在单因素试验的基础上采用正交试验得出了超声渡提取山药多糖的最佳试验条件,即超声功率1000W、超声时间50min提取温度60℃、料液比1:100。该工艺与传统的水提取法相比,得率提高两倍多,提取时间也缩短为50min。  相似文献

为了优化果胶酶作用下水提取山楂类黄酮的超声提取工艺,通过单因素试验和正交试验得到超声辅助果胶酶提取山楂类黄酮的最佳工艺为:预煮时间30 min,超声时间50min,超声温度50℃,超声功率150W。该条件下,提取的山楂汁中类黄酮含量为335.32mg/100mL。与传统水浴振荡提取比较,超声波辅助显著缩短了类黄酮的提取时间。  相似文献

采用超声波法提取豆角总皂苷.以豆角总皂苷含量为考察标准,研究超声温度、超声功率、超声时间这三个因素对提取总皂苷含量的影响.在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验,确定豆角总皂苷提取的最佳工艺条件为:超声温度50℃,超声功率80%,超声时间50min.验证实验测得豆角总皂苷含量为3.416mg/s,传统溶剂法提取的豆角总皂苷含量为3.463mg/g,超声波提取法虽不能显著提高皂苷的提取率,但能缩短提取时间,降低提取温度.  相似文献

本文采用超声-溶剂法提取蒿籽油,通过单因素试验和正交试验,探讨了超声功率、超声温度、超声时间、浸提温度、浸提时间和溶剂固液比对蒿籽出油率的影响,研究结果表明,粉碎度40目、固液比1∶4、超声功率50W、超声温度50℃、超声时间30min、浸提温度50℃、浸提时间3h,此条件下蒿籽的出油率为4.23g,出油率21.1%,提取率为91.0%.通过与溶剂提取法对比,证明超声是一种可靠、高效的提取蒿籽油的方法.  相似文献

以乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波辅助方法提取花生衣多酚.通过单因素试验,研究料液比、乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声温度等因素对多酚提取得率的影响,在此基础上通过正交试验对提取条件进行优化.结果表明:超声波法提取花生衣多酚物质的最佳条件为料液比1∶25、乙醇浓度55%、超声处理时间50 min、超声温度40℃,多酚提取得率为3 699 μg/g.  相似文献

以甜叶菊干叶为原料,研究超声波法提取甜叶菊甙的最佳工艺。采用单因素试验,考察超声时间、料液比、超声频率、提取次数和超声温度5个技术参数对超声波法提取甜叶菊甙效果的影响,采用正交试验进行技术参数优化。试验结果表明,在超声时间50min、超声频率70kHz、料液比1∶50、提取次数2次、超声温度60℃时甜叶菊甙提取效果最好,甜叶菊甙的提取率可达到82%,提取时间为水浸提法的1/10。  相似文献

以胡萝卜为原料,采用超声波辅助方法提取胡萝卜中果胶,考察了超声功率、提取温度、提取时间以及料液比对果胶得率的影响.通过单因素分析结合正交试验的方法,确定了超声波辅助提取胡萝卜中果胶的最佳工艺条件为:以pH =2的盐酸溶液为提取剂,超声功率320W,提取温度75℃,提取时间50min,料液比(g∶mL) 1∶350.与酸水解法相比,超声波辅助提取法提取时间由70min缩短到50min,果胶得率从12.56%提高到22.15%,得率增加了9.59%.超声波辅助提取法是一种省时高效的胡萝卜中果胶提取新方法.  相似文献

为探究花生红衣中原花青素的提取效果,在超声辅助提取的基础上,结合水浴浸提以提高提取效果,并利用正交试验对工艺进行优化。结果表明,各因素影响原花青素提取效果的主次顺序为:超声时间>乙醇体积分数>料液比>超声温度;提取最佳条件为:超声时间15 min、乙醇体积分数60%、料液比1∶45(g/mL)、超声温度35℃、水浴温度50℃、水浴时间50 min,在此条件下原花青素提取率为9.07%。  相似文献

研究了贺州大肉姜中黄酮类化合的超声波提取条件,通过单因素试验分析了超声时间、超声温度、乙醇浓度、超声功率、固液比、提取次数对总黄酮的影响,采用正交实验优化了提取工艺,结果表明,提取大肉姜黄酮的最佳提取工艺为超声时间50 min、超声温度55 ℃、乙醇浓度60%、超声功率为70 W、固液比1:30、提取次数为2次.经测定贺州大肉姜总黄酮含量为18.40 mg/g.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献
