Influence of clothing design, fabric cutting and sewing of characteristics of wool fabric was studied in this paper by research the characteristics of wool fibers and fabrics. The studies showed that different temperament and spirit can be shown by different specifications of the fabric with different visual features and appearance characteristics which can affect the design of clothing styles, wave shapes, pattern, etc characteristics of appearance, and choices of suitable clothing technological parameters of comfort, cutting and sewing. It can be drawn conclusion that the characteristics of wool fibers, weaving technology, patterns, color collocation, and clothing technological parameters of comfort, cutting and sewing, etc should be considered to develop the wool fabric with excellent elegant and functionality.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of addition of CO(2) to raw milk on UHT milk quality during storage. Control milk (without CO(2) addition) and treated milk (with CO(2) addition up to pH 6.2) were stored in bulk tanks at 4°C for 6d. After storage, both samples were UHT processed using indirect heating (140°C for 5s). Samples were aseptically packed in low-density polyethylene pouches and stored in the dark at room temperature. Raw milk was evaluated upon receipt for physicochemical composition, proteolysis, lipolysis, standard plate count, psychrotrophic bacteria, and Pseudomonas spp. counts, and after 6d of storage for proteolysis, lipolysis, and microbial counts. After processing, UHT milk samples were evaluated for physicochemical composition, proteolysis, and lipolysis. Samples were evaluated for proteolysis and lipolysis twice a month until 120d. Peptides from pH 4.6-soluble N filtrates were performed by reversed-phase HPLC after 1 and 120d of storage. A split-plot design was used and the complete experiment was carried out in triplicate. The results were evaluated by ANOVA and Tukey's test. After 6d of storage, CO(2)-treated raw milk kept its physicochemical and microbiological quality, whereas the untreated milk showed significant quality losses. A significant increase in proteolysis occurred during 120d of storage in both treatments, but the increase occurred 1.4 times faster in untreated UHT milk than in CO(2)-treated UHT milk. In both UHT milks, the proteolysis was a consequence of the action of plasmin and microbial proteases. However, the untreated UHT milk showed higher microbial protease activity than the treated UHT milk. The addition of CO(2) to the raw milk maintained the quality during storage, resulting in UHT milk with less proteolysis and possibly longer shelf life, which is usually limited by age gelation of UHT milk.  相似文献

The biological control capability of strain 34-9 of Kloeckera apiculata against Penicillium italium (Wehmer), postharvest rot of citrus fruits and Botrytis cinerea, postharvest rot of grape fruits was studied in vitro and in vivo. Strain 34-9 of K. apiculata at 3×108 CFU (colony-forming unit)/ml of washed cells provided complete control of 3×105 spores/ml of P. italium and B. cinerea during storage at 25 °C for 6 d. Antagonist population increased 40, 195 times in citrus fruit wound site and grape fruit wound site at 25 °C for 3 d, respectively, then the population stabilized for the remaining storage period. Cell-free culture filtrate, supernatant fluid and sterilized solution of strain 34-9 of K. apiculata had no antagonist against P. italium of citrus and B. cinerea of grape. These results showed that competition for nutrient, not antibiotic production, played a major role in the biological control capability of strain 34-9 of K. apiculata against P. italium of citrus and B. cinerea of grape.  相似文献

In our context, and in the goal to valorize the Pistacia atlantica species Desfthat grows spontaneously in Algeria occidental except the coastline, and that is used by the nomadic populations in their daily consumptions, we are thinking about drying its leaves. Here, the biochemical analysis of dried leaves ofPistacia atlantica is determined, the sorption is other ms are of great importance in the food industry, especially in the drying; the sorption isotherms of pistachio leaves were measured by the gravimetric method at three temperatures 40, 50 and 60 ℃. The equilibrium was achieved after eight days for desorption and seven days for adsorption with water activity ranging from 5% to 90%. Only the GAB and Peleg models were found to be the most suitable for describing the sorption curves. The isosteric heat of sorption of Pistacia atlantica leaves decreases with an increase in moisture content and was found to be an exponential function of moisture content for adsorption and desorption. The pistachio leaves could be considered as a rich natural source of valuable nutriments (carbohydrates, proteins and lipids); lipid fraction is equal to 2.25%; proteins are the second macronutriment that predominates in these sheets: 4.35%; accordingly carbohydrates content was about 25.77%.  相似文献

It is well known that wood species and particle size used influence the bending strength of three-layer particleboard. The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of using bagasse particles in surface layer on bending strength of three-layer particleboard panels. The ratio of the mixture of bagasse and wood particles was 3:7 and 4:6 in the surface and middle layers, respectively. Press temperatures were chosen at two levels of?165 and?180?°C. Three levels of urea formaldehyde resin were selected for the surface layers, namely: 8, 10, and 12?percent. Bending strength of the panels was determined according to the procedure of European Union (EN) Standard. The results show that bagasse has a positive effect on the bending strength of boards. In this research, the treatment with 40% bagasse and 12% resin in the surface layers and a?180?°C press temperature has resulted in an optimum bagasse board product.  相似文献

