以蔗渣作为纳米氧化银的载体制备一种新型环保的保鲜剂。以蔗糖酯为表面活性剂,将其加入NaOH和AgNO_3反应体系中,在超声场环境下用蔗渣吸附反应体系中的纳米氧化银,实验过程中通过改变NaOH、AgNO_3浓度、蔗糖酯质量浓度、超声场中的反应时间和功率确定产物生成的最佳条件。通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜对样品进行表征,并通过研究蔗渣-纳米氧化银保鲜剂对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌性能,确定蔗渣-纳米氧化银抗菌液的最小抑菌浓度。结果表明:AgNO_3浓度0.02 mol/L、NaOH浓度0.03 mol/L、蔗糖酯质量浓度1.4 g/L、反应温度40℃、反应时间110 min、超声功率400 W条件下制得的纳米氧化银粒径最小,为63.38 nm;蔗渣-纳米氧化银抗菌液对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为289.662 5μg/mL和579.325μg/mL。  相似文献

以性质温和、无毒的食品级蔗糖酯作为表面活性剂,用六水合硝酸锌和氢氧化钠为主要原料通过搅拌超声一步法制备纳米氧化锌,并研究了各种反应条件对纳米氧化锌粒径的影响。在氢氧化钠与硝酸锌的浓度比值2.0、硝酸锌浓度0.4 mol/L、搅拌时间70 min、反应温度70℃、超声粉碎时间15 min、超声粉碎功率400 W和蔗糖酯添加量0.2 g/L的条件下得到了平均粒径为71.97 nm的纳米氧化锌颗粒。  相似文献

使用冠醚交联壳聚糖(CTSG)做吸附剂和保护剂,在水介质中用水合肼还原硝酸银制备纳米银。结果表明:40℃时,水合肼与硝酸银(浓度均为0.1mol/L)摩尔比为6∶1,CTSG用量为0.4g时得到粒径为30~40nm的纳米银颗粒。保持水合肼和硝酸银的摩尔比6∶1不变,纳米银粒径随水合肼和硝酸银浓度的增加而增大,当硝酸银浓度≤0.25mol/L时,改变银离子浓度对粒径影响不大,且稳定在50nm左右;而银颗粒则随水合肼浓度的减小规律递减。用纳米粒度及Zeta电位分析仪和TEM,对得到的纳米银粒的粒径及形貌进行表征。  相似文献

研究NaCl浓度对蔗糖酯-黄原胶溶液的水力学直径DH、ζ-电势和界面张力及乳浊液的粒径d4,3、ζ-电势、粘度和稳定性的影响。在此基础上,探讨蔗糖酯-黄原胶相互作用与乳浊液稳定性之间的联系。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度增加,由于静电屏蔽作用,蔗糖酯-黄原胶溶液的DH值、ζ-电势和界面张力均增大,导致乳浊液ζ-电势和d4,3也逐渐增大。NaCl浓度达到0.1mol/L时,由于蔗糖酯-黄原胶疏水作用增强,形成蔗糖酯-黄原胶复合物,提高液滴的空间位阻作用,使得复合乳浊液稳定性高于蔗糖酯乳浊液稳定性。  相似文献

为实现绿色制备银纳米颗粒,研究以硝酸银为原料,采用柠檬提取液为还原剂和稳定剂,在水溶剂环境中采用生物法绿色合成银纳米颗粒。研究探讨了柠檬提取液(柠檬汁、柠檬皮醇提液、柠檬皮水提液)用量,硝酸银浓度,p H调节剂,反应时间,反应温度等因素对银纳米颗粒粒径、形貌、稳定性的影响,并借助紫外-可见分光光度法(UV-Vis)、SEM对银纳米颗粒进行表征。通过工艺优化,分别确定了以柠檬汁、柠檬皮醇提液、柠檬皮水提液为原料的银纳米颗粒最佳制备工艺,所得银纳米颗粒都具有分散性能良好,颗粒均匀,粒径范围为70 nm左右,其中以柠檬皮醇提液工艺制备银纳米颗粒的形貌及稳定性最佳,即硝酸银1.0 mmol/L、柠檬皮醇提液9 m L、反应时间12 min、p H调节剂为1 mol·L-1的Na OH。该工艺采用生物法合成银纳米颗粒,绿色安全、环境友好,具有较好的实际应用价值。  相似文献

