fruit. Thus, the combination of UV‐C radiation and M. pulcherrima could be an alternative to synthetic fungicides for controlling postharvest Alternaria rot of winter jujube.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Loquat (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.) fruit has a short shelf‐life, mainly due to fungal decay. Current control of postharvest disease of the fruit is mainly dependent on fungicides. However, because of the increasing consumer concern over food safety, there is an urgent need to search for effective alternatives to control disease. The objective of this work was to determine the efficacy of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) in controlling anthracnose rot caused by Colletotrichum acutatum and maintaining quality of loquat fruit. RESULTS: Loquat fruit were treated with 10 µmol L?1 MeJA and wound inoculated with C. acutatum spore suspension of 1.0 × 105 spores mL?1 24 h after treatment, and then stored at 20 °C for 6 days. The percentage of infected wounds showing decay symptom was reduced from 54.4% to 16.7% and the lesion diameter was reduced from 7.26 mm to 4.00 mm by MeJA treatment on the 4th day after inoculation. MeJA treatment induced higher activities of two defense‐related enzymes—chitinase and β‐1,3‐glucanase—during 6 days storage. Meanwhile, the treatment inhibited increases in fruit firmness and internal browning index, and maintained higher extractable juice rate and total soluble solids and titratable acidity contents, thereby delaying the development of flesh leatheriness. CONCLUSION: MeJA treatment effectively inhibited anthracnose rot and maintained quality in loquat fruit. Inhibition of the disease was mainly because of resistance induced in loquat fruit by MeJA. BACKGOUND: Loquat (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.) fruit are susceptible to fungal decay during postharvest storage at ambient temperature. The control of postharvest diseases of loquat is based primarily on the use of synthetic fungicides. To look for an alternative method for disease control, we investigated the effect of 1‐methylcyclopropene (1‐MCP) on controlling anthracnose rot caused by Colletotrichum acutatum of loquat fruit. RESULTS: 1‐MCP treatment significantly reduced decay incidence of loquat fruit. The treatment markedly inhibited accumulation of superoxide radicals and hydrogen peroxide and maintained higher superoxide dismutase, catalase and ascorbate peroxidase. Meanwhile, 1‐MCP treatment induced higher activities of two defense‐related enzymes—chitinase and β‐1,3‐glucanase—during 6 days' storage. Furthermore, the treatment inhibited increases in fruit firmness and internal browning index, and maintained higher extractable juice rate, total soluble solids and titratable acidity contents, thereby delaying the development of senescence. CONCLUSION: 1‐MCP was effective in reducing decay and might have enhanced the disease resistance in loquat fruit by increasing chitinase and β‐1,3‐glucanase, and maintained natural resistance by delaying senescence development. This study aimed to determine the effects of Metschnikowia pulcherrima yeast on storage quality of ‘Tainong’ mango, and elucidate it’s possible anti–disease mechanism. The results showed that M. pulcherrima could inhibit the changes in peel colour, fruit firmness, the contents of total soluble solids, total acid and vitamin C, and maintain the storage quality of mango fruits. An investigation of the mechanism showed that M. pulcherrima competed not only for the primary carbon source, but also for living space with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. In addition, M. pulcherrima promoted the activities of defence-related enzymes, including ß-1,3-glucanase(GLU) and chitinase (CHT), and secreted a small amount of antimicrobial substances composed of volatile and nonvolatile anti-fungal compounds. The results strongly demonstrated that antagonistic yeast M. pulcherrima could be applied as a biocontrol agent for deducing the spoilage and decay of mango fruit.  相似文献

Resident fruit microflora has been the source of biocontrol agents for the control of postharvest decay of fruits and the active ingredient in commercialized biocontrol products. With the exception of grapes and apples, information on the resident microflora of other fruits is only fragmentary, but greater knowledge in this area can be very helpful in developing biocontrol strategies. We characterized the yeast microflora of nectarines (‘Croce del Sud’) from the early stages of fruit development until harvest. The fruit samples were collected from trees in an unmanaged orchard. The resident fruit microflora was separated from the occasionally deposited microorganisms by discarding initial fruit washings before the final wash, followed by sonication and plating on NYDA medium. The isolated yeasts were identified by BIOLOG and by sequencing the D1/D2 domain of a large subunit of the rRNA gene and, where available, the ITS sequence. BIOLOG identified 19 and the genetic analysis 23 species of yeasts. Although the identification by these two systems was not always the same, the predominant yeasts were Rhodotorula spp., Sporodiobolus spp., Cryptococcus spp., Pichia spp., Candida spp. and yeast‐like Aureobasidium pullulans. Several of the taxa appear to represent new species. The preliminary biocontrol tests against brown rot of nectarine fruit caused by Monilinia fructicola indicates significant decay control potential of some of the identified yeast species, namely Cryptococcus magnus, Cryptococcus sp. nov., Sporidiobolus pararoseus, A. pullulans and Rhodotorula sp. nov.
