The study of the variation of the curvature of non-symmetric composite laminates with temperature provides a measure of the magnitude of the thermal stresses and the mechanical behavior of the material with temperature. In the present work, an experimental method based on the pioneer use of a digital camera and image processing method is proposed to perform such measurements. Taking advantage of the method and by comparing experimental and CLT, extended-CLT and FEM simulation results, an evaluation of the residual stresses is described and an approach providing more precise determination of the residual thermal stresses in non-symmetric laminates is proposed. 相似文献

The IEEE 802.3az standard provides a new low power mode that Ethernet network interfaces can use to save energy when there is no traffic to transmit. Simultaneously with the final standard approval, several algorithms were proposed to govern the physical interface state transition between the normal active mode and the new low power mode. In fact, the standard leaves this sleeping algorithm unspecified to spur competition among different vendors and achieve the greatest energy savings. In this paper, we try to bring some light to the most well known sleeping algorithms, providing mathematical models for the expected energy savings and the average packet delay inflicted on outgoing traffic. 本研究选用感光度高、引发速率快的自由基型2-异丙基硫杂葸酮(ITX)作为紫外光固化引发剂,合成了可深层固化的自由基光固化树脂体系。研究了引发剂浓度对不同体系固化后的线收缩率、光固化度和体系固化后显微硬度等性能的影响。利用SEM和FTIR表征了聚合体系的固化结构和固化度;结果表明:树脂体系光固化涂膜交联密度高,层间接合均匀;光引发剂浓度为3.5%时,体系的固化度最好,双键转化率约为61.96%-66.35%;光引发剂浓度在3%-3.5%范围内,涂膜硬度达到最佳值;实验合成的树脂体系的线收缩率为2.4%。 相似文献

As a comprehensive integration of many new-generation information technologies, the metaverse has become a research hotspot that has attracted much attention. As a part of the metaverse, the industrial metaverse is expected to break through the constraints of space and time and promote high-quality industrial development. The industrial metaverse is human-centric, so its quality of experience (QoE) is a key topic. As one of the enabling technologies of the industrial metaverse, Mixed Reality (MR) can seamlessly integrate virtual information with the physical world and is widely regarded as an important window to the industrial metaverse. In close integration with other enabling technologies, industrial MR applications can be seen as a path toward the realization of the industrial metaverse; thus, the optimization of industrial MR applications can effectively achieve the QoE enhancement of the industrial metaverse. Based on the analysis of existing research and the characteristics of industrial scenarios, consistency, authenticity, smoothness, and comfort are identified as the factors that influence the user experience (UX) of industrial MR applications. Specific optimization methods for industrial MR applications are proposed to improve the UX with regard to these four factors. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods, a QoE evaluation model of the industrial metaverse based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is established. Moreover, an industrial metaverse prototype for longwall mining that incorporates the proposed methods is developed and its QoE is evaluated. The results show that the proposed optimization methods for industrial MR applications significantly enhance the QoE in the industrial metaverse, and can provide better services for users in industrial systems, thus better serving these systems. 相似文献

In this paper, the contact effects at the electrode/sample interfaces on the dielectric properties of the CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) ceramic were studied. The experimental results provide clear evidence that the colossal dielectric constant in CCTO is related to the ceramic itself; however, it may also partly originated from the electrode/sample contact effects which depends on the surface resistivity of the sample. When the surface resistivity of the ceramic is as high as 1.2 × 108 Ω cm, no obvious mobile space charges can be observed, and the dielectric properties of the sample is inert to the different metal electrodes and various sample thicknesses, indicating the colossal dielectric constant (near 2000 at 10 kHz) at room temperature is due to the true properties of the ceramic itself. However, after the surface resistivity is lowered to 3.1 × 107 Ω cm through post-annealing the sample in N2 atmosphere at 750 °C, obvious mobile space charges can be observed, and the dielectric properties of the sample become sensitive to the different types of contacts. The dielectric constant of the sample with Pt electrode shows a significant enhancement (up to 5000 at 10 kHz), comparing with that of the sample with Ag electrode. Clearly, in this case, the extrinsic contact contributes partly to the colossal dielectric constant of CCTO ceramic. 相似文献

A boundary element method (BEM) is presented for analyzing the dispersion relation of guided waves in a bar with an arbitrary cross-section. A boundary integral equation for a harmonic motion in time and space is derived with respect to the boundary of the cross-section of the bar. By means of a collocation method, a homogeneous matrix equation which depends on the frequency and the wave number of the guided wave is obtained. The dispersion relation of guided waves is then obtained by finding nontrivial solutions of the matrix equation. The Newton's method is used to find the solution of the dispersion relation mode by mode for both propagating waves and nonpropagating waves. Numerical results are shown for a square bar, rectangular bars, and an L-shaped bar. Dispersive properties of guided waves in the bars are discussed in comparison with the results for Lamb modes in a 2D plate. 相似文献

Information about the composition and structure of the first few thousand angstroms of compound materials with good mass discrimination can be obtained by performing random or channel incidence PIXE experiments. A proper choice of exciting projectile mass and energy, detected photon energy (characteristic X-ray group) and geometry (for both excitation and detection) must be considered for each constituent of the compound to be studied. When PIXE experiments are combined with channeling, information about displacement of crystal components of implants from lattice sites can be obtained.
