小底座铸件的压差铸造工艺改进和品质控制

对于小型铝合金板类铸件,在铝液过流处或铸件的平板与筋的拐角处常出现因疏松或阳极氧化后表面颜色明显发白的现象。采用平做立浇垂直缝隙式浇口可实现平稳充型,减少铝液的二次氧化,消除接触热节,可有效地防止疏松和阳极氧化后色差缺陷的产生,使铸件的品质和合格率都有较大的提高。     

复杂化学平衡网络计算系统

研究并建立了网络化的复杂化学平衡计算系统，可以进行复杂化学反应平衡组成计算以及用于分析温度、压力对平衡组成的影响。系统不但具有多种平衡组成计算模式和三种新型通用有效的计算方法，而且具有多样化的结果显示方式，能够直接对计算结果进行评价。经过多种复杂体系的计算比较，提出了算法选用的建议。     

2D DIGITAL SIMPLIFIED FLOW VALVE

The 2D digital simplified flow valve is composed of a pilot-operated valve designed withboth rotary and linear motions of a single spool, and a stepper motor under continual control. How thestructural parameters affect the static and dynamic characteristics of the valve is first clarified and acriterion for stability is presented. Experiments are designed to test the performance of the valve. It isnecessny to establish a balance between the static and dynamic characteristics in deciding thestructural parameters. Nevertheless, it is possible to maintain the dynamic response at a fairly highlevel, while keeping the leakage of the pilot stage at an acceptable level. One of the features of thedigital valve is stage control. In stage control the nonlinearities, such as electromagnetic saturation andhysteresis, are greatly reduced. To a large extent the dynamic response of the valve is decided by theexecuting cycle of the control algorithm.     

苯基二氯化膦-三氯化磷和苯基膦酰二氯-三氯氧磷体系汽液平衡的研究

本文分别测定了苯基二氯化膦和苯基膦酰二氯的饱和蒸气压(其温度范围分别为349．26～426．06k和377．15～457.65k)。采用安托因方程拟合了蒸气压数据并与文献值作了比较。测定了两种二元系在101．325kPa下的沸点一液相组成数据,基于实测数据,采用Wilson活度系数模型关联了模型参数,相互作用参数关联为温度的线性函数,在此基础上推算了上述两个二元系在极低压力(1333Pa)的汽液平衡。     

Magnetic Properties of Ni-doped ZnO Nanocombs by CVD Approach

The search for above room temperature ferromagnetism in dilute magnetic semiconductors has been intense in recent year. Arrays of perpendicular ferromagnetic nanowire/rods have recently attracted considerable interest for their potential use in many areas of advanced nanotechnology. We report a simple low-temperature chemical vapor deposition (CVD) to create self-assembled comb-like Ni-/undoped ZnO nanostructure arrays. The phases, compositions, and physical properties of the studied samples were analyzed by different techniques, including high-resolution X-ray diffraction/photoelectron spectroscopy/transmission electron microscopy, photoluminescence, and MPMS. In particular, the Ni-doped ZnO nanocombs (NCs) with ferromagnetic and superparamagnetic properties have been observed whereas undoped ZnO NCs disappear. The corresponding ferromagnetic source mechanism is discussed, in which defects such as O vacancies would play an important role.     

Technological parameters modeling method of automotive ignition coils

To conform the design requirements of automotive ignition coils,a multi-input multi-output(MIMO) model is proposed to estimate the technological parameters,such as coils windings,wire diameters and iron core lengths.For small sample size properties,support vector regression (SVR) is utilized to establish the model of ignition coils,and it is verified to be more effective than artificial neural networks (ANN) in this paper.The experimental data are obtained from the typical samples of ignition coils which are specially manufactured and measured.Appropriate SVR parameters and kernel functions are determined to improve the accuracy of the model by experiments.Furthermore,an improved decomposing training algorithm is designed to increase the automation degree of sample choosing and global accuracy of the model.Simulation results verify the rationality and accuracy of the model,which shows that the proposed model can provide guidance for the design of ignition coils,and analyze the relationship between technological parameter with spark time,spark current and ignition energy.     

2D SIMPLIFIED SERVO VALVE

A novel pilot stage valve called simplified 2D valve, which utilizes both rotary and linear motions of a single spool, is presented. The rotary motion of the spool incorporating hydraulic resistance bridge, formed by a damper groove and a crescent overlap opening, is utilized as pilot to actuate linear motion of the spool. A criterion for stability is derived from the linear analysis of the valve. Special experiments are designed to acquire the mechanical stiffness, the pilot leakage and the step response. It is shown that the sectional size of the spiral groove affects the dynamic response and the stiffness contradictorily and is also very sensitive to the pilot leakage. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a balance between the static and dynamic characteristics in deciding the structural parameters. Nevertheless, it is possible to sustain the dynamic response at a fairly high level, while keeping the leakage of the pilot stage at an acceptable level.

通过采用国产陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮对45淬硬钢工件进行磨削试验，系统分析了磨削参数对CBN砂轮磨损的影响，获得了能够进行高速高效磨削的合理磨削参数。
