为探究大偏心率(ε≥1)下水润滑橡胶艉轴承沿端面偏斜的混合润滑性能,综合考虑表面粗糙度、弹性变形、接触压力、偏斜角对水润滑橡胶轴承混合润滑特性的影响,提出大偏心率(ε≥1)下滑动轴承沿端面任意偏斜的膜厚计算方法,并应用于艉轴承缩比模型混合润滑分析。通过数值模拟研究重载条件下水润滑橡胶艉轴承水膜压力、接触压力随偏斜角的变化规律,分析偏斜角、偏斜方向角等对水润滑橡胶轴承混合润滑性能参数的影响。研究表明:在混合润滑条件下,轴颈沿端面偏斜对流体载荷影响相对较小,但会显著增强润滑界面的接触效应从而恶化其润滑性能;横向偏斜一定程度上会提高直槽式水润滑橡胶轴承的承载能力,偏斜角增加到一定程度时会引起最大水膜压力沿偏斜端反向移动;偏斜角对水润滑轴承润滑特性的影响在混合润滑阶段内较为显著,在弹流润滑阶段其影响将会削弱。 相似文献

对水润滑橡胶轴承在完全水润滑条件下的标准实验模型进行了弹流理论建模,应用多重网格技术对理论模型进行了数值计算和结果分析。结果表明:完全水润滑条件下,在高速轻载时形成了弹流润滑,而在低速重载时,即使在完全水润滑条件下橡胶滑块与镀镍钢环之间也较难形成稳定的弹流润滑。计算结果与实验结果基本一致。 相似文献

Analysis of heavy duty tilting-pad journal bearing taking into account pad distortion and possible adoption of rubber pad segments 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In this work a comparative study has been made between the thermo-hydrodynamic performance of a three shoe tilting-pad journal bearing with rigid and elastic pads subjected to unbalance load. A case study of a bearing adopting three rubber pad segments has also been studied. The distortion of the elastic pad is introduced into the distribution of the film thickness through an iterative scheme to assess its effect on the load carrying capacity of the bearing. A finite element mesh is used to calculate the distortion of the elastic pad while a finite difference mesh is used to calculate the pressure field in the lubricant film. Results have shown a number of interesting conclusions regarding the adoption of rubber pad segments instead of tilting-pads. There is an increase in minimum oil film thickness when using elastic pad or even rubber pad segments compared with rigid pads. Also the maximum pressure and load carrying capacity are not significantly affected. 相似文献

船用水润滑艉轴承衬层的选材十分苛刻,它对轴承实现增载减阻,低噪耐磨的优秀特征起着决定性作用。艉轴承支承承载特性的机制研究异常关键。针对这一方向,开展关于轴承结构对承载力影响的理论分析研究;构建实船用艉轴承动力学模型,分析衬套、下轴瓦和橡胶的结构参数变化规律;讨论橡胶层预留间隙大小对载荷-变形关系的影响,探明接触方式对衬套、下轴瓦和橡胶结构参数的影响作用。研究结果表明:随着橡胶厚度的增加,衬层变形逐渐降低;厚度对变形的影响最大,与顶部挡边距离次之,侧边距离影响最小。研究为水润滑艉轴承的使用和设计提供了工程指导价值。 相似文献

A mathematical model for a new type of navigation lock-gate support, the hydro-support, is presented. The hydro-support is a hydrostatic bearing, elastically connected to the lock-gate by a rubber hinge and sliding on an elastic polymer track. The model incorporates the pertinent physical aspects of the hydro-support, including the elastic deformation of the track, the bearing and the rubber hinge and the mixed lubrication between the bearing and the track. A calculation using this model on a typical hydro-support shows the contribution of the load carried by contact on the total load and the resulting increase of the friction forces. 相似文献

橡塑双层复合材料水润滑轴承综合了橡胶阻尼性好和塑料摩擦性能好的特点,是一种极具发展潜力的新型水润滑轴承,然而其润滑承载机制尚不明确。采用流固耦合仿真方法研究该种轴承在不同载荷、轴瓦厚度和弹性模量下的轴瓦变形分布特点和规律。结果表明:轴瓦变形主要发生在橡胶层,橡胶层轴瓦变形影响塑料层轴瓦的形状,并使其整体发生移动;随载荷增大,轴瓦变形量增大,轴瓦刚度系数减小;随塑料层轴瓦厚度增大,轴瓦总变形量近似线性减小,轴瓦刚度系数增大;而塑料层轴瓦弹性模量的变化对轴瓦总变形和刚度系数影响相对较小。 相似文献

In an earlier study of adhesion between smooth rubber and rigid surfaces time effects were apparent. It now appears that under non-equilibrium conditions these effects largely determine the magnitude of the force required to separate adhering surfaces. This paper presents an optical study of contact area time effects between such surfaces and shows in a simple way how these optical observations may be used to predict the rate of rolling of a ball bearing on smooth rubber, the time taken to detach itself under gravity and its resilience when bouncing on smooth rubber. The friction when a rigid surface slides over smooth rubber under conditions where Schallamach waves are generated is also shown to be quantitatively related to their mutual adhesion. 相似文献
