This article reports on a novel route to develop ethylene–propylene–diene rubber (EPDM)/montmorillonite nanocomposites Modification of the MMT was carried out with maleic anhydride (MA), which acts as the intercalation agent for MMT and the vulcanizing agent for EPDM matrix, as well as the compatibilizer for the EPDM and MMT phases. The effect of MA‐modified MMT in nanocomposites was investigated by focusing on three major aspects: structural analysis, thermal properties, and material properties. The d‐spacings of both the MA modified MMT and exfoliated nanocomposites were investigated by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and the morphology of these nanocomposites was examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Dynamic mechanical analysis confirms the constraint effect of exfoliated MMT layers on EPDM chains, which benefited the increased storage modulus, increased glass transition temperature. Thermogravimetric analysis indicates that there is some enhancement in degradation behavior between the nanocomposites and EPDM matrix. The nanocomposites exhibit great improvement in tensile strength and modulus, as well as elongation‐at‐break. The effects of MA addition on the formation of nano‐metric reinforcement and on the mechanical properties of nanocomposites are discussed. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Target tracking is one typical application of visual servoing technology. It is still a difficult task to track high speed target with current visual servo system. The improvement of visual servoing scheme is strongly required. A position-based visual servo parallel system is presented for tracking target with high speed. A local Frenet frame is assigned to the sampling point of spatial trajectory. Position estimation is formed by the differential features of intrinsic geometry, and orientation estimation is formed by homogenous transformation. The time spent for searching and processing can be greatly reduced by shifting the window according to features location prediction. The simulation results have demonstrated the ability of the system to track spatial moving object.  相似文献

In iron and steel industry, byproduct gases are important energy. Therefore it is significant to optimize byproduct gas distribution to achieve total cost reduction. In this paper, a dynamic mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model for multi-period optimization of byproduct gases is used to optimize byproduct gas distribution. Compared with the previous optimization model, the proposed model simultaneously optimizes the distribution of byproduct gases in byproduct gas system, cogeneration system and iron- and steel-making system. Case study shows that the proposed model finds the optimal solution in terms of total cost reduction.  相似文献

Coordination self‐assemblies have attracted more and more attentions from chemists because of their beautiful structures and wide applications, and a number of excellent reviews that focus on either synthesis or application have been published. This paper will hightlight how to controllablly construct supramolecular assemblies based on flexibility of ligands driven by different external stimuli. Herein, not only various discrete metal‐organic aggregates including M2L2 type metallocycles, M2L4/M2L6/M3L2/M6L4/M6L8 type metallocages have been prepared, but also many well‐organized ensembles based on such new‐formed discrete aggretates have been further assembled driven by suitable external stimuli. Also, controllable self‐assembly processes accompanied with structure changes have been developed. It is expected that this paper will provide a potential strategy for developing novel coordination assemblies that can be comparable to biomacromolecules from organism.  相似文献

The problem of scattering of SH-wave by a circular cavity and an arbitrary beeline crack in right-angle plane was investigated using the methods of Green’s function,complex variables and muti-polar coordinates.Firstly,we constructed a suitable Green’s function,which is an essential solution to the displacement field for the elastic right-angle plane possessing a circular cavity while bearing out-of-plane harmonic line source load at arbitrary point.Secondly,based on the method of crack-division,integration for solution was established,then expressions of displacement and stress were obtained while crack and circular cavities were both in existence.Finally,the dynamic stress concentration factor around the circular cavity and the dynamic stress intensity factor at crack tip were discussed to the cases of different parameters in numerical examples.Calculation results show that the crack produces adverse engineering influence on both of the dynamic stress concentration factor and the dynamic stress intensity factor.  相似文献

In this paper, a turbo iterative receiver structure with chip equalization is proposed for the 3G high-speed downlink packet access (HSDPA) systems. The receiver equalizes the channel prior to the dispreading and then performs two successive soft-output decisions, achieved by a soft-input soft-output (SISO) multi-code de- tector and a SISO turbo decoder through an iterative process. At each iteration, extrinsic information is extracted from detection and decoding stages and is then used as a priori information in the next iteration, just as in turbo decoding. Com- puter simulations show that the turbo iterative receiver structure with chip equali- zation offers significant performance gain over the traditional receiver structure.  相似文献
