分析环锭细纱机集体落纱装置中传动管的两种连接方式——销轴连接和传动管连接的不足;计算出车头车尾气架位置,提出无间隙连接装置的设计及工作原理;说明传动管连接技术是细纱机集体落纱的关键技术,新设计实现了传动管无间隙连接,制造精度要求低、易加工、成本低,易于大批量制造,传动管在长期使用中不发生变化;解决传动管车头车尾动程差异,保证气架任意位置高低一致、动作完全同步,避免车头部分出现纱管不能装置到正确锭子位置的问题,进一步提高了环锭细纱机集体落纱的可靠性,有效地提高了集落长车的整体运行效率。 相似文献

This article presents the characteristics of Carica papaya fibers (CPFs) extracted from the bark of the perennial papaya plant. Detailed chemical compositions of CPFs such as cellulose, lignin, ash, moisture, and wax contents were established and determined by using standard methods. Further, chemical groups, crystalline structure, surface roughness, and thermal stability of CPFs were examined using Fourier transform infrared analysis, X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscope, and thermogravimetric analysis, respectively. The physico-chemical properties of CPFs, crystallinity index (56.34%), cellulose content (38.71 wt. %), hemicellulose (11.8%), and density (943 kg/m3) were compared to those properties of other natural fibers. The results suggest that the biodegradable CPFs can be used as a potential reinforcemnet in the polymer matrix composite structure. 相似文献

Flow injection analysis affords a means of automating many traditional wet chemical methods of food and beverage analysis, and introducing new methods which have no conventional analogue. In this technique, reactions are carried out in a continuous flow mode and it is not necessary for a state of chemical equilibrium to be reached. Therefore, analyses using standard or official chemistries may be achieved in very short times (typically 30 sec). Owing to their low weight-to-high strength ratio and recyclable features, the natural fibers are the most potential choice in place of synthetic fibers and been used as reinforcement materials in polymer matrix composites. Characterization of Ceiba pentandra bark fibers (CPFs) such chemical analysis, Fourier Transform-Infrared Analysis (FTIR), X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and Differential thermogravimetric analysis (DTG) analysis has analyzed. CPFs contain 60.9% (w/w) of cellulose, 17.5% (w/w) of hemicellulose, and 23.5% (w/w) of lignin. Besides, its density and crystallinity index are 682 kg m?3 and 57.94%, respectively. TG and DTG analysis discovered that CPFs are thermally stable up to 342.1°C. Further, all the resources of CPFs ensured that it can be an excellent alternative for synthetic fibers in polymer matrix composites. 相似文献

研究云南不同品种辣椒活性成分的差异,能够明确其加工适应性特征,满足加工需求。方法 以49份云南辣椒材料为研究对象,测定不同辣椒材料中总黄酮、总酚、总生物碱、总皂苷、维生素C、降二氢辣椒碱、辣椒碱和二氢辣椒碱的含量,利用相关性分析、主成分分析法与聚类分析法进行综合评价。结果 主成分分析将8项品质指标综合为3个主成分(Y1、Y2、Y3),其累计方差贡献率为71.774 %,并建立综合评价模型: F=0.61Y1+0.2Y2+0.18Y3。经综合评价,得分前3位的辣椒品种分别是49号(小米辣,小米辣),35号(川优19,干椒)、43号(晶翠,小米辣),具有较高的综合加工适应性。采用聚类分析方法可将49份云南辣椒材料分为3类。其中35号辣椒(川优19干椒)、43号辣椒(晶翠小米辣)辣椒、48号辣椒(红油辣)聚为一类,可用于提取辣椒碱、辣椒油树脂等产品。49号辣椒(小米辣,小米辣)为云南本土调味品企业泡制加工用小米辣,被单独聚为一类,综合得分最高,综合加工适应性最佳。结论该研究通过对云南辣椒的总黄酮、总酚、总生物碱、总皂苷、维生素C、降二氢辣椒碱、辣椒碱和二氢辣椒碱等活性成分进行分析与测定,辣椒活性成分的差异会影响辣椒加工产品的品质,因此活性成分可以作为评价辣椒精深加工适用性的指标。采用主成分与聚类分析作为评价辣椒加工适用性的统计学分析手段,能够有效区分不同辣椒品种的活性特征,对进一步开发云南地区辣椒资源、评价云南辣椒的加工适用性有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

分析了27种腐乳的理化特性,并以此为依据,进行模式识别研究,结果将27种腐乳聚成了四川腐乳和其他腐乳2类,在6个理化指标的基础上建立了3个主成分模型,并得到了腐乳的判别方利D=-0.080x1+1.746x2+0.396x3+0.348x4+0.140x5-0.322x6-0.580,总判别止确率为96.3%,为控制腐乳品质提供了一定的理论依据。 相似文献

在分析获得甜瓜中18项营养品质指标数据基础上,通过主成分分析,对甜瓜品质代表性指标进行研究筛选,再借助聚类分析方法,探讨13种不同品种甜瓜的营养品质特点。结果显示:18项指标中灰分、脂肪、V_(B1)、烟酸、酒石酸、蔗糖、总糖、可溶性固形物、总酸在对应主成分中的载荷值相对较高,能较好地反映数据整体变异情况;受试13种甜瓜大致可聚为两类,第1类以86、杂交伽师瓜为代表;第2类以伽师瓜、西州蜜25号为代表。综上所述:灰分、脂肪、V_(B1)、烟酸、酒石酸、蔗糖、总糖、可溶性固形物、总酸可作为甜瓜品质特点的代表性表征指标;以86、杂交伽师瓜为代表的一类甜瓜具有灰分、V_(B1)、烟酸、酒石酸、蔗糖、总糖、可溶性固形物含量相对丰富的特点;以伽师瓜、西州蜜25号为代表的一类甜瓜具有脂肪和总酸含量相对丰富的特点。 相似文献

Flavor sensations in food are highly influenced by the aroma and taste compounds. Reviewing the extensive literature of recent years in this field has shown that the reconstitution of flavor based on aroma and taste compounds poses numerous problems. These are of different nature and include among others (a) chemical transformations among these compounds, (b) changes in the concentrations of the compounds responsible for the perceived flavor, (c) interactions among the chemical compounds that enhance or reduce a specific flavor sensation, and finally, (d) the complexity of the different food matrices and its influence in the flavor perception. Another difficulty that flavor scientists must face is how to properly model and visualize the complex relationships existing between the chemical composition of foods and the flavor perception. These problems have repercussions on the reconstitution of the flavor signature of food based on the natural concentrations of its key aroma and taste compounds. Therefore, the main aim of this review is to deal with all these issues to propose potential solutions for a robust transformation in a science-based quality approach. 相似文献

独立成分分析具有处理盲源信号的潜能,可以在缺少先验信息时从光谱测定数据中提取纯组分光谱相关的信息,利用其进行多变量分析时能得到具有化学解释的本征变量,已成功应用于近红外数据解析、多组分红外光谱解析、GC-MS重叠信号解析、深度形貌分析及在线监测与故障检验等领域,这说明其在化学信号处理方面具有很好的应用前景. 相似文献
