中小型孤网运行的造纸厂自备电厂中,因受孤网运行条件限制,汽机流通部分出现结垢现象后,给电厂经济运行带来隐患。我公司热电站通过对水质及蒸汽品质分析,判断1.2万kW汽轮机结垢属高温高压流通部分钠盐积垢,针对部分钠盐在低温低压情况下易溶解的特性,利用后续各生产部门检修的时间对汽轮机进行了低温低压湿蒸汽冲扫除垢,整个冲扫过程为6h,带10%的电负荷,冲扫结束转入正常运行,汽机各项参数达到额定值,从而实现了不停机不停电带负荷运行,避免了停机大修带来的一系列影响,取得了较好的经济效益。1新冲扫过程1.1机冲扫过程降温、降压阶段:时…  相似文献

为提高马铃薯VC含量检测结果的准确性和可靠性,提出一种基于Fisher判别分析(Fisher?discriminant?analysis,FDA)可分性数据融合的检测模型输入变量构建方法。首先,利用高光谱成像技术采集200个马铃薯的高光谱信息,通过对比6种预处理方法和原始数据的建模结果,确定多元散射校正为光谱数据的预处理方法;其次,采用竞争性自适应重加权采样(competitive?adaptive?reweighted?sampling,CARS)、连续投影算法(successive?projections?algorithm,SPA)及CARS-SPA组合算法3种方法提取相应特征波长,通过对比分析最终确定34个有效特征波长;然后,将有效特征波长进行FDA可分性数据融合,根据融合的新变量对样本间差异性判别能力的大小进行筛选,确定构建检测模型的输入变量;最后,分别对FDA融合前后筛选的变量建立偏最小二乘模型和反向传播神经网络(back?propagation?neural?network,BPNN)模型,并对检测结果进行对比分析。结果表明,将CARS算法提取的34个特征波长进行FDA融...  相似文献

The substitution of oil by wood for fuelling is discussed from the practical aspects of a power-heat-coupling in a wood-working plant. Specific performance and cost data are presented and compared with those of other wood processing branches. Energy requirements for the oak wood processing example used here are relatively high, i.e. approx. 700 kilowatt-hours/m3 (power and heat), which can be covered from 70% of production waste in an integrated thermal power plant (44% effective load). For different evaluations of fuel from production waste energy production costs were calculated to lie between 0.13 and 0.16 DM per kilowatt-hour, i.e. they are lower than those for power from public networks. Due to the specific cost characteristics of the thermal power plant, the consumption-related cost distribution gives relatively favourable cost shares for power and heat.  相似文献

对造纸厂的用电负荷进行预测有利于对生产调度进行合理安排,从而降低能耗。本课题提出了一种粒子群优化算法(PSO)和最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)相结合(PSO-LSSVM)的短期电力负荷预测方法,该方法可对造纸厂未来每30 min的电力负荷进行预测。结果表明,采用PSO-LSSVM算法对短期电力负荷进行预测时,预测结果的相对百分误差绝对值的平均值约为0.75%,精度高于其他行业的电力负荷预测值,模型具有良好的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

This paper discusses the environmental effects of incorporating wind energy into the electric power system. We present a detailed emissions analysis based on comprehensive modeling of power system operations with unit commitment and economic dispatch for different wind penetration levels. First, by minimizing cost, the unit commitment model decides which thermal power plants will be utilized based on a wind power forecast, and then, the economic dispatch model dictates the level of production for each unit as a function of the realized wind power generation. Finally, knowing the power production from each power plant, the emissions are calculated. The emissions model incorporates the effects of both cycling and start-ups of thermal power plants in analyzing emissions from an electric power system with increasing levels of wind power. Our results for the power system in the state of Illinois show significant emissions effects from increased cycling and particularly start-ups of thermal power plants. However, we conclude that as the wind power penetration increases, pollutant emissions decrease overall due to the replacement of fossil fuels.  相似文献

As, Hg, and Se are the most volatile elements in the flue gas from a coal-fired power plant. Significant amounts of these elements cause an undesired direct gaseous emission, which leads to a serious environmental health risk. The main focus of this study is to evaluate the possibility of simultaneous sampling of these volatile elements using an accurate official method for Hg (the most volatile element). A study of As, Hg, and Se emissions from a 1400 MW coal-fired power plant equipped with electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) was carried out for the combustion of a mixture of two types of coal. Simultaneous sampling of coal, bottom ash, fly ash, flue gas, and particles associated with the gas phase has been performed. Flue gas has been sampled by the Ontario Hydro Method Sampling Train, an ASTM method for Hg speciation. This sampling method was tested for As and Se sampling. As and Se determinations have been performed by HG-AAS, and Hg has been determined by CV-AAS. The results were used to examine the following: overall mass balances, relative distribution of these elements in the coal-fired power plant; As, Hg, and Se concentrations in coal and combustion residues; and predominant oxidation state for Hg in flue gas. The mass balances obtained for As, Hg, and Se were satisfactory in all cases; nevertheless, relative enrichment values in fly ash for As and Se were low; therefore, we concluded that As sampling in flue gas can be conducted by application of the Ontario Hydro Method; nevertheless Se released in the gas phase is not completely collected by this sampling train. Application of this sampling method allowed for performance of Hg speciation. The results indicated that Hg(II) was the predominant species in flue gas. It has also been proved that 24%, more than 99.8%, and 90% for As, Hg, and Se in the stack emissions, respectively, were in the gaseous phase.  相似文献

为探究生物柴油在船舶柴油机上的适用性,基于六缸中速柴油机试验台架,在不同负荷推进特性工况下,对燃用0#柴油、B10生物柴油柴油机的动力性能、经济性能、振动特性和缸内燃烧特性进行对比分析。结果发现:与0#柴油相比,燃用B10生物柴油柴油机的输出功率和耗油量基本不变,耗油率有所升高,但随着负荷的升高有所改善,燃用B10生物柴油使得在25%负荷工况下的柴油机缸盖振动烈度下降,50%、75%、90%、100%负荷工况下的柴油机缸盖振动烈度稍有上升,不同负荷工况下的机体振动烈度均下降;从振动功率谱密度可以看出,两种燃油在不同负荷下低频段的振动响应相似,但高频段处振动响应存在差异;对两种燃油的缸内压力和压力升高率曲线的分析可知,燃用B10生物柴油可以使缸内压力峰值和最大压力升高率升高,燃烧反应速度加快。综上,B10生物柴油在不同负荷工况下动力性能、经济性能、振动特性和缸内燃烧特性方面均表现良好,在船舶柴油机上具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献
