Corncob liquefaction in supercritical ethanol–water was performed with and without the addition of an alkali catalyst by direct addition or biomass impregnation in a 250-cm3 batch reactor. The effects of temperature, solvent and alkali addition on the biomass conversion level and oil yield were investigated to find the optimum condition. For non-catalytic liquefaction using a 1:1 (v/v) ethanol: water ratio, a maximum oil yield and conversion level of 49.0% and 93.4%, respectively, were obtained at 340 °C. For alkali catalytic liquefaction, the oil yield with KOH addition (57.5%) was higher than that from KOH-impregnated corncob liquefaction (43.3%). The oil from liquefaction with KOH addition had higher heating value (26.7–35.3 MJ kg−1) than the corncob (19.1 MJ kg−1). The dominant components of the obtained oil were found by GC/MS analysis to be aldehyde, ester, phenol derivatives and aromatic compounds. 相似文献

为提高雷达旋翼无人机的识别效果,本文提出一种基于多域特征融合的旋翼无人机分类方法。首先利用K波段连续波(Continuous Wave,CW)雷达观测多旋翼无人机,对采集到的雷达回波信号进行信号处理依次得到时频图、节奏速度图(Cadence?Velocity Diagram, CVD)和节奏频谱图(Cadence Frequency Spectrum,CFS),然后将时频图和CVD图分别输入SqueezeNet网络,CFS数据输入一维卷积神经网络(1?D?CNN)提取回波信号在时频域、节奏速度域和节奏频率域的特征,最后将特征融合输入支持向量机(Support Vector Machine, SVM)进行分类。实测雷达数据处理的结果表明基于多域特征融合的旋翼无人机分类识别方法对三类旋翼无人机的分类准确率达到99.14%。 相似文献

Robotic abrasive belt grinding has been successfully applied to the grinding and polishing of aerospace parts. However, due to the flexible characteristics of robotic abrasive belt grinding and the time-varying characteristics of the polishing contact force, as well as the plastic and difficult-to-machine material properties of Inconel 718 alloy, it is very difficult to control the actual removal depth and force of the polished surface, which brings great challenges to robot automatic polishing. Therefore, the relationship between the grinding force and the grinding depth in the robotic abrasive belt grinding is analyzed in detail, the robot machining pose error model considering the deformation of the grinding head is established, and the Inconel 718 alloy machining experiment of the robotic abrasive belt grinding is designed. The mapping relationship between the grinding force and the grinding depth is obtained, and the grinding force ratio in the downgrinding and upgrinding mode is discussed. The experimental and theoretical comparisons results show that with the increase of the grinding depress depth, both the grinding depth and the grinding force show an irregular increasing trend, and the increasing trend of the grinding force (increases by about 344.44%–445.45%) is obviously greater than that of the grinding depth (increases by about 52.94%). When the grinding depress depth is large (greater than 3 mm), the feed direction force and the normal force appear obvious secondary pressure peaks at the beginning and end of grinding, which has not been seen in previous studies. In addition, regardless of whether it is downgrinding or upgrinding, the grinding force ratio decreases with the increase of the depress depth, and the grinding force ratio of downgrinding (average 0.668) is smaller than that of upgrinding (average 0.724). This study provides a reference for robotic abrasive belt grinding, and the surface quality of Inconel 718 alloy of robotic abrasive belt grinding can be further improved through the optimization of force and depth. 相似文献

在体育赛场等用户大规模聚集或者突发灾难的情况下,地面基站经常面临过载甚至瘫痪的问题。此时,多无人机(UAV)辅助网络系统可以很好地为地面基站提供信号补偿,有效地增强局部地区的通信质量。然而,无人机的机动性和网络流动引起的拓扑结构变化,会导致频繁的间歇性连接甚至出现传输故障。因此,UAV基站的有效部署以及网络性能的优化成为亟待解决的问题。该文提出一种基于甲虫搜索的改进粒子群UAV辅助网络部署优化算法—智能高效算法(IEA),利用甲虫搜索算法(BAS)的个体寻优优势,对粒子群算法(PSO)进行改进,并首次采用双门限约束保证用户通信质量,使得多UAV系统下的网络性能得到了改善。仿真结果表明,相对于传统算法,该文提出的IEA算法在系统吞吐量、用户平均吞吐量以及频谱效率等方面都获得了较大提升。 相似文献

针对越野车辆减振阻尼阀散热及控制响应滞后的问题,设计了利用外置电液比例溢流阀调节阻尼特性的新型油气悬架。基于AMEsim软件建立油气悬架仿真模型,并利用外特性试验验证AMEsim仿真模型的正确性,在此基础上分析相关参数对悬架刚度和阻尼特性的影响。将所建油气悬架模型应用于车辆振动的半主动模糊控制仿真研究中,随机路面激励下的仿真分析结果表明,车辆行驶平顺性各项指标得到提升,模糊控制效果明显,验证了通过调节溢流阀电流来提高油气悬架性能的可行性。 相似文献

In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in seeking the potential applications of recycled mixed plastic wastes in building and construction sectors to relieve the pressure on landfills. This paper presents the recent developments and applications of composite materials made from recycled mixed plastics and glass fibre. Some of the first uses for such composites are as an alternative to non-load bearing applications like park benches and picnic tables. With its inherent resistance to rot and insect attack, these composites can in fact be used as a replacement for chemically treated woods in various larger-scale outdoor applications such as railroad crossties and bridges. However, the properties of the structural components made from recycled mixed plastics are not well understood. Information on the behaviour of such composites under applied loading and at different environmental conditions such as elevated temperature and ultraviolet rays are crucial for the utilisation of recycled mixed plastic materials in construction. This paper presents an overview of the mechanical properties and durability of recycled mixed plastic waste composites. The master–slave scheduling model is a new model recently introduced by Sahni. It has many important applications in parallel computer scheduling and industrial settings such as semiconductor testing, machine scheduling, etc. In this model each job is associated with a preprocessing task, a slave task and a postprocessing task that must be executed in this order. While the preprocessing and postprocessing tasks are scheduled on the master machine, the slave tasks are scheduled on the slave machines. In this paper, we consider scheduling problems on single-master master–slave systems. We first strengthen some previously known complexity results for makespan problems, by showing them to be strongly NP-hard. We then show that the problem of minimizing the mean flowtime is strongly NP-hard even under severe constraints. Finally, we propose some heuristics for the mean flowtime and makespan problems subject to some constraints, and we analyze the worst-case performance of these heuristics. 相似文献
