目的:基于自动QuEChERS方法建立了花生油中172种农药残留的气相色谱-串联质谱(gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,GC-MS/MS)快速检测技术。方法:花生油样品加水后,加入15 mL乙腈提取,放入自动QuEChERS前处理设备,以N-丙基乙二胺(primary secondary amine,PSA)和十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(C18)为填料进行净化。净化后,取2 mL上清液,在氮气气流下吹至近干,用1 mL乙酸乙酯复溶后,过0.22 μm有机微孔滤膜,应用气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测,HP-5MS UI气相色谱柱分离,程序升温,在多重反应监测(MRM)模式进行测定,采用基质匹配外标法进行定量。结果:方法所检测的172种农药的线性决定系数(R2)均大于0.995,检出限范围为1~5 μg/kg,定量限范围为2~10 μg/kg;在10 μg/kg、50 μg/kg和100 μg/kg 3个添加水平下,平均回收率在70.1%~112.8%、72.6%~114.3%、71.8%~114.9%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSDs)均小于15.0%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单,灵敏高效,能够满足花生油中多农药残留检测的需求,也可以为复杂基质的自动化前处理提供参考。  相似文献

建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定小麦粉中硫脲、曲酸、噻苯咪唑、噻二唑、四环素5 种非法添加物的快速定量检测方法。样品经80%乙醇溶液-乙腈(1∶1,V/V)提取、离心、氮吹浓缩后,采用多反应监测模式进行定性、定量分析。结果表明:本方法中硫脲、曲酸、四环素在100~5 000 ng/mL、噻苯咪唑在1~50 ng/mL、噻二唑在1~50 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999。硫脲、曲酸、四环素检出限为25 μg/kg,定量限为50 μg/kg;噻苯咪唑检出限为0.5 μg/kg,定量限为1 μg/kg;噻二唑检出限为0.5 mg/kg,定量限为1 mg/kg。基质添加回收率范围在88.6%~102.2%之间,相对标准偏差在0.7%~5.6%之间(n=6)。该方法前处理简单、快速,可用于小麦粉中硫脲、曲酸、噻苯咪唑、噻二唑、四环素5 种非法添加物的快速测定。  相似文献

建立了液相色谱-串联质谱同时检测牛奶中10种β-兴奋剂残留量的方法.样品经沉淀蛋白质,酸性水溶液提取, 提取液经Oasis MCX 固相萃取柱净化,LC/MS/MS方法测定.采用了Thermo Hypersil Gold (150×2.1 mm,5 μm) 色谱柱;5 mmol 乙酸铵水溶液-甲醇流动相,梯度洗脱.方法线性相关系数r均大于0.999.克伦特罗检出限为1.68 μg/kg,其余9种β-兴奋剂的检出限在0.146~0.203 μg/kg之间;克伦特罗定量限为3.37 μg/kg,其余9种β-兴奋剂的定量限在0.290~0.407 μg/kg之间.3个添加水平下,10种β-兴奋剂平均回收率在91% ~127%之间.  相似文献

目的 建立一种适用于测定砧板中五氯酚钠的液液萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法。方法 样品采用50%甲醇水溶液(含1%氨水)萃取,超声提取10 min后,用正己烷-二氯甲烷(8∶2,V/V)萃取,氮吹近干,以0.01%氨水和甲醇溶液复溶后进行超高效液相分离,在电喷雾离子源负离子(ESI-)多反应监测(MRM)模式下进行质谱检测。结果 本方法的检出限为0.2 μg/kg,在1、4和20 μg/kg三个加标水平下的回收率为101.4%~108.9%,相对标准偏差为3.5%~7.8%(n=7)。应用该方法检测市售60份砧板,其中1份样品检出五氯酚钠残留,含量为1.16 μg/kg。结论 本方法简便、高效,适用于砧板中痕量五氯酚钠的快速测定,结果准确可靠。  相似文献

