目的建立溶剂提取-阴离子交换树脂分离-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定食品中无机砷、一甲基胂(MMA)和二甲基胂(DMA)的方法。方法以水-甲醇为提取剂,阴离子交换树脂分离,HG-AFS检测。结果方法检出限以砷计分别为:无机砷(As(Ⅲ) As(Ⅴ))0·34μg/L、MMA0·57μg/L、DMA0·46μg/L;20μg/L砷标准偏差为:无机砷2·45%、MMA3·34%、DMA4·96%。在0~50μg/L砷量范围校正曲线线性关系良好。试样加标回收率为:无机砷95·40%~97·00%,MMA97·80%~104·80%,DMA104·23%~107·50%。结论对海带、紫菜等海产品及大米等食品的检测,证明该方法简便易行。  相似文献

通过氢化物发生原子荧光法检测浙江省舟山市主要菜场常见的4种贝类中无机砷的含量,并对其安全性进行评价。结果表明:4种贝类中可食部分的无机砷含量分别为花蛤0.138~0.191mg/kg、螠蛏0.112~0.171mg/kg、牡蛎0.067~0.163mg/kg、贻贝0.070~0.168mg/kg,无机砷含量皆符合国家食品卫生标准。食用量低于世界卫生/粮农组织食品添加剂联合专家委员会推荐的129μg的限量。  相似文献

根据2016年对浙江省沿海城市及部分海域的4类生鲜水产品(贝类、甲壳类、头足类和鱼类)中无机砷和汞的含量与分布监测数据,对其含量水平、分布与变化特征进行了分析讨论。采用单因子污染指数法评价水产品中无机砷和汞的污染程度,通过计算膳食暴露量风险商(hazard quotient,HQ),进行食用安全性风险评估。结果表明,无机砷的检出率为25. 1%,有检出的样品中贝类占88. 7%,海捕虾、鱿鱼、甲鱼及鱼类(包括黄姑鱼、黑鲷、大黄鱼、石斑鱼、鲈鱼)无机砷均未检出。青蛤的检出率最高,为65. 6%,但无超标样品。缢蛏体内的无机砷含量均值最高,超标率为3. 7%。汞的检出率为100%,鱼类(包括黄姑鱼、黑鲷、大黄鱼、石斑鱼)中汞含量高于其他3类;贝类中泥蚶的汞含量最高,均值为0. 03 mg/kg;甲壳类青蟹的汞含量最高,均值为0. 04 mg/kg;头足类中乌贼的汞含量最高,均值为0. 03 mg/kg。4类生鲜水产品中汞含量远远低于限定值。比较贝类中无机砷和汞含量发现,无机砷含量要远远高于汞。汞含量在种间差异不显著(p 0. 05),无机砷含量在种间差异显著(p 0. 05),缢蛏中无机砷含量最高。污染程度评价和膳食暴露量风险评估结果为:缢蛏和泥蚶体内的无机砷处于轻污染水平,其他均为未污染水平; 4类生鲜水产品中无机砷和汞的HQ远远小于1,不会危害人体健康。  相似文献

通过对氢化物原子荧光光度法测定食品中无机砷含量的整个测定过程进行研究,系统分析了该方法中标准溶液系列随着存放时间的长短其荧光强度的变化。结果显示,无机砷浓度在0-30.Oμg/L,冰箱里0-4℃存放1个月,能有效控制测定结果的准确性,确保检验工作的质量。  相似文献

在0.06mol/L硫酸电解质中,不同价态的无机砷具有较高的电化学氢化物发生效率,同时又存在较为明显的差异。通过使用不同的电流条件,采用电化学氢化物发生与原子吸收光谱联用技术有效地实现了无机砷的形态分析。在电流为0,6A和lA条件下,As(Ⅲ)和As(V)在0-40VLg/L浓度范围内均呈良好的线性关系。As(Ⅲ)和As(V)检出限分别为0.3VLg/L和0.6μg/L。该方法成功应用于食用鲜牛奶中无机砷的形态分析,样品加标回收率为96%~104%。  相似文献

建立了食品中乙基麦芽酚和香兰素的高效液相色谱测定法。方法采用C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm i.d)反相色谱柱,流动相为乙腈和0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长276nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。该方法的检出限0.5μg/g-2.0μg/g,测定低限饮料1mg/L,-4mg/L,固态食品为5μg/g-20μg/g,线性范围2.0mg/L~100mg/L,加标回收率97.1%~88.7%,相对标准偏差为4.27%~6.74%(n=9)。  相似文献

目的:拟建立婴幼儿辅助食品中无机砷含量的测定方法。方法:以0.15mmol/L硝酸溶液为提取剂,90℃热浸提取婴幼儿辅助食品(米粉类及罐头类)中无机砷,采用Hamilton PRP-X100(250mm×4.1mm,10μm)色谱柱分离,建立高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasmamass spectrometry,HPLC-ICP/MS)联用技术测定其含量的方法。结果表明:As(Ⅲ)与As(Ⅴ)的线性范围为0.5~400μg/L,线性相关系数(r)优于0.9990,检出限分别为0.06μg/L和0.08μg/L,无机砷的加标回收率在80.5%~1 28.5%之间,相对标准偏差(R SD)<5%。结论:方法简便、准确、灵敏,适用于婴幼儿辅助食品中无机砷含量的测定。  相似文献

建立了AFS-3100双道原子荧光光度计同时测定富硒莲子砷和硒的方法。通过优化条件,砷和硒的检出限分别为0.0846μg/L和0.103μg/L。将该法应用下某一地区市售富硒莲子中砷和硒的测定,砷和硒的含量分别在0.053~0.357mg/kg和0.102~0.311mg/kg之间;砷和硒的加标回收率分别是96.8~101.6%和95.7~104.5%,相对偏差分别为1.2%和5.0%(n=11)。菠菜(GBW10015)、茶叶(GBW10016)成分分析标准物质中砷和硒的含量测定结果与标准值相符。  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献
