免酒精润版液之我见

<正>在绿色经济的大背景下,越来越多的印刷材料供应商加入到绿色环保阵营中,大豆油墨、免酒精润版液、免处理CTP版材等绿色印刷材料纷纷涌现。免酒精润版液为环保型印刷材料之一,是指用其他无毒化学成分替代润版液中的酒精或异丙醇以及酒精浓度较低(5%或5%以下)的润版液。     

一种改进的蛋白质测定方法

文章提出了一种改进的蛋白质测定方法,包括以下步骤:(1)称取一定量的样品,加入到凯氏定氮专用消化管中,加入一定量的浓硫酸,待样品浸泡0.5小时后,再加入硫酸钾和硫酸铜,作为催化剂;(2)将装有样品的消化管放入消化炉中,逐渐升温到450℃;(3)待消化液变成绿色澄清后,关闭消化炉;(4)待反应液冷却至室温,在凯氏定氮仪上进行蒸馏和滴定。文章改进了浓硫酸、硫酸铜和硫酸钾以及40%氢氧化钠的用量,提高了反应速度,减少了反应时间,提高大批量生产的经济效益。     

国外燃料酒精和淀粉加工产品的生产和发展

为了减少对石油的依赖 ,把 12 %的无水酒精 (燃料酒精 )加入汽油 ,2 0 %于柴油中 ,此含氧汽油不再加入四甲基叔丁基醚 ,成为汽车排放废气污染环境少的绿色燃料。　　列举了北美 (美国和加拿大 )燃料酒精厂的规模 ,所用原料、厂址、原料和产品价格的变化。在世界范围内 ,主要产品 (如淀粉、果葡糖浆、酒精等化工产品 )的输出交易量     

预计今年秋季30%中小学教科书将变绿

日前,新闻出版总署、教育部、环境保护部日前联合印发的《关于中小学教科书实施绿色印刷的通知》（新出联〔2012〕11号）中规定,到今年秋季,各地中小学教科书中30%应采用绿色印刷,再经过1年~2年基本实现全国中小学教科书绿色印刷全覆盖。

桑叶挂面的研制

桑叶是食药两用物品,富含18种氨基酸、矿物质及黄酮类物质.新鲜桑叶经处理后制成桑叶糊包络化合物,加入到面粉中制得营养丰富的绿色挂面制品.实验结果表明:桑叶糊包络化合物制备工艺务件为:环糊精量10%,包埋时间3d,桑叶浆量25%;桑叶挂面的最佳工艺配方为:海藻酸钠量013%,桑叶糊添加量25%,食盐用量2.5%.     

一种快速绿色测定果汁中VC的方法

目的:建立一种操作简单、分析快速、绿色环保的果汁中VC含量测定方法。方法:基于间接碘量法的两点电位滴定法,该法利用定量KIO_3标准物质与过量KI反应生成定量I_2,在此反应体系中加入样品,最后用Na_2S_2O_3标准溶液滴定剩余碘,两点电位滴定法确定滴定终点。结果:样品测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.47%~1.2%之间,标准回收率在101.0%~102.9%之间。结论:该法是一种简便快速、绿色环保的果汁中VC含量测定方法,具有准确、快速、安全无污染、所需仪器简单的特点,适用于基层农林科研院所推广应用。     

我国绿色食品持续快速发展

我国绿色食品的持续快速发展中 ,区域优势开始显现 ,部分地方已形成绿色食品集中产区。在全国同类产品中 ,黑龙江、吉林、江苏 3省绿色大米占 48.0 % ;内蒙古、黑龙江的绿色乳制品占全国的 41.4% ;湖南、福建、江西的绿色茶叶占全国的 5 2 .2 % ;山东、福建、河北、北京的绿色蔬菜占全国的 30 .6%。2 0 0 2年 ,我国绿色食品总量规模进一步扩大 ,产业水平逐步提升 ,品牌效应不断增强。 2 0 0 2年 ,全国共有749家企业的 12 39个产品获得绿色食品标志使用权。到 2 0 0 2年底 ,绿色食品企业总数达到 175 6个 ,产品总数达到 30 46个 ,其中Ａ级产…     

降解纤维素真菌的分离鉴定及其产酶条件的研究

从腐烂的木头、堆肥及土壤等样品中,通过刚果红染色鉴定和液体发酵培养分离筛选得到2株高产纤维素酶青霉菌株A2和A6,对其产酶条件进行初步优化。结果表明,A2和A6羧甲基纤维素酶活分别为280.14,247.58U;A2最佳产酶条件为接种量15%(V/V),初始pH 5,时间120h,添加一定量Mn2+和Ca2+到培养基中酶活分别升高10.56%和7.95%,加入Fe2+和Hg2+对酶活有一定抑制;A6最佳产酶条件为接种量15%(V/V),初始pH 5,时间96h,添加一定量Mn2+到培养基中酶活升高13.1%,而加入Ca2+、Fe2+和Hg2+对酶活有一定抑制。     

多菌混合发酵产纤维素酶及生物法预处理秸秆的研究

对实验室分离筛选的3株绿色木霉和6株枯草芽孢杆菌的生长及产酶情况进行了研究,综合确定绿色木霉绿2与芽孢杆菌S3为混合菌中产纤维素酶酶活最高的组合。在此基础上,采用解脂假丝酵母处理高粱秸秆。先将解脂假丝酵母的种子培养液按照3%的接种量接种到发酵产酶培养基中,隔24 h将绿色木霉绿2的孢子悬浮液按照2.67%的接种量接种到发酵产酶培养基中,再隔12 h将芽孢杆菌S3的种子培养液按照5.33%的接种量接种到发酵产酶培养基中,测定出的滤纸酶活(FPA)最高,为389.89 U/m L,比优化前提高了14.30%。     

Review of techniques to manufacture micro-hydrogel particles for the food industry and their applications

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.     

12—A CRITIQUE OF SOME HYPOTHESES RELATING TO THE HETEROGENEITY OF THE HIGH-SULPHUR PROTEINS OF WOOL

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.

An internet compendium of analytical methods and spectroscopic information for monomers and additives used in food packaging plastics

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.