文章对制备高分散氢氧化镁进行了研究。结果表明:以去离子水为底料,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂的双注沉淀—水热处理工艺是制备高分散氢氧化镁的较理想方法。在水热处理过程中,加入氢氧化钠可显著改善氢氧化镁的结晶完整性、分散性和过滤性能。合成的较佳工艺条件是:反应温度为80℃,氯化镁浓度为3 mol/L,水热介质氢氧化钠浓度为4 mol/L。在上述条件下,产品主要为片状,分散性较好,平均粒径约为200 nm。  相似文献

利用醇沉法结合辛烯基琥珀酸酐酯化反应,成功制备能够稳定食品级Pickering乳液的纳米淀粉酯颗粒。以纳米淀粉酯粒径、Zeta电位、光学和荧光显微镜观察为指标,研究颗粒添加量、pH值和离子强度对Pickering乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明,体系pH值和离子强度在一定范围内改变了纳米淀粉酯的电位值,其中在极端pH值或者高离子强度条件下,纳米淀粉酯的电位绝对值最低。研究发现,当纳米淀粉酯添加量为2.0 g/100 mL时,制备的Pickering乳液具有较强的稳定性;此外,在体系pH 6.0并且KCl浓度为0.005 mol/L条件下,Pickering乳液分散相油滴的直径最小并且分布均匀,油滴不容易发生聚结,Pickering乳液的稳定性最高。  相似文献

利用MCR101流变仪研究了质量分数、pH、蔗糖、NaCl、温度对藻酸丙二醇酯(PGA)流变学特性的影响。结果表明:藻酸丙二醇酯溶液是假塑性流体,其流动特性符合Power-law模型,其粘度随PGA质量分数和蔗糖浓度的增加而升高;随剪切速率、pH、温度的增加而降低;在较低NaCl浓度下(0.01和0.1mol/L),PGA溶液粘度降低,NaCl浓度在1mol/L时,溶液粘度增加。PGA溶液具有一定的触变性和粘弹性,在低频率区域体系以粘性为主,高频率区域体系以弹性为主,G′和G″的交点受PGA浓度、pH和温度的影响。  相似文献

采用金属醇盐溶胶-凝胶法制备均匀稳定的纳米ZnO溶胶,利用浸轧法将溶胶处理到涤纶织物上,经干燥、焙烘在织物表面生成具有规则取向的纤锌矿型纳米ZnO微晶.其优化的制备工艺为:二水合醋酸锌浓度0.04 mol/L,氢氧化钠与二水合醋酸锌的物质的量之比3:1,反应温度60℃,氢氧化钠/甲醇溶液滴加时间2 h,焙烘温度170℃.X射线衍射分析表明,所得纳米ZnO微晶属于纤锌矿型的六角形晶体.涤纶织物表面附着纳米ZnO微晶后,具有良好的抗紫外和抗静电性能,前者UPF值从88.92提升至189.76,后者峰值电压和静电压半衰期分别降至840 V和1.02 s.  相似文献

采用醇沉法制备辛烯基琥珀酸玉米淀粉酯纳米颗粒,分别以去离子水和玉米油为水相和油相,制备Pickering乳液。通过考察乳液乳化指数、乳液粒径和乳液液滴微观结构分析辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯取代度、淀粉酯纳米颗粒浓度和油水体积比等因素对乳液乳化性的影响。结果表明,淀粉酯纳米颗粒能够很好地稳定Pickering乳液,乳液乳化指数随着淀粉酯取代度、淀粉酯纳米颗粒浓度、油水体积比的增加而增大;乳液粒径随淀粉酯纳米颗粒取代度、淀粉酯纳米颗粒浓度的增大呈下降趋势,当油水体积比增大时,乳液粒径呈上升趋势。  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献
