多孔钯的制备及其结构与性能 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
研究了以钯粉和碳酸钠为原料制备多孔钯的烧结-溶解新工艺,用FESEM分析了多孔钯的微观结构形貌,并进一步研究了制备的多孔钯的力学性能和氢同位素的交排换代性能。结果表明,烧结-溶解工艺能稳定地制备出孔隙率为85.29%-87.82%的多孔钯,其压缩强度大于2MPa。室温下孔隙率为87.30%的多孔钯对氘的单位质量吸收量为0.0767L/g,氢同位素排代交换率为86.2%。 相似文献

A multiplex degenerate PCR analytical approach targeting to eight genes for screening GMOs 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Currently, the detection methods with lower cost and higher throughput are the major trend in screening genetically modified (GM) food or feed before specific identification. In this study, we developed a quadruplex degenerate PCR screening approach for more than 90 approved GMO events. This assay is consisted of four PCR systems targeting on nine DNA sequences from eight trait genes widely introduced into GMOs, such as CP4-EPSPS derived from Acetobacterium tumefaciens sp. strain CP4, phosphinothricin acetyltransferase gene derived from Streptomyceshygroscopicus (bar) and Streptomyces viridochromogenes (pat), and Cry1Ab, Cry1Ac, Cry1A(b/c), mCry3A, and Cry3Bb1 derived from Bacillus thuringiensis. The quadruplex degenerate PCR assay offers high specificity and sensitivity with the absolute limit of detection (LOD) of approximate 80 target copies. Furthermore, the applicability of the quadruplex PCR assay was confirmed by screening either several artificially prepared samples or samples of Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) proficiency program. 相似文献

The effects of temperature and pressure on the Maillard reaction between ?-polylysine and dextran in subcritical water were investigated. Browning index was determined at 420 nm, and degree of graft was estimated by O-phthaldialdehyde (OPA) method. The formation of conjugates by Maillard reaction was testified by UV–vis spectrum and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The emulsifying activity of the conjugates was greatly improved with the rise of temperature. The antimicrobial activity of the conjugates formed below 110 °C remained the same as ?-polylysine, and then decreased obviously when the reaction temperature was above 120 °C. The reaction pressure (0–10 MPa) had no effect on the emulsifying and antimicrobial activities, but higher pressure could effectively inhibit the formation of browning compounds. 相似文献

采用L9(34)混合正交体系,系统地研究复合络合剂-乙二胺、乙二胺四乙酸二钠和丙烯酸在不同工艺参数和不同添加配比情况下对化学镀钯质量的影响,以镀层的光亮度,镀液的稳定性和沉积速度为评价指标,筛选出最佳的化学镀钯添加剂为:乙二胺0.2mol/L,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01mol/L,丙烯酸0.3mol/L,pH值8。研究结果表明,优化后的化学镀钯镀液稳定性高、沉积速度快、钯膜与基体镍镀层结合力强、钯镀层光亮性好。 相似文献

The introduction of precision optical elements to X-ray microscopes necessitates fine realignment to achieve optimal high-resolution imaging. In this paper, we demonstrate a numerical method for simulating image formation that facilitates alignment of the source, condenser, objective lens, and CCD camera. This algorithm, based on ray-tracing and Rayleigh-Sommerfeld diffraction theory, is applied to simulate the X-ray microscope beamline U7A of National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (NSRL). The simulations and imaging experiments show that the algorithm is useful for guiding experimental adjustments. Our alignment simulation method is an essential tool for the transmission X-ray microscope (TXM) with optical elements and may also be useful for the alignment of optical components in other modes of microscopy. 相似文献
