The paper examines the requirements for new information technology tools for education and training in measurement and instrumentation, given the advances in capability of information technology. A review is presented of the capabilities and limitations of educational tools. The paper deals with a Remote Laboratory (RemLab) based on a Web site for remote teaching of measurements. RemLab was specifically designed in order to provide a remote access to instrumentation by means of only a commercial Web browser. Students get hypertextual tutorials on measurement topics, use remote instrumentation, and download result files for further local processing. Beyond educational aims, RemLab allows experimental know-how in the measurement field as well as research experimental results to be effectively diffused and exploited. Software and hardware design solutions as well as experimental results of educational measurement features are discussed.  相似文献

圆感应同步器数显表是一种采用电磁感应原理的角度测量仪表,目前国内的圆感应同步器数显表的设计普遍采用纯开环或闭环的模式,动态精度低,针对这一现状,在本文中提出了总体开环,数字信号处理部分闭环的新方案,设计出了一种高精度圆感应同步器数显表。同时详细介绍了数显表的各独立部分硬件电路,整个数显表具有结构紧凑、抗干扰能力强等优点,同时有较高的跟踪速度和较好的稳定性。经应用表明:该数显表精度高,特别适合在恶劣的环境中工作,并且成本低,具有很高的实用价值。  相似文献

The application of accurate mass measurement for the determination of elemental formula has its origin in the 1950s and for many years was only carried out using magnetic sector mass spectrometers. The availability of such measurements was limited due to the cost and complexity of the instrumentation and the need for considerable expertise to acquire and interpret the spectra. In recent years the incredible pace of instrumental development has changed this, particularly with the renaissance of time of flight mass spectrometry. This has resulted in instrumentation capable of making accurate mass measurements in a robust fashion becoming available to most practitioners of (mass spectrometry) MS, without some of the earlier technical challenges and at lower cost. In this review the variety of accurate mass measurement instrumentation and techniques and their relative capabilities are discussed, along with a range of applications requiring the determination of elemental formula.  相似文献

为了满足工业生产对温度测量的高精度要求,研制了一种恒流源微电流驱动四线制铂电阻Pt100的高精度温度测量系统.分析了引起系统测量误差的原因,给出了减少误差的方法;阐述了恒流源、仪用放大、抗混叠滤波、采样保持、A/D采样等主要电路的设计原理和参数选择准则;说明了测量系统的标定方法.该系统采用四线制铂电阻Pt100作为温度传感器,由恒流源微电流驱动产生电压,可以完全去除铂电阻自身的引线电阻、有效减少自热效应;通过仪用放大电路、抗混叠滤波电路和采集保持电路可以有效滤除采集信号中的干扰信号,降低外界干扰对测量系统的影响,增强测量系统稳定性、可靠性和准确性.测试结果表明,该系统性能稳定可靠,标定后测量误差小于±0.03℃.  相似文献

This paper outlines the scope and importance of model-based measurement in physiology and clinical medicine. The nature of model-based measurement is discussed, describing the basic methods for modelling and the criteria to be adopted when choosing models for use in clinical measurement. Having reviewed the underlying principles and approaches, the authors present two case studies. The first illustrates the potential role of model-based measurement in on-line instrumentation schemes for controlling the level of blood glucose in the diabetic patient. In contrast, the second case study illustrates the role of model-based measurement, implemented in an off-line computer scheme, in the management of patients suffering from a form of thyroid disease.  相似文献

Some single, multi-parameter multichannel analyzer configurations are reported. The analyzer is especially suitable for time and/or pulse-height spectra measurements from high counting rate sources. The various analyzer configurations arise from the need to reach a compromise between measurement requirements and analyzer speed and cost. The main element of each configuration is the Analog Devices 21060, a fast and flexible digital signal processor (DSP). The DSP takes part in the control of data acquisition, and updates spectra in real time without taking Host computing and Input/Output resources, so shortening the dead time of the whole spectrometric system. The instrumentation peculiar characteristics are as follows: (1) the true acquisition phase is an autonomous one; (2) the maximum count capacity is equal to 232−1 counts/channel; (3) the conversion gain is programmable. The maximum achievable value is 2100; (4) spectra may be transferred from the instrumentation to the Host computer either at the measurement end or in the course of the measurement to display data during the accumulation process; (5) the maximum acquisition rate depends on the configuration. The monoprocessor configuration is able to acquire data and to update spectra without interruption at 10 MHz rate. Multi-bus configuration is recommended in the case that high conversion gain and/or fast multichannel structures are dealt with. Multi-bus configuration is needed if the spectrum must be transferred to the Host in the course of the measurement without interrupting the acquisition. (6) The instrumentation makes use of commercially available components. Their high integration and speed have led to powerful, compact, flexible, and modular instrumentation.  相似文献

介绍了利用数据库技术和虚拟仪器技术的自动测试系统的设计。该系统以PXI总线系统构成硬平台,结构设计中采用了标准总线体系和模块化仪器方案,由可更换适配器构成测试传感器与测试资源的物理连接。系统的软件设计中采用了基于数据库的测试方法与面向对象的模块化程序设计方法,并以LabWindows/CVI构成开发平台。该系统拥有良好的可扩展性和工程实用性。实践表明,该系统在机械装备电气系统的自动检测和故障诊断领域具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献
