To study the variation trend of the indentation rolling resistance of a rubber conveyor belt under different environmental temperatures, the sinusoidal compression displacement test was first carried out on the rubber matrix at six temperatures between -20 °C and 40 °C by a high and low temperature universal testing machine. Elastic modulus E1, E2 and loss factor tan θ of the rubber matrix were identified using the Fourier series. Then, the dynamic contact characteristics between the idling roller and conveyor belt were analyzed by the viscoelastic mechanics theory. Hence, the calculation equation of the indentation rolling resistance in the full thickness direction of the conveyor belt was deduced. Finally, a practical calculation and experimental verification of the indentation rolling resistance of the steel cord rubber conveyor belt at different temperatures were conducted. The results showed that the drop of the indentation rolling resistance of the conveyor belt was significant when the temperature was increased in the range of -20–10 °C. In the range of 10–40 °C, the influence of the increase of the ambient temperature on the indentation rolling resistance was relatively weak. Additionally, it is found that the contact force in the vertical direction and the idling roller diameter are important factors that affect the indentation rolling resistance of the conveyor belt. The influence of belt speed on the indentation rolling resistance is weak. 相似文献

Every kind of transported bulk material influences operational characteristics of the pipe conveyors significantly. Therefore it is necessary so that users of the pipe belt conveyors are able to perform a more detailed investigation and monitoring of these characteristics. Thanks to information concerning the operational characteristics it is possible to analyse durability of the conveyor belt and extent of belt wearing. However, the process of data collection and identification is demanding and expensive on condition that such process would be realised only by means of measuring equipment. Much more effective is obtaining of the needed information using generalized knowledge in the form of graphs. Every operator of the pipe belt conveyor is able to obtain the required information based on known input values using the corresponding graphs. Afterwards, the obtained information can be applied in a real operation. This article deals with determination of the contact force values for a certain type of the conveyor belt. The contact forces can be estimated in the intersection of axis at the individual idler roll positions in dependence on the tension force and in dependence on the filling rate of the cross-sectional area of the piped belt with the material, taking into consideration the performed experimental measurements. 相似文献

This paper analyses an impact of asymmetrical tension forces, which are occurring in the conveyor belt, on the contact forces in the guiding idlers. It describes causes of an increased wear-out of the conveyor belts due to an asymmetric tensioning of the transport belt. There were investigated five measuring points loaded with a symmetrical and asymmetrical tensioning of a specimen section of the pipe conveyor transport belt, using the Friedman test for the factor of asymmetry. The tension force determines also changes of the contact force layouts in the individually investigated idler rolls. A newly developed method was applied in order to identify states of the particular experimental phases for the process of the transport belt tensioning and relaxation. This method is based on differences of the contact force time behaviours. It is possible to present a hypothesis, taking into consideration the obtained results that a side slipping of the running conveyor belt is caused by the tension force asymmetry also on the real operational conditions. 相似文献

This paper presents a simplified approach to modelling the rolling contact phenomena that occur at the surface of a wheel driven rubber belt. The main aim of this approach is to determine the rolling friction due to hysteresis and the relationship between traction and slip in wheel driven belt conveyors. The resulting model is an expansion of an existing linear viscoelastic model consisting of a three parameter Maxwell model combined with a Winkler foundation that is used to determine the rolling friction due to hysteresis in a conventional conveyor with a flat belt. Adaptations are introduced to incorporate a curved belt surface and to analyse the relationship between traction and slip. Attention is also paid to matching the model parameters to the viscoelastic properties of an actual rubber sample and subsequently the usefulness of more complex Maxwell models regarding rolling friction and traction is investigated. 相似文献

This article presents creation and verification of linear regression models intended for prediction of the pipe conveyor belt contact forces on the idler rolls in the hexagonal idler housing. This problem is solved for using the method of indirect measurement, which enables to specify other required parameters with certain desired calculation accuracy on the basis of one monitored parameter. There is defined an initial hypothesis, which consists in assumption that it is possible to determine the contact forces in all other guide idler rolls according to detection of the contact force in one guide idler roll. The obtained models are corresponding with real operational conditions. The main advantage of these models consists in a fact that they have been created according to the real experimental measurement. The results presented in this paper are useful for the real practice because they enable to arrange such position of the guide idler rolls in the hexagonal idler housing, which is easy accessible not only with regard to the mounting of it, but also taking into the consideration safety, as well as which is suitable for installation and service of the measuring equipment. 相似文献

托辊密封不可靠会引发轴承润滑失效,进而导致托辊旋转阻力急剧增加直至完全卡阻,已成为煤矿井下带式输送机的主要故障原因之一,提高托辊密封与润滑性能对于提升带式输送机工作效率具有重要现实意义。基于纳米磁性液体密封与润滑理论设计了新型托辊样机,利用可模拟井下环境的托辊旋转阻力试验台在不同试验条件下与普通托辊进行了性能对比试验。结果表明,常规环境定载荷试验中,磁性液体密封润滑托辊的旋转阻力较普通托辊最大降低45%,平均降低17%;常规环境定带速试验中,磁性液体密封润滑托辊的旋转阻力较普通托辊最大降低73%,平均降低54%;模拟井下煤尘环境试验中,磁性液体密封润滑托辊的旋转阻力较普通托辊平均降低26%;煤泥水淋水24 h试验后,普通托辊的旋转阻力增大至原来的7倍,而磁性液体密封润滑托辊的旋转阻力基本无变化。采用磁性液体密封润滑的托辊在不同试验条件下具有低旋转阻力、高抗水淋性等优异性能,可为井下带式输送机向低能耗、高可靠、长寿命方向发展提供有力技术支撑。 相似文献
