To improve the performance of wheat and barley straws as feedstocks for ethanol biorefining, the genetic modifications of down regulating Cinnamoyl-CoA reductase and low phytic acid mutation have been introduced into wheat and barley respectively. In this study, total 252 straw samples with different genetic background and location were collected from the field experiment based on a randomized complete block design. The fiber analysis (neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, and acid detergent lignin) indicated that there were no significant differences between modified and wild type straw lines in terms of straw compositions. However, the difference did exist among straw lines on fiber utilization. 16 straw samples were further selected to conduct diluted acid pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation. The data indicated that the phytic acid mutant and transgenic straws have changed the fiber structure, which significantly influences their hydrolysibility. These results may lead to a possible solution of mutant or genetic modified plant species that is capable to increase the hydrolysibility of biomass without changing their compositions and sacrificing their agronomy performance. 相似文献

摘 要:本文以Pd79Cu4Au2Si10P5块体非晶合金为研究对象,采用电化学极化曲线和电化学阻抗测试方法研究了剪切带自修复对其在3 wt.% NaCl溶液和1 mol/L HCl溶液中耐蚀性能的影响。通过研究极化曲线中的自腐蚀电位和自腐蚀电流密度得知,修复后样品耐腐蚀性能优于修复前样品,但仍低于原始样品(即未变形样品)。电化学阻抗研究结果显示,在开路电位下阻抗图均有单一容抗弧构成,修复后样品的电化学转移电阻Rt小于原始样品的、但大于修复前样品的,这进一步表明修复提高了材料的耐腐蚀性能,但仍未达到原始样品的耐蚀性。扫描电镜研究发现,合金表面发生明显的点蚀,其中原始样品的点蚀坑密度最少,修复后样品的次之,修复前样品的最多。 相似文献

北汝河和石河之间以及石河右岸地势较低,北汝河和石河洪水漫溢出槽;南水北调中线工程总干渠及各河道建筑物修建后缩窄了行洪断面,对河道的行洪产生一定影响,上游水位壅高、淹没时间延长,上游耕地和村庄淹没水深有所增大。结合北汝河串流片特点对淹没影响进行处理,选定了征迁安置、河道防护、河道治理、河道防护与河道治理结合4个处理方案进行研究比选,按照技术可行、经济最优并最大限度的保障受淹没影响村民安居乐业的标准,选定方案三即河道治理方案为最优方案。 相似文献

Excellent adhesion to low surface energy materials without surface pretreatment was obtained by acrylates polymerization initiated by trialkylborane at room temperature. The adhesion mechanism was elucidated by electron spin resonance (ESR) and gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS) analysis based on model compound and chain transferring agent technologies. On the other hand, polypropylene (as one kind of low energy surface materials) was treated with trialkylborane and its effects were also studied by attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR-ATR) and Raman spectroscopy, static contact angle measurements. The result provided further supports the elucidated mechanism.The results showed the adhesion resulted from the monomer’s graft on the surface of low surface energy materials. The graft resulted from the hydrogen abstraction reaction of materials (not less than three hydrogen sites) by alkoxyl and other radicals. These radicals came from oxidation of trialkylborane through the cleavage of O−O bond of R2BOOR. The adhesion was caused neither by the materials’ surface energy improvement nor by the copolymerization of polymerizable monomers and unsaturated groups on the surface of materials. 相似文献
