本文介绍了一种实用的数据库设计方法，它以实体分析法为理论基础，通过对我们日常使用的表进行聚集和归类，完成数据库的逻辑设计，所设计的数据库满足ＢＮＯＦ范式。同时该方法可操作性较强，本文还介绍了自行设计的ＥＲＣＭ数据库辅助设计工具。     

Transcytosis of alpha1-acidic glycoprotein in the continuous microvascular endothelium

By using perfusions and bolus administration, coupled with postembedding immunocytochemical procedures, we have identified the structures involved in the transport of derivatized orosomucoid (alpha1-acidic glycoprotein) across the continuous microvascular endothelium of the murine myocardium. Our findings indicate that: (i) monomeric orosomucoid binds to the luminal surface of the endothelium; (ii) it is restricted to caveolae during its transport across the endothelium; (iii) it is detected in the perivascular spaces at early time points (by 1 min) and in larger quantities at later time points (>5 min) from the beginning of its perfusion or its intravascular administration; (iv) no orosomucoid molecules are found in the intercellular junctions or at the abluminal exits of interendothelial spaces; and (v) the vesicular transport of orosomucoid is strongly inhibited by N-ethylmaleimide (>80%). Because, by size and shape, the orosomucoid qualifies as a preferential probe for the postulated small pore system, our results are discussed in relation to the pore theory of capillary permeability.

Effect of fretting amplitudes on fretting wear behavior of steel wires in coal mines

Given that fretting wear causes failure in steel wires, we carried out tangential fretting wear tests of steel wires on a self-made fretting wear test rig under contact loads of 9 and 29 N and fretting amplitudes ranging from 5 to 180 μm. We observed morphologies of fretted steel wire surfaces on an S-3000N scanning electron microscope in order to analyze fretting wear mecha-nisms. The results show that the fretting regime of steel wires transforms from partial slip regime into mixed fretting regime and gross slip regime with an increase in fretting amplitudes under a given contact load. In partial slip regime, the friction coefficient has a relatively low value. Four stages can be defined in mixed fretting and gross slip regimes. The fretting wear of steel wires in-creases obviously with increases in fretting amplitudes. Fretting scars present a typical morphology of annularity, showing slight damage in partial slip regime. However, wear clearly increases in mixed fretting regime where wear mechanism is a combination of plastic deformation, abrasive wear and oxidative wear. In gross slip regime, more severe degradation is present than in the other regimes. The main fretting wear mechanisms of steel wires are abrasive wear, surface fatigue and friction oxidation.     

HP nonlinear guidance law design based on smooth sliding mode control

To eliminate the perturbation of interceptor detection induced by aerodynamic heating,the head pursuit (HP) guidance law for three-dimensional interception was presented. The guidance law positioned the interceptor ahead of the target on its flight trajectory,and the speed of interceptor was required to be lower than that of the target. On the basis of a novel head pursuit three-dimensional guidance model,a nonlinear guidance law was developed based on smooth sliding mode control theory. At the same time,a special observer was designed to estimate the target acceleration,and a numerical example on maneuvering ballistic target interception verified the effectiveness of the presented guidance law.     

Synchronization and channel estimation for MIMO OFDM wireless LAN systems

A new preamble structure is designed for wireless LAN based on MIMO OFDM systems, which can be used for both synchronization and channel estimation. Modulatable orthogonal polyphase sequence is utilized in training symbol design regarding its correlation properties. The time synchronization and channel estimation are achieved by measuring the correlation between the received training sequence and the locally generated training sequence. Repeated training symbols are used to get carrier frequency offset (CFO) estimation. It is shown from the analysis that the accuracy of frequency synchronization is close to the Cramér-Rao lower bound. The training sequences are optimal for channel estimation based on the minimum mean square error (MMSE).

火电厂预应力框架拟静力试验与推覆分析

火电厂作为重点抗震设防建筑,理应具有较强的抗震性能,而现行＂两阶段＂结构设计方法无法提供结构在地震作用下的整体反应。本文采用静力弹塑性分析方法,利用SAP软件,结合我国现行抗震设计规范,分析了火电厂预应力框架在地震作用下的结构反映特性,并通过与拟静力试验结果的对比,提出设计建议。分析表明该结构具有明显的薄弱环节,在设计中应予以重视。     

五氯酚在厌氧生物体系中的降解及反馈作用

为探讨厌氧系统降解五氯酚(PCP)能力及PCP对厌氧系统的毒性影响,采用UASB反应器进行了PCP模拟污水连续流试验,考察了不同PCP浓度及负荷条件下系统对PCP和COD的降解去除规律,揭示了PCP对系统产酸相和产甲烷相影响状况.结果表明,在进水PCP含量从无到开始加入、PCP浓度提高以及PCP负荷提高3个冲击变化阶段,厌氧系统对PCP和COD的去除率均表现出先迅速降低后缓慢升高的变化趋势,运行稳定后PCP和COD的去除率分别达91.2%和83.5%以上.PCP对厌氧系统中微生物种群产生影响,使系统产酸菌由丁酸型菌群为主逐渐演替为丙酸型菌群为主,PCP对系统产甲烷菌活性产生明显抑制,甲烷产量由PCP加入前的12.1L/d降低至加入后的2.5L/d.

针对我国当前网络政治参与中存在着非法参与行为多、政务信息不公开致使公众政治参与缺乏信息基础、政府对公众网络政治参与的行为与观点缺乏回应等问题,本文提出了采取完善政治参与和网络政治参与的法治化机制,建立健全网络参政相关法规,保障公民网络参政议政权益,规范和打击非法政治参与行为;修改政府信息公开的法律法规,加大政府信息公开力度与规范网络监督机制;建立政府对公民网络政治参与的回应制度,以解决公民网络政治参与的相关问题,推动法治文明.