目的 以海南常见5种淡水鱼为研究对象,建立改良的QuEChERS方法结合气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测鱼肉中12种有机氯农药(OCPs)残留的快速检测方法。方法 样品采用丙酮+正己烷(1+1)超声提取,经0.4 g PSA、0.4 g C18、1.2 g无水硫酸镁和40 mg 二氧化锆净化,GC-MS/MS检测。结果 在1.6~40 ng/mL范围内线性良好,R2≥0.9985;3个添加水平(n = 6)平均回收率在90.8%~121.6%范围内,RSD在1.3%~7.5%范围内;检出限在0.04~0.72 μg/kg之间,定量限在0.13~2.43 μg/kg之间。结论 该方法灵敏度高、快速、准确,能够满足鱼肉中多种OCPs的检测要求。QuEChERS与二氧化锆净化,结合GC-MS/MS可以应用于鱼肉中OCPs的快速检测。  相似文献

建立了QuEChERS结合气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法(GC-MS/MS)同时检测枸杞中46种农药残留的方法。样品经乙腈提取后,使用无水硫酸镁、N-丙基乙二胺(N-propyl ethylenediamine,PSA)进行净化,以HP-5MS色谱柱分离待测物,GC-MS/MS采用多反应监测(multiple reaction monitoring mode,MRM)模式检测,基质匹配外标法定量。结果表明,46种农药在0.01~0.20 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.99。方法检出限(S/N=3)在0.02~3.90 μg/kg的范围内,方法定量限(S/N=10)在0.05~12.99 μg/kg的范围内;在10、50、100 μg/kg的加标水平下,46种化合物平均加标回收率达71.5%~99.8%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~8.9%。10批次枸杞样品中4批次检出农药残留,含量范围为19.4~262 μg/kg。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于枸杞中多种农药残留的检测。  相似文献

建立白酒中18种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)测定方法。方法 样品中加入PAEs同位素内标,调整样品的酒精度,以甲苯萃取,采用GC-MS/MS以多反应监测模式(MRM)测定。结果 苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)在0.1~10 μg/ml,其他16种PAEs在0.01~1.0 μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,r2≥0.991;方法检出限为3.1~150.0 μg/L,定量限为9.9~500.0 μg/L;在3个加标水平下,样品平均回收率为98.5%~119.8%,RSD为0.6%~15.6%。结论 本方法提高了白酒中PAEs检测的特异性,适合于白酒中多组分PAEs的同时检测。  相似文献

建立了同时检测水产品中6种丁香酚类麻醉剂残留量的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法。样品经乙腈超声提取,分散固相萃取净化后氮吹浓缩、定容,用气相色谱-质谱仪进行测定,外标法定量。6种丁香酚类化合物在1.0~200.0 μg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R~2为0.9956~0.9995。又分别在罗非鱼、南美白对虾以及扇贝肌肉样品中添加1.0~10.0 μg/kg的混合标准溶液,测定平均回收率在82.2%~100.7%范围内,相对标准偏差在0.6%~7.4%之间。方法的定量限(LOQ),丁香酚、甲基丁香酚、异丁香酚、乙酰基异丁香酚为1.0 μg/kg,甲基异丁香酚和乙酸丁香酚酯为0.5 μg/kg。  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Oils and fats used for the production of animal feed can become contaminated with mineral oil material originating from gas oils (C18-C35) or synthetic oils (poly alpha olefins, C25 to beyond C45). An important cause is assumed to be the discharge of waste oils, such as motor oil and hydraulic oils. Mineral oil material was analysed by on-line LC-GC-FID directly in the fat or in a raw extract from animal feed or foodstuffs. In Switzerland in summer/autumn 1999 concentrations in oils and fats for feed production were often found to be between 100 and 1000mg/kg. In the feeds, the average concentration was around 100mg/kg with values ranging up to a maximum of 1000mg/kg; few samples were free of contamination. In animal body fat, the average concentration determined in summer 1999 was 25mg/kg, with a maximum of 150mg/kg, although in samples from December 1999, contamination was substantially lower. In the fat phase of eggs, the average concentration was 30mg/kg, with a maximum of 80mg/kg. Paraffin oil is used for feed production, which may account for part of the contamination problem (e.g. eggs).  相似文献
