用柔度矩阵法对径向滑动轴承的弹流润滑分析 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
对径向滑动轴承进行了弹流润滑分析 ,利用了有限元软件MARC产生柔度矩阵 ,以近似计算轴承的弹性变形。对比分析了径向轴承的刚性流体润滑性能和弹性流体润滑性能。计算结果和已有文献资料良好吻合 ,表明在弹流润滑分析中用柔度矩阵法计算弹性变形具有良好的精度。 相似文献

从计算模型的合理性和易算性方面综合考虑,采用平面应变曲梁作为径向可倾瓦弯曲变形的计算模型。建立瓦的柔度矩阵,该柔度矩阵与各段上节点载荷矢量相乘,即获得变形的离散分布,所得计算结果与三维有限元模型得出的变形分布有较好的吻合,从而证实了本算法的正确性。 相似文献

研究了采用弹性金属塑料轴瓦时径向滑动轴承的瞬态润滑特性。建立了该轴承的三维热弹流模型,通过数值求解对比了启动过程中采用弹性金属塑料轴瓦和金属材料轴瓦时油膜和轴瓦的瞬态温度场分布、轴瓦的热弹变形量,以及转子轴心轨迹。结果表明,在启动初期弹性金属塑料瓦径向滑动轴承的瓦体温度要高于金属瓦,转子偏心率也要大于采用金属瓦时的偏心率;因润滑油在弹性金属塑料瓦径向滑动轴承轴瓦表面存在一定的滑移速度,随着油膜边界滑移作用的出现,采用弹性金属塑料瓦径向滑动轴承时的油膜温度最终低于采用金属瓦时的温度,且转子的偏心率也最终小于采用余属瓦的偏心率。 相似文献

EMP径向滑动轴承特殊的轴瓦材料特性使得其热弹变形对轴承的润滑特性,如油膜的最小间隙、油膜压力和温度分布影响较大。为此本文建立了完整的热弹变形模型,采用有限差分的方法,通过在不同载荷的情况下,对EMP径向滑动轴承在计入和未计入热弹复合变形的两种情形进行对比,从而揭示了热弹变形影响轴承工作性能参数的内在规律。 相似文献

本文研究了可倾瓦径向滑动轴承流体润滑性能。推导了可倾瓦径向滑动轴承油膜厚度,得到可倾瓦径向滑动轴承的Reynolds方程,应用Matlab软件计算得到了油膜压力分布、油膜厚度分布,油膜承载力。计算结果表明:轴瓦的油膜压力3D分布呈现抛物面形分布,且下瓦油膜压力最大,油膜厚度最小,当偏心率较小时,承载力缓慢增大,当偏心率较大时,承载力急剧上升。该结论为轴承的设计与选用提供理论依据。 相似文献

Ferrohydrodynamic lubrication in journal bearings by considering cavitation boundary conditions is studied. It is assumed that the magnetization vector is not parallel to the magnetic field vector. Various bearing characteristics have been studied and it is seen that qualitative behavior of these characteristics remains similar to that in the case of non-ferromagnetic fluid. Analysis was performed on a connecting rod assembly operating at 6,500 rpm. The analysis was based on the finite element method, which includes effects of interference fitted bearings and pre-loaded bolts. The rod inertia force associated with the gas pressure was found to have a significant effect on the variation of the rod bearing shape. The shape variation of a connecting rod assembly is commonly ignored in rod bearing analyses. A potentially powerful effect on the characteristics of plain journal bearings is local thermal deformation of the bearing surface. Although there are a few analyses that consider the effect, it is ignored by most journal bearing codes used by industry. There is also almost no experimental data in the literature that focuses on this effect. To generate such data, two identical, 101 mm dia., 57 mm long bearings—one fabricated from steel and one from bronze—have been tested in a precision journal bearing test rig. Comparisons between shaft displacement data for steady loading of the two bearings show that the deformations are important to consider. 相似文献

对一四缸内燃机曲轴轴承进行了计入曲轴受载变形和表面形貌的弹性流体动力润滑分析.计算中采用动力学法进行曲轴轴承的润滑分析,采用变形矩阵法计算油膜压力作用下轴瓦表面的变形.结果表明,表面形貌对曲轴轴承轴心轨迹影响较大,表面弹性变形对曲轴轴承轴心轨迹影响很小;计入表面形貌,曲轴轴承最大油膜压力增大显著,最小油膜厚度明显减小,端泄流量在大部分时间几乎没有变化;计入表面弹性变形,轴承最大油膜压力基本都有不同程度的减小;表面弹性变形对端泄流量、轴颈摩擦因数以及最小油膜厚度的影响甚小. 相似文献

In this article a numerical investigation of a connecting rod bearing operating at 6,500 rpm is performed. This is a companion to an earlier article that took into account the effects of the inertial force and the variable bolt tension force, which are considered to be the principal factors that affect the connecting rod bearing lubrication characteristics of an engine running at high speed. It was found that a thinner minimum oil film and a larger peak hydrodynamic pressure are predicted in a deformed connecting rod bearing than in a rigid connecting rod bearing. Multi-peaked hydrodynamic pressure was found to appear as well because of two or more converging-diverging film regions. 相似文献
