针对垃圾压块机的工作可靠性问题,对垃圾压块机的压缩机构进行了分析,将贝叶斯网络应用到液压系统可靠性分析之中。提出了贝叶斯网络的概念与公式,给出了贝叶斯网络的构建方法,采用基于图形结构精确推理方法,建立了压缩机构的贝叶斯网络。通过手册查阅了各液压元件发生故障的概率,最后结合贝叶斯网络求得了系统发生故障的概率。研究结果表明,该液压系统发生故障的概率为0.057 4,换向阀发生故障的概率为0.252。通过建立贝叶斯网络,求得极易发生故障部件概率的方法,直观地表示出了该系统故障的因果关系,找到了系统的薄弱环节,提高了系统的可靠性。 相似文献

To overcome the design limitations of traditional hydraulic control system for synthetic rubber press and such faults as high fault rate, low reliability, high energy-consuming and which always led to shutting down of post-treatment product line for synthetic rubber, brand-new hydraulic system combining with PC control and two-way cartridge valves for the press is developed, whose reliability is analyzed, reliability model of the hydraulic system for the press is established by analyzing processing steps, and reliability simulation of each step and the whole system is carried out by software MATLAB, which is verified through reliability test. The fixed time test has proved not that theory analysis is sound, but the system has characteristics of reasonable design and high reliability, and can lower the required power supply and operational energy cost. 相似文献

The leakage is a common fault in the hydraulic system of the large forging hydraulic press. The large forging hydraulic press is usually used in the high temperature situations. Hence once leakage happens, the fire hazard can be caused and the huge economic losses can be taken place. Therefore, detecting and positioning leakage is also of great importance for the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system. A new method of fault diagnosis is proposed based on extracting leakage information in this paper. Firstly, the double inverse limit space is established. Secondly, the leakage information will be mapped into the double inverse limit space via the homeomorphism mapping. The leakage is detected with equicontinuity. The leakage positioning can be realized according to the topological transitivity in the double inverse limit space. Finally, the method of fault diagnosis is feasible according to the simulation results. Hence the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system in large forging hydraulic press is realized by adopting the method proposed in this paper. The leakage can be forecasted in real-time. 相似文献
