研究了卷烟机针辊回丝量电压值、大风机压力、小风机压力等卷烟机关键工艺参数对细支烟机台运行情况和烟支物理质量的影响规律。结果表明:①针辊回丝量、大风机压力、小风机压力对细支卷烟机台设备运行情况和细支烟物理质量指标均有不同程度的影响;②回丝量对平整盘位置和空头率影响显著(P<0.05);③随着回丝量的增大,平整盘位置减小,压实量增大,空头率减小;④大风机压力对平整盘位置影响显著(P<0.05);⑤随着大风机负压的增大,平整盘位置减小。综上,增加回丝量可以减小细支烟空头率,改善细支烟的质量。 相似文献

The present paper discusses a experimentally validated 3-D CFD analysis of the flow and thermal processes in a laboratory drying oven with a forced air circulation. The device is mainly used in the food and chemical industry to store products at a constant, spatially uniform temperature. The existing device has been assessed according to a certification procedure and then numerically simulated on the basis of the mathematical model developed, including all heat transfer modes, temperature-dependent air properties and local heat transfer coefficients on the external walls, etc. Furthermore, parameters such as the rotational speed of the device fan, the effectiveness of the distribution gaps and the rate of heat generated in the electrical heaters have been tested to improve the temperature uniformity within the chamber. Finally, several changes of the device configurations, such as the location of the heaters, the fan and the fan baffle, have been considered. As a result, the temperature uniformity has been significantly improved, which was also confirmed in the experimental test of the modified prototype. 相似文献

An automotive cabin air filter's effectiveness for removing airborne particles was determined both in a laboratory wind tunnel and in vehicle on-road tests. The most penetrating particle size for the test filter was approximately 350 nm, where the filtration efficiency was 22.9 and 17.4% at medium and high fan speeds, respectively. The filtration efficiency increased for smaller particles and was 43.9% for 100 nm and 72.0% for 20 nm particles at a medium fan speed. We determined the reduction in passenger exposure to particles while driving in freeway traffic caused by a vehicle ventilation system with a cabin air filter installed. Both particle number and surface area concentration measurements were made inside the cabin and in the surrounding air. At medium fan speed, the number and surface area concentration-based exposure reductions were 65.6 +/- 6.0% and 60.6 +/- 9.4%, respectively. To distinguish the exposure reduction contribution from the filter alone and the remainder of the ventilation system, we also performed tests with and without the filter in place using the surface area monitors. The ventilation system operating in the recirculation mode with the cabin air filter installed provided the maximum protection, reducing the cabin particle concentration exponentially over time and usually taking only 3 min to reach 10 microm2/cm3 (a typical office air condition) under medium fan speed. 相似文献

在卷烟厂实际生产过程中,工艺风力系统的高压离心风机在高海拔地区和低海拔地区运行时会产生工况差异。为此,分析了高海拔地区大气压力、温度和空气密度的特点,以及海拔高度对高压离心风机风压、风量、功率、效率等性能的影响,并以云南和湖南为例,对两个不同海拔地区卷烟厂相同工艺风力系统进行了测量。结果表明,高海拔地区卷烟厂高压离心风机的选择与海平面地区不同,随着海拔高度的增加,风机的供风量不变,但风机风压以一定比值下降,电机输出功率也会下降。因此在设计选型时,可根据当地海拔高度、温度、空气密度等对所选风机风压进行修正,并注明风机入口状态参数,以保证设备的正常运行。 相似文献
