以12-羟基硬脂酸和多亚乙基多胺为原料合成了聚12-羟基硬脂酸-多亚乙基多胺超分散剂,探讨了催化剂种类和用量、反应温度、反应时间对产品酸值的影响.聚12-羟基硬脂酸优化的合成工艺为:催化剂SnCl2.2H2O 0.6%,170℃反应18 h.在该工艺条件下,聚12-羟基硬脂酸的平均聚合度可达到8.接枝多亚乙基多胺的优化工艺为:160℃反应6 h.通过红外光谱分析可知产物即为聚12-羟基硬脂酸-多亚乙基多胺.  相似文献

目的 本研究旨在建立一种选择性合成1-月桂酸-3氯丙醇酯(即sn-1月桂酸氯丙醇酯)的有效途径与方法。方法 在无溶剂体系中,以硫酸铁催化月桂酸对环氧氯丙烷进行开环反应,高选择性合成1-月桂酸-3-氯丙醇酯。将产物采用高效液相色谱、红外光谱、质谱进行表征。结果 在优化条件下(反应温度50℃,催化剂硫酸铁用量为3%,反应时间为48h)反应转化率可达75.9%,选择性高达90.0%。结论 该方法为无溶剂反应体系,成本低廉,环境污染小,催化剂价廉易得,操作方便且产物选择性好,催化剂在后处理过程中极易脱除,不失为一种高效、绿色、方便、实用的选择性合成sn-1氯丙醇单酯的有效途径与方法。  相似文献

研究了非水相酶催化合成N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖月桂酸酯的反应条件,并对其抑菌性进行了探索.对影响合成N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖月桂酸酯反应的因素(DMF的含量、温度、反应时间、底物摩尔比、加酶量)进行了探讨.结果显示,N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖月桂酸酯合成反应的最佳溶剂为叔丁醇和DMF的混合溶荆,摩尔比为叔丁醇:DMF=7:3,在此溶剂条件下,在酸糖摩尔比为3:1,糖浓度为lmmol/L,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为48h,加酶量为20mg/mL时,产率达到最高.N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖月桂酸酯抑茵性的研究结果显示,该物质对革兰氏阳性茵的抑制性稍强,而对酵母基本无抑制作用.  相似文献

研究了超声波处理条件下二甲基亚砜中无水碳酸钾催化棉籽糖和月桂酸甲酯的酯交换反应,得到了酯化位置不同的两种棉籽糖月桂酸单酯。薄层层析(TLC)分离棉籽糖月桂酸酯的理想条件为:点样量4 μL,以氯仿/甲醇/冰乙酸(V/V/V, 75:25:4)展开10 min,用10%磷钼酸乙醇溶液均匀喷雾后在105 ℃显色10 min。硅胶柱层析分离棉籽糖酯的理想条件为:1 g样品溶于3 mL的洗脱剂,过15 mm×700 mm硅胶(200~300目),流动相为TLC展开剂配比,流速为1 mL/min,10 min收集一份洗脱液。对纯化后的组分采用高效液相(HPLC),红外光谱(IR),质谱(MS),及核磁共振(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)进行了结构鉴定和表征,确定两单酯组分分别为1’’-棉籽糖月桂酸酯和6’’-棉籽糖月桂酸酯。同时测定并比较了两种单酯的溶解性和热稳定性,结果表明两种单酯具有相似的溶解性和热稳定性。  相似文献

采用聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇(PPC)、聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)、聚酯二元醇作为聚氨酯预聚体软段原料,1,4-二羟基丙酸(BDO)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)作为硬段原料,以2,2-双羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)作为亲水性扩链剂合成聚氨酯预聚体,利用—NH2与—CNO的反应性接入三元嵌段硅油,制备出3种不同有机硅共聚水性聚氨酯羊绒针织物抗起毛起球剂,讨论了DMPA用量对整理剂性能的影响。并对3种不同聚氨酯软段合成的整理剂进行比较分析,结果表明:自制有机硅聚氨酯共聚物整理剂相对于传统单纯树脂整理或者硅油整理抗起毛起球效果提高了1~2级,并且在手感方面较传统整理剂有所改善,其中聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇所代表的抗起毛起球剂性能基本介于聚醚和聚酯二元醇之间。  相似文献

以月桂酸和木糖为原料,酯化合成月桂酸木糖酯。探讨了溶剂种类、糖酸摩尔比、分子筛用量、酶用量及反应时间对酯化率的影响,并用薄层层析(TLC)、硅胶柱层析、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对反应产物进行了初步分离和鉴定。结果表明,酶促合成月桂酸木糖酯的最佳条件为:在无水异丙醇体系中,反应时间24 h,酶用量0.4%,分子筛用量40 g/L,糖酸摩尔比1∶2,在55℃下,月桂酸的酯化率可达98.70%;木糖和月桂酸木糖酯在展开剂为甲醇-水(体积比7∶3)时的Rf值分别为0.75和0.63;HPLC与FTIR分析表明反应产物中有酯键生成。  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献
