对柱塞泵机体进行了模态分析,找出了柱塞泵在使用过程中振动过大的原因。并改进柱塞泵机体结构形式和更换所用材料,对改进后的机体进行模态频率比较研究,得出避免柱塞泵机体与减速机激振频率共振耦合的最优方案。为同类产品的安装使用,以及避免振动耦合提出了具体的解决办法。 相似文献

为了研究流固耦合场对叶片强度与振动参数的影响,采用流体动力学和有限元方法,对压气机叶片进行了单向流固耦合分析。通过软件之间的接口,实现压力场数据的传递,并对加载气动力后的计算模型进行强度分析和模态分析,得到压气机大小叶片的应力应变云图以及固有频率和相应的模态振型,计算比较了离心力、气动力对应力和固有频率的影响。计算结果表明,流固耦合对叶片的结构强度和模态振型影响较小。通过频率分析,找出了叶片的共振频率,从而为叶片的优化提供依据。 相似文献

风力发电机叶片是一种细长的弹性体结构,运行时容易发生振动和变形,严重影响风力发电机的平稳运行。运用有限元数值方法研究风力机叶片的振动特性,利用模态分析法研究了叶片的静频和动频特性,获得了叶片的前6阶振动频率和相应振型。表明挥舞和摆阵是叶片的主要振动形式;在一定来流风速和转速作用下对叶片进行有预应力的振动特性分析,获得了风速与转速的变化对叶片振动频率的影响规律。利用谐响应分析法研究在最大风压与转速作用下叶片的振动特性,获得了最大受迫载荷作用下,叶片位移频率响应的变化规律。 相似文献

针对风力机柔性风轮与低速轴系的动力学特性强耦合问题进行研究,以1.2MW风力机风轮与低速轴系为研究对象,建立其耦合系统的物理模型并作合理性等效;同时将其单一叶片简化为悬臂梁并采用二节点四自由度梁单元进行有限元分析。运用混合单元对耦合系统模型进行有限元建模,并用模态叠加法得到耦合系统的固有频率与变形云图,并进行结果分析。分析表明耦合系统低频振动主要发生在低速轴支撑轴承,高频振动主要发生在风轮叶片处并以叶片的挥舞与摆振为主。在低频振动过程中,叶片振动与低俗轴振动二者表现出较强耦合性。将风轮自由振动频率与单一叶片自由振动频率进行对比分析,可以得到风轮叶片在自由振动过程中的固有频率比单一叶片的固有频率数值较小。 相似文献

Ultra-precision manufacturing (UPM) machines are used to fabricate and measure complex parts having micrometer-level features and nanometer-level tolerances/surface finishes. Therefore, random vibration of the machine due to ground excitations and residual vibration stemming from onboard disturbances must be mitigated using vibration isolation systems. A long-standing rule of thumb in vibration isolation system design is to locate the isolators in such a way that the vibration modes of the isolated machine are decoupled. However, prior work by the authors has demonstrated that coupling vibration modes of passively-isolated UPM machines could provide conditions for drastic reduction of residual vibrations compared to decoupling. The authors’ analysis was based on the restrictive assumption that the isolated machine was modally damped. The key contribution of this paper is in investigating the effect of mode coupling on the residual vibrations of UPM machines with non-proportional (NP) damping—which is more realistic than modal damping. It also analyzes the effects of mode coupling on the reduction of ground vibrations (i.e., transmissibility). The analyses reveal that, even though NP damping changes the vibration behavior of the machine compared to modal damping, mode coupling still provides ample opportunities to reduce residual vibration and transmissibility. Guidelines for properly designing a UPM machine to best exploit mode coupling for vibration reduction are provided and validated through simulations and experiments. Up to 40% reduction in residual vibration and 50% reduction in transmissibility are demonstrated. 相似文献

以某全地域机动车驾驶室为研究对象,建立驾驶室的有限元模型,验证了有限元模型的有效性。以此有限元模型为基础构建驾驶室谐响应模型,进行谐响应分析,发现驾驶室后壁板的振动是引起驾驶室内部噪声的主要原因。研究驾驶室内部噪声特性,分别进行了声学空腔模态分析和声固耦合模态分析,发现声固耦合系统声压分布比较均匀,大部分呈现局部模态,主要原因可能是驾驶室后壁板的振动。通过驾驶员耳旁声压分析发现增加驾驶室后壁板的厚度,可以在一定程度内降低驾驶室内部噪声对驾驶员的影响,为同类驾驶室通过依靠结构改进来改善声场环境提供了案例依据。 相似文献

人体外骨骼结构由整体刚性部件和众多液压作动筒组成,为使人体外骨骼具有更好的减震和缓冲功能,在外骨骼结构中还增加了许多弹性阻尼部件。将整个人体外骨骼结构视为刚性部件与众多柔性部件的耦合结构。以60 kg为负重载荷,在ANSYS中创造性地利用刚柔耦合方式建立人体外骨骼结构有限元模型,并分析该外骨骼结构在行走过程中的受力情况和振动模态,获得各姿态应力值及各阶振型、自振频率。经分析得,外骨骼结构除踝关节结构需加强外,其余部件满足静力学强度要求,模态分析结果显示该外骨骼结构避开了人体运动时前后摆动的频率,但易于在左右摆动时产生共振。 相似文献

Micro-speaker diaphragms play an important role in generating desired sound responses, and are designed to have thin membrane shapes for flexibility in the axial direction. The micro-speaker diaphragms are formed from thin polymer film through the thermoforming process, in which local thickness reductions occur due to strain localization. This thickness reduction results in a change in vibration characteristics of the diaphragm and different sound responses from that of the original design. In this study, the effect of this thickness change in the diaphragm on its vibration characteristics is numerically investigated by coupling thermoforming simulation, structural analysis and modal analysis. Thus, the thickness change in the diaphragm is calculated from the thermoforming simulation, and reflected in the further structural and modal analyses in order to estimate the relevant stiffness and vibration modes. Comparing these simulation results with those from a diaphragm with the uniform thickness, it is found that a local thickness reduction results in the stiffness reduction and the relevant change in the natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes. 相似文献

For a magnetically suspended control moment gyroscope, stiffness and damping of magnetic bearing will influence modal frequency of a rotor. In this paper the relationship between modal frequency and stiffness and damping has been investigated. The mathematic calculation model of axial passive magnetic bearing (PMB) stiffness is developed. And PID control based on internal model control is introduced into control of radial active magnetic bearing (AMB), considering the radial coupling of axial PMB, a mathematic calculation model of stiffness and damping of radial AMB is established. According to modal analysis, the relationship between modal frequency and modal shapes is achieved. Radial vibration frequency is mainly influenced by stiffness of radial AMB; however, when stiffness increases, radial vibration will disappear and a high frequency bending modal will appear. Stiffness of axial PMB mainly affects the axial vibration mode, which will turn into high-order bending modal. Axial PMB causes bigger influence on torsion modal of the rotor. 相似文献