Abstract: Two varieties of green onions, Banner and Baja Verde, were inoculated with a cocktail of 3 Salmonella strains using dip and spot inoculation and irradiated at 0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, and 1.2 kGy using electron beam. Salmonella survivors were enumerated using a XLD underlay/TSAYE overlay plating method. The D values were in the range of 0.26 to 0.32 kGy depending on variety but not on the method of inoculation. This indicated that a 5‐log reduction of Salmonella can be achieved at a dose of 1.6 kGy. For the quality study, both varieties of green onions were irradiated at 0, 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5 kGy and evaluated for changes in microbial counts, color, texture, and visual quality during storage at 4 °C. Irradiation reduced total plate counts and psychrotrophs by 3 logs. Although the counts increased during storage, they did not exceed the initial counts of control. No significant difference was observed in color and texture between irradiated samples and control. The control maintained good visual quality for about 13 d as compared to 15 d for 1.5 and 2.5 kGy samples. The 2.0 kGy samples maintained good visual quality for 17 d suggesting that irradiation can increase shelf life by reducing spoilage microorganisms but higher doses can be detrimental to quality. At the dose levels required to achieve a 5‐log reduction in Salmonella, the shelf life of whole green onion can be extended. This study shows that irradiation can be used to enhance safety without adverse effects on quality.  相似文献

3 , from Norway Spruce are presented. The measurements were carried out using a dynamic test method at equilibrium moisture content in 30% and 90% relative humidity. The test material, from two stands, was well defined with respect to growth conditions, material properties as knots and compression wood and position in the tree. Large variations in dynamic modulus of elasticity between the two moisture levels were found. For specimens from some trees, these variations were extremely large. The variations were not systematic within each tree as many other wood parameters. A part of the variations was explained by occurrence of compression wood and knots. A strong individual variation in stiffness between different trees was found. To achieve a more fundamental understanding of the relationships between stiffness and moisture content it appeared that also microscopic characteristics need to be taken into account.

Three iron-containing atmospheric aerosol samples were collected, one at a tunnel, one near a viaduct, and one at a park in Shanghai City. These samples were studied by M?ssbauer spectroscopy. The experimental results show that ultrafine particles alpha-Fe2O3 (about 13 nm) are the main component of the iron-containing atmospheric aerosols in the tunnel, and high-spin Fe3+ in sulfate containing a small amount of alpha-FeOOH is the main component of iron-containing particles in the aerosols from the other two places. The concentrations of iron in these locations, compared with those of some foreign cities, are much higher. To explore the chemical compositions of iron compounds in aerosols, SPM (scanning proton microprobe) has also been used. From these results, a possible chemical process by which the iron oxides converted to iron sulfate in air was discussed.  相似文献

The complex forming ability of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins (HP-β-CDs) is highly influenced by the distribution of substituents and the average degree of substitution (DS), both the size of the cavity and the reactivity of CDs are altered when the hydroxyl groups are substituted. On the other hand, the guests themselves influence these interactions by their sizes and configurations. In the present study, 9 HP-β-CDs with different substitution patterns and DS, which have been investigated by the reductive-cleavage method and methylation analysis, were chosen. The interactions among HP-β-CDs and phenolphthalein (as a model for ‘larger spheriform’ guests) or p-methyl red (as a model for ‘smaller linear’ guests) were studied for determining the complex forming ability of HP-β-CDs. The results indicated that, compared with parent β-CD, HP-β-CDs have a lower ability to form inclusion complexes with the ‘larger spheriform’ guest molecules. With regard to the ‘smaller linear’ guest molecules, HP-β-CDs have a higher complex forming ability, especially the low DS value (<6.5) HP-β-CDs which have a ratio of DS (2 + 3) to DS (6) close to 1.  相似文献

The research of nutrition status of Primorsky Krai population in 1996-1999 showed positive tendency to quantitative improvement of structure of nutrition set. At the same time in connection a nutrition of Primorsky Krai population doesn't correspond to the standard of balanced nutrition. Some decrease of deficiency of basic food products in nutrition and an increase of energy value of food ration are observed. A group of membrane proteins having a single COOH-terminal hydrophobic domain capable of post-translational insertion into lipid bilayer is known as tail-anchored (TA) proteins. To clarify the insertion mechanism of the TA-domain of human cytochrome b(5) (Hcytb5) into ER membranes, we produced and purified various membrane-bound forms of Hcytb5 with their heme b-bound, in which various truncated forms of NH(2)-terminal bovine opsin sequence were appended at the COOH-terminus of the native form. We analyzed the integration of the TA-domains of these forms onto protein-free liposomes. The integration occurred efficiently even in the presence of a small amount of sodium cholate and, once incorporated, such proteoliposomes were very stable. The mode of the integration was further analyzed by treatment of the proteoliposomes with trypsin either on the extravesicular side or on the luminal side. LC-MS analyses of the trypsin digests obtained from the proteoliposomes indicated that most of the C-terminal hydrophilic segment of the native Hcytb5 were exposed towards the lumen of the vesicles and, further, a significant part of the population of the extended C-terminal hydrophilic segments of the modified Hcytb5 were exposed in the lumen as well, suggesting efficient translocation ability of the TA-domain without any assistance from other protein factors. Present results opened a route for the use of the C-terminal TA-domain as a convenient tool for the transport of proteins as well as short peptides into artificial liposomes.  相似文献
