制造系统的有效设计方法是确保设计的制造系统合理、高效运转的关键。长期以来制造系统的设计一直停留在个人经验基础之上,具有一定的主观性。文中将制造系统的设计划分为相互联系的三个阶段,首先综合应用模糊层次分析法和灰色关联度分析法,解决制造系统设计过程中设备的选择问题。再通过启发式算法来求解设备布局。最后通过建立仿真模型,对设计的制造系统进行仿真,评估制造系统,以便对设计的制造系统进行改进。 相似文献

为了评价机电产品的绿色性能,根据绿色产品的特征,提出应用面向产品全生命周期的模糊层次分析法对机电产品进行绿色度综合评价。统筹考虑机电产品整个生命周期中的绿色属性,根据产品及其评价指标的层次特性,应用层次分析方法建立递阶层次结构模型,结合模糊评判法对产品的“绿色”特性进行评价。并以此作为产品的方案比较或进行绿色设计和绿色制造的决策依据。实例证明.采用模糊层次分析法对机电产品进行绿色度综合评价是合理可行的。 相似文献

考虑到现有的评价方案不够全面,传统的层次分析法(AHP)忽略了评价者本身的模糊性,提出了运用改进的层次分析法从生产周期(T)、生产成本(C)、加工质量(Q)、环境因素(E)和资源消耗(R)五个绿色制造指标进行分析,建立机床设备选择的指标评价体系和初始决策矩阵,并结合熵权法对各项评价指标进行组合赋权,得到各项评价指标的综合权重。采用灰色关联法计算各方案的灰色关联度,并选取灰色关联度最大的机床作为零件加工的最佳机床,并通过阶梯孔加工的实例验证了该方法在优选机床设备中的可行性和优越性。 相似文献

High-speed dry hobbing is an emerging green technique for gear hobbing owing to its high productivity and environmental friendliness. However, severe friction occurs and heat instantaneously accumulates in the cutting region due to the adoption of high cutting speed and the lack of metalworking fluids, which causes serious hob wear. This investigation is concerned with the thermal performance and heat-loading quantitative method of hob cutter in high-speed dry hobbing. According to the multiple-edge and intermittent cutting behavior, the temporal dynamic characteristics of hob cutter are analyzed. Based on the complex 3D chip geometry produced in high-speed dry hobbing, the calculation method for heat-production (the amount of generated cutting heat) of hob tooth is proposed. Considering the coupling effects of heat conduction, heat convection, and heat radiation, the prediction model for heat-loading quantity (the bearing capacity of cutting heat) of hob tooth is developed. With the help of the developed method, the interrelation between the thermal performance of hob cutter and material removal volume, cutting conditions, coating material, respectively, are investigated. Owing to a lack of practical methods and software tools in the existing researches on green manufacturing (GM), process planning
support system for green manufacturing (GMPPSS) was developed to deal with the problems in optimization of environment-benign
process planning. The GMPPSS consisted mainly of three function modules and related model repositories including: selection
of process elements, optimization of process courses, and evaluation of process projects for GM. The database of the GMPPSS
was used to provide plentiful information on resources consumption and environmental impact in manufacturing processes, which
consisted of process attribute database, inventory database, machine database, tool database, and the cutting fluid database.
Raw materials, secondary material consumption, energy consumption, and environment impacts of process planning were optimized
to improve the green attribute of process planning of parts with the supports of the databases and model repositories. The
gear processing in the machining tool factory was presented to verify the system’s applicability.
