A zeolite (ZFA) was synthesized from coal fly ash and then modified using hexadecyltrimethylammonium. The surfactant modified ZFA (SMZFA) was evaluated for its versatility to sequester multiple classes of pollutants from water. The target pollutants include ionic inorganic pollutants (ammonium and phosphate), ionic organic pollutants (methylene blue and humic acid), ionizable organic pollutants (bisphenol A,-chlorophenol and phenol, with different pKa), and electrically neutral or-ganic pollutants (aniline, nitrobenzene, and naphthalene, with different hydrophobicity). The SMZFA showed high potential for the retention of ammonium and phosphate, being comparable with ZFA. While the negative charge in the internal pores of zeolite was responsible for the retention of ammonium, the oxides of CaO, Al2O3and Fe2O3in the non-zeolite fraction, which originated from coal fly ash but received modification during zeolite synthesis, accounted for the removal of phosphate. Results also showed that while ZFA had little affinity for humic acid, the ionizable, and the electrically neutral organic compounds, SMZFA exhibited greatly enhanced adsorption capacity. Thus, the surfactant modified external surface, which formed a bilayer micelle of zeolite, imparts a hydrophobic characteristic that enables the uptake of the organic pollutants. 根据高速电主轴角接触球轴承中滚动体的运动情况,分析其受力状态,并考虑轴承预加载荷对滚动体在高速旋转状态下陀螺力矩的平衡效果,应用Palmgren经验公式计算轴承整体的摩擦热,然后依据传热学理论建立轴承的温升热模型,并用热网络法建立其热阻抗网络图,最后用120MD60Y6油雾润滑型电主轴的轴承进行试验验证.结果表明,轴承温升主要受转速、润滑油量、供气压力及载荷的影响,在主轴启动的初始阶段温升变化最快,且润滑油量和供气压力对轴承温升有一个最佳的适用范围. 相似文献

Rapid and sensitive detection of serum tumor biomarkers are needed to monitor cancer patients for disease progression. Highly sensitive piezoelectric microcantilever sensors (PEMS) offer an attractive tool for biomarker detection; however, their utility in the complex environment encountered in serum has yet to be determined. As a proof of concept, we have functionalized PEMS with antibodies that specifically bind to HER2, a biomarker (antigen) that is commonly overexpressed in the blood of breast cancer patients. The function and sensitivity of these anti-HER2 PEMS biosensors was initially assessed using recombinant HER2 spiked into human serum. Their ability to detect native HER2 present in the serum of breast cancer patients was then determined. We have found that the anti-HER2 PEMS were able to accurately detect both recombinant and naturally occurring HER2 at clinically relevant levels (>2 ng/mL). This indicates that PEMS-based biosensors provide a potentially effective tool for biomarker detection. 相似文献

NDT plays a crucial role in everyday life and is necessary to assure safety and reliability. NDT applied to surface detection as far as possible should be a non-contacting technique operating easily with low inspection costs and a high accuracy, human beings as inspectors as well as the environment should not be harmed. A novel NDT based on Shape From Shading (SFS) is introduced in this paper. SFS is a prospecting 3D recovery method because it recovers 3D shape of work piece only from one image. We firstly use SFS in the field of 3D surface defect detection, which is an effective way to guarantee the product quality. Compared with other defect detection method, this SFS method only needs CCD, optical system, image-collection card and computer. It has the merits such as low cost, easy operation, non-contact, non-destructive, no harming to people, and it is 3D overall shape detection. SFS-NDT has been used in the online defect detection measurement of TianJin SanHuan new material Ltd in Chinese Academy of Science. The 3D shape recovery method and application in the field of defect detection are presented. The precision of 3D recovery is analyzed. 相似文献

Mass property of spacecraft needs to be estimated in certain circumstances.Based on the measurement of single point acceleration,angular acceleration and angular velocity,a discrete Kalman Filter(KF) based estimation method is developed to extract the inertia matrix and mass center.The simulation results show that the method can be used for continues online estimation without propellant consumption.Stability condition for the filter is given at last. 相似文献
