建立动车组整车动力学模型,通过仿真得到轴箱轴承在列车运行中所受的外载荷。建立轴箱轴承动力学和有限元模型,分析了径向载荷、转速以及轨道激扰对滚子和保持架之间的作用力、保持架应力的影响,基于Miner线性累积损伤理论预测保持架寿命,并基于ISO 281∶2007预测了整套轴承的寿命,结果表明:径向载荷对保持架应力的影响最小,随径向载荷增大,滚子和保持架之间的作用力及保持架应力稍有增加;转速对保持架应力的影响最为显著,随转速升高,滚子和保持架之间的作用力及保持架应力增大;轨道激扰的加入增加了滚子和保持架之间的作用力及保持架应力;轴箱轴承保持架寿命约为1 241.5×104 km,满足使用要求。 相似文献

一、保持架结构 我们分析了由联邦德国FAG公司和日本NSK公司引进的197726轴承,其保持架过梁均比国产保持架过梁宽,其刚度显然要比国产的好,因FAG轴承采用17个滚子,NSK轴承采用20个滚子,而我国则是21个滚子。从轴承内圈、滚子和保持架“负载平衡”方面考虑,减少滚子数量而加大滚子直径,则可增加保持架过梁宽度,从而有助于提高保持架的刚度,增强运行可靠性。 相似文献

考虑到圆柱滚子轴承在运转过程中温升对轴承性能的影响,基于滚动轴承动力学理论、摩擦学原理和热分析理论,利用ANSYS建立了圆柱滚子轴承热-应力耦合有限元分析模型,分析了对数修形滚子的凸度值对轴承温升和接触应力的影响以及径向载荷和转速对最优凸度值的影响。结果表明:滚子最高温度随凸度值增大而增大,最大接触应力随凸度值的增大先减小后增大;考虑耦合时轴承零件的接触应力大于未考虑耦合时的接触应力;考虑耦合时滚子最优凸度值随径向载荷和转速的增大而增大,未考虑耦合时滚子最优凸度值随径向载荷增大而增大,但不随转速增大而变化。 相似文献

The roller profile plays a key role in the overall performance of roller bearings. In traditional profile design for roller bearings, the roller profile was often analyzed in terms of the bearing performance, particularly the fatigue life. However, the bearing dynamic stiffness and fatigue life were seldom considered simultaneously in the design of Tapered roller bearings (TRBs). Among the available roller profiles, the partially crowned roller profile has been acknowledged as one of the best from the viewpoint of the bearing fatigue life and stiffness characteristics. This paper presented a design optimization for the partially crowned roller profile to improve the performance of TRBs. Two profile parameters of rollers employed for TRBs including the central flat length and crown radius were investigated. The optimal design parameters for the roller profile were obtained in consideration of both bearing fatigue life and stiffness. The proposed design approach was useful and applicable for further geometrical optimization, manufacturing, and engineering application of rolling bearings. 相似文献

To improve the convexity uniformity, processing efficiency, and surface quality of precision-machined crowned rollers, this paper proposes a double-curved disc ultrasonic-assisted lapping (DUAL) method. Firstly, a DUAL machine is designed according to the technical requirements of crowned roller lapping, and the working principle is presented. Then, the ultrasonic-coupled processing mechanism for crowned roller surfaces is analyzed, and the abrasive particle motion and material removal regularities under cavitation are acquired. Subsequently, an ultrasonic amplitude transformer for DUAL is developed, and the DUAL experimental platform for precision-machined crowned rollers is established. Finally, comparative processing experiments using non-ultrasonic lapping and through-feed super-finishing are performed. The experimental results indicate that the proposed DUAL method can improve processing efficiency and surface roughness, and also the batch uniformity of the convex metric. 相似文献

Four roller profiles used in cylindrical roller bearing design and manufacture were analyzed using both a closed form solution and finite element analysis (FEA) for stress and life. The analyzed roller profiles were flat, end tapered, aerospace, and fully crowned and loaded against a flat raceway. Four rolling-element bearing life models were chosen for this analysis: those of Weibull; Lundberg and Palmgren; Ioannides and Harris; and Zaretsky. The flat roller profile without edge loading has the longest predicted life. However, edge loading can reduce life by as much as 98 percent. The end-tapered profile produced the highest lives, but not significantly higher than those produced by the aerospace profile. The fully crowned profile produced the lowest lives. Except for the flat roller profile, the predicted lives with the FEA method exceed those with the closed form solution. The fatigue limit proposed by Ioannides and Harris equates to one-half the value of a compressive residual stress that may exist in a rolling bearing steel. 相似文献

A logarithmic profile is essentially an optimal geometry for rolling machine elements such as bearing rollers and raceways. Under most conditions of loading, it yields lower stresses to give longer endurance. Lundberg first suggested the basic profile, and some researchers followed him by modifying it to satisfy engineering requirements. In this article, the authors propose a mathematical optimization method for logarithmic profiles in roller bearing applications. Moreover, rolling contact fatigue life tests are carried out to make a comparison among logarithmically crowned, standard partially crowned, and modified partially crowned rollers. Results show that the logarithmically crowned rollers are beyond the modified partially crowned rollers in fatigue life, especially in poor lubrication conditions, although the logarithmic rollers require less workload to process the crowning. 相似文献

This paper deals with the effect of operating parameters on cage slip in cylindrical roller bearing. A cylindrical roller bearing test rig is developed to measure the running speed of bearing elements at various operating conditions. The effect of operating parameters namely shaft speed, radial load, viscosity of lubricating oil, number of rollers, and bearing temperature on cage slip are experimentally obtained. The critical load and magnitude of cage slip for various operating conditions are obtained. The non-dimensional number is derived based on the operating parameters. The region where cage slip occurs is developed from the derived non-dimensional number and the experimental data. The temperature raise is experimentally obtained during slip condition and its effect on viscosity is included for calculations. The frictional forces are experimentally obtained and are compared with the theoretical findings. The significant effect of operating parameters on cage slip of cylindrical roller bearing is discussed based on the experimental findings. 相似文献
