Authenticity green coffee bean species and geographical origin using near-infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics

To prevent the adulteration of agricultural resources and provide a solution to enhance the green coffee bean supply chain, authentication using the near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technique was investigated. Partial least square with discrimination analysis (PLS-DA) models combined with various preprocessing methods were built from NIR spectra of 153 Vietnamese green coffee samples. The model combined with the standard normal variate and the first order of derivative yielded excellent performance in predicting coffee species with the error cross-validation of 0.0261. PLS-DA model of mean centre and first-order derivative spectra also yielded good performance in verifying geographical indication of green coffee with the error of 0.0656. By contrast, the predicting abilities of post-harvest methods were poor. The overall results showed a high potential of the NIRS in online authentication practices.     

秋冬季节抗性基因在AAO反应器生物段的去除和水平转移过程

厌氧-缺氧-好氧(anaerobic-anoxic-oxic,AAO)反应器的活性污泥中具有高密度的微生物,抗性基因(antibiotic resis tance genes,ARGs)汇入后可能发生水平转移并向水体释放.因此,文中考察了不同进水流量下AAO反应器在秋季和冬季对ARGs的去除效果及ARGs水平转移过程.监测结果显示,秋季进水ARGs浓度低于冬季,相应的高流量组(high-flow reactor,HFR)和低流量组(low-flow reactor,LFR)出水中sul1、tetX、e rmB、intI1和16S rDNA浓度也低于冬季.秋季LFR出水ARGs浓度高于HFR,冬季两者近似.这反映了季节和进水流量会影响AAO反应器对ARGs的去除.两组反应器在秋季和冬季对不同种类的ARGs对数去除率在0.72～1.85 log.值得注意的是,虽然秋冬季节两组反应器的出水ARGs浓度均低于进水,但是LFR出水中sul1、tetX和blaTEM的相对丰度却高于进水,推测部分ARGs可能发生了向无抗性菌株水平转移的过程.因此,从控制ARGs排放的角度,需对AAO反应器出水进行消毒等处理,以进一步降低ARGs浓度与其相对丰度.     

High-efficiency Silicon Solar Cells: A Review

Over the past few decades, crystalline silicon solar cells have been extensively studied due to their high efficiency, high reliability, and low cost. In addition, these types of cells lead the industry and account for more than half of the market. For the foreseeable future, Si will still be a critical material for photovoltaic devices in the solar cell industry. In this paper, we discuss key issues, cell concepts, and the status of recent high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells.     

催化精馏合成N-异丙基苯胺

在Joback基团贡献法估算反应的G ibbs函数的基础上,得到了异丙醇与苯胺合成N-异丙基苯胺的平衡常数与反应温度的关系式。研究了回流比、异丙醇与苯胺的摩尔比、塔釜操作温度、苯胺进料口位置距塔顶的距离对异丙醇与苯胺催化精馏合成N-异丙基苯胺的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件:回流比2.5~3.5、异丙醇与苯胺的摩尔比1.5、塔釜操作温度223℃、苯胺进料口位置距塔顶300~400mm。在优化条件下,苯胺的转化率可达到99%,N-异丙基苯胺的选择性可达到99.5%,N-异丙基苯胺的质量分数可稳定在98.8%以上。     

晶须取向对SiCw/6061Al复合材料热压缩变形行为的影响

采用SEM 和 Magiscan-2A 图像分析系统研究了晶须取向对SiCw/6061Al复合材料在300℃压缩变形行为的影响.结果表明:晶须取向影响着晶须折断程度和转动角度; 随着晶须取向角的增加,晶须转动和折断行为所导致的软化效果下降.同时晶须取向也影响复合材料的热压缩应力-应变曲线的形状.在热压缩变形过程中,晶须取向角为0°和30°的复合材料表现出明显应变软化现象, 晶须取向角为45°的复合材料无明显软化现象.晶须取向角为90℃的复合材料表现出应变硬化现象.
