采用有限元法,对上海宝钢集团公司1580车间SP定宽机进行了侧压冲击力的有限元模拟,给出板坯侧压过程冲击载荷的变化规律,计算了板坯的应力变化与金属三维流动状态,并分析了板坯缺陷形成的原因。通过对 SP定宽机侧压过程的动态测试,分析了侧压过程中模块加速度的变化,给出冲击力的试验结果,并对有限元模拟结果进行验证。由模块的动态特性实测曲线发现了设备存在的问题。研究结果为SP定宽机的设计与维护提供了重要依据。  相似文献

采用三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元方法对H型钢的多道次往复开坯轧制过程进行仿真分析得到了各道次轧件的三维变形结果及三维温度场。详细介绍了有限元模型的建立,材料参数、边界条乍及载荷的定义,对轧件温度场的分布进行了深入分析,并与现场实验数据相比较,模拟结果与实际情沥吻合很好。研究结果为多道次轧制过程的热力耦合分析提供了参考。  相似文献

轧制过程中,轧辊轴承箱可能出现烧箱现象,严重影响正常的轧制生产。采用热力耦合有限元法对轧辊转动过程轧辊与轴承接触区域温度场变化情况进行了有限元模拟,分析了轧辊轴向力对轴承温升的影响。结果表明,随着轧辊轴向力的增加,轴承附近区域温升显著增加。一个道次轧制周期内,当轴向力为零时,轴承附近区域温度低于40℃;当轴向力为轧制力的5%时,轴承附近区域温度超过70℃。降低轧辊轴向力有利于减少轴承烧箱事故。研究结果对研究轧制过程轴承烧箱问题具有理论意义。  相似文献

采用更新的Langrange方法及大变形热力耦合有限元法对热轧过程进行了热力耦合仿真分析,经过多道次轧制仿真后,得出了轧件的温度场和轧制力分布以及每道次轧件入口与出口温度大小及轧制力的大小,并进行了现场工业实验对仿真结果进行了验证,计算结果表明,仿真所得结果与实测结果误差很小,均在5%之内,从而证明模型是正确的,能够很好的运用于热轧过程的参数计算和研究,并对以后热轧工艺参数匹配规律研究以及板形控制研究提供重要的分析平台和起到重要的指导作用.  相似文献

针对MPM钢管连轧过程特点,利用Marc有限元分析软件建立了三维热力耦合有限元模型,并对模拟结果:钢管出口形状、应力应变情况、轧制温度、机架轧制力进行了分析。结果表明:钢管外径和壁厚随着不用道次的进行而交替减小,最后趋于成品尺寸;钢管在辊底位置的等效应变最大,在辊缝处的等效应变最小;随轧制道次的递增,钢管内外表面的温度逐渐降低,而钢管内部温度先升高后降低。  相似文献

针对快速超薄铸轧的材料、几何和摩擦等多重非线性,将铸轧辊与板坯之间的力学行为视为热弹塑性接触问题,应用无网格一有限元耦合方法建立计算模型,较好地解决了板坯变形剧烈而使得有限元网格发生畸变的问题,对轧制过程中轧制压力分布进行了分析,并得到了其分布规律。  相似文献

根据JP1235铝合金板带热精轧过程的实际工艺特点和工艺参数,采用非线性有限元软件Marc,建立一个三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元模型,模拟了精轧机组第一机架(F1机架)失去后张力作用后的轧制状态,计算出轧制过程中轧制力、摩擦力等力能参数沿板宽方向上的分布情况,在此基础上,模拟初始轧辊倾斜影响下的轧制状态,并对该轧制状态下的力能参数分布情况进行研究,探讨轧辊倾斜对力能参数分布及跑偏规律的影响,为纠偏控制提供了一定的理论依据.  相似文献

In this paper the general case of asymmetrical plane strain rolling due to unequal roll diameter, unequal surface speed of the rolls and different contact friction is considered. An analytical model based on the slab method of analysis was used and further developed to obtain the characteristics of asymmetrical sheet rolling and to predict strip curvature. This method describes an enhancement to the rolling theory where friction becomes an integral part of deformation mechanics in the roll gap. To verify the validity of the proposed analytical model, the analytical rolling force, torque and curvature were compared with experimental and analytical results of other investigators. Very good agreements are found. Capability as well as the simplicity of the proposed model in predicting more accurate theoretical results for the rolling force, torque and curvature makes it suitable for the online control application.  相似文献

Friction variation at the interfaces between two vertical rolls and a slab being plastically deformed by the vertical rolls is considered by both theoretical modelling and practical simulation. In this paper, the authors analyzed and simulated the slab edging process, employing the constant friction and friction variation models. Programming was performed on a PC, and the shape of the slab, the roll separating force, the distribution of rolling pressure, strain and strain rate are obtained. Simulation results show that when the friction variation is considered, the computed roll separating force and shape of slab are in good agreement with the experimental values, and the developed numerical model is efficient and stable.  相似文献

A theoretical model based on slab method is proposed to analyze asymmetrical rolling of bonded two-layer sheets where the ingoing sheet is forced to horizontally enter the roll gap. Separate equilibrium equations as well as yield relations are derived for each layer by considering different stress fields for the two layers of any slab within the roll gap. A large angle of bite is considered in the governing equations as the experimental data used for verifying the results belong to the rolling conditions where small bite angle assumption is not reasonable. The curvature of the sheet at exit from the roll gap is estimated by studying variations of the normal and the shear strains within the whole roll gap. A very good agreement is shown to exist between the rolling force as well as the outgoing curvature predicted by the present model and the available analytical and experimental results reported by other investigators. By studying the outgoing curvature at different conditions, some practical suggestions to minimize the strip curvature at exit from the roll gap are proposed.  相似文献

In this paper, a complex model combining the simplicity of the slab method and accuracy of the finite element method was developed to save CPU time. When applied for the shape rolling, the deformation zone in the billet was divided into several proper slabs according to the shape of boundaries, in which each slab must match the force equilibrium along the longitudinal direction. Then, FEM was used to calculate sequentially the velocity field, metal flow, stress and strain distribution for each slab. By using only one slab in each iteration, the iteration range of traditional FEM was significantly reduced. Therefore, the memory capacity and computational time can be significantly reduced. Compared with traditional FEM, the results of this complex model were acceptable, verifying that the model proposed in this paper is an effective method.  相似文献

全世界薄板坯连铸连轧机在轧制薄规格带钢时都出现不同程度的严重振动现象,导致带钢和轧辊生成明显振痕,从而影响企业的产品质量、外部形象和经济效益。利用自制综合遥测系统对轧机振动参数、力能参数、电参数和工艺参数等进行全面的现场综合测试,经过对测试信号的时域分析和频域分析获得振动的特征及规律;通过理论研究和仿真研究,发现轧机确实存在扭垂耦合振动、机电耦合振动和液机耦合振动现象,确定轧机振动的性质为机电液多态耦合振动。据此对电气传动控制系统和AGC系统进行参数修改和优化,将设计的二阶扭振抑制器应用在主传动控制系统中和对AGC参数进行优化,辊系振动明显降低,有效地抑制了轧机机电液耦合振动现象,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。  相似文献

利用刚塑性有限元方法分析了异型扁坯的轧制成形过程,首次阐明了横向倾斜接触表面上节点速度分量之间的约束关系,得出异型扁坯宽展、筋高充满度及轧制变形和力能参数的变化规律,其结果与实测值相吻合,并求得变形区内部的变形场和金属质点流场.  相似文献
