为实现绿色切削,研究了无污染、无危害的冷却润滑技术.采用氮气、氧气、二氧化碳气、氩气及过热水蒸气作冷却润滑剂,进行了单因素切削试验.试验结果表明,这些气体冷却润滑剂可以减小切削变形、切削力,降低切削温度,改善加工表面形貌.根据试验结果和冷却润滑作用机理分析可知,气体在切削中具有一定的冷却润滑作用,同时具有来源广泛、无毒害和污染、不用回收处理等绿色特点,故气体具备绿色切削的潜力.  相似文献

The unidirectional wavelength filtering characters of the two-dimensional triangular-lattice photonic crystal structures consisting of two waveguides and an elliptic defect are theoretically studied by the finite-difference time-domain method. Through designing the coupling regions between the elliptical defect and the adjacent waveguides, the unidirectional wavelength filtering is achieved owing to the modes’ match and mismatch between the elliptical defect and waveguides, which converts the incident fundamental even-symmetric modes to the higher order odd modes. Based on the abundant defective modes with different symmetries supported by the elliptical defect, this kind of wavelength filters can allow the unidirectional light propagation with inverse forward directions, and the bidirectional propagation through the same structure at different wavelengths.  相似文献

In order to improve the carrying capacity and reduce the temperature rise in high speed and precise spindle systems, a combined surface radial sleeve bearing using the interfacial slip technique was discussed. An extended Reynolds equation was derived based on the modified slip length model considering the limiting shear stress. By means of the finite differential methods, the characteristic analysis and optimization of the slip region of the combined surface sleeve bearing were carried out, and it has been proved that there is still a considerable large load support in a parallel sliding gap. Comparing with the general journal bearing, the load capacity and end leakage rate of the combined surface sleeve bearing can be increased greatly and the load capacity can be increased by 1.75 times. The attitude angle, friction drag, temperature rise of the combined bearing can be decreased distinctly and the temperature rise can be decreased by 92.4%.  相似文献

Adopting glass fluxing combined with superheating cycling method, the undercooling and its stability of Fe83Ga17 alloy melts were investigated using different kinds of denucleating glass: B2O3, 90% NaSiCa + 10% B2O3 (simplified as Na–Si–Ca–Al–B) and 70% Na–Si–Ca–Al–B + 30% Na2B7O4. The results showed that different glass has different denucleating mechanism. The purification of B2O3 glass is only a physical process, by which the stable bulk undercooling cannot be obtained during superheating–cooling cycles. While taking Na–Si–Ca–Al–B glass as purifying agent, its denucleating mechanism is a comprehensively physicochemical process. But the stability of undercooling is still undesirable because of the separation between melt and glass during cooling process in superheating cycling. A stable bulk undercooling can be obtained by physicochemical denucleating process in the case of 70% Na–Si–Ca–Al–B + 30% Na2B7O4 molten glass owing to its suitable viscosity.  相似文献

为了实时控制激光切割中激光焦点与辅助气体中轴线的相对位置,提出了一种模糊PID控制的电磁作动永磁复位式3自由度电磁作动器。介绍了电磁作动器结构,建立了相应系统数学模型。采用模糊PID控制算法以仿真与实验相结合的方式研究了电磁作动器的控制特性,并在PID控制器参数完全相同情况下,与传统PID控制算法的控制特性进行对比分析。仿真与实验结果表明:在x轴方向,与传统PID控制算法位置响应时间相比,仿真位置响应时间变化不大,实验位置响应时间减少1.50 s;在y轴方向,与传统PID控制算法位置响应时间相比,仿真位置响应时间减少0.48 s,实验位置响应时间减少1.88 s. 经过对模糊PID控制器参数的进一步优化,作动平台在x轴方向响应时间可达0.10 s. 与传统PID控制器相比,模糊PID控制器响应时间更短、响应速度更快。  相似文献

The doping of the second metal Mo is expected to further enhance the carbon deposition resistance of Ni-based catalysts for syngas production via dry reforming of methane (DRM). In this study, the hydroxyapatite (HAP) was used as the support and a small Mo dosage was doped in the Ni-based catalysts to investigate the effect of intrinsic hydroxyl and Mo doping on the catalytic activity and carbon deposition resistance in DRM reaction. The catalyst characterization results show that both Ni and Mo are doped into the HAP structure with relatively uniform dispersion. The basic site strength of Ni4Mo0.2-HAP catalyst containing Mo is significantly higher than that of without Mo. The Mo dopant significantly improves the initial catalytic activity, but has minimal effect on the stability enhancement. Whether the catalyst is pre-reduced or not is crucial to the initial activity of the DRM reaction, the non-pre-reduced catalysts will go through a “self-activation” stage at the beginning of the reaction, where the “hydroxyl group” are proved to play as an “oxygen supply” for the partial oxidation of CH4 or the oxidation of the carbon deposition in the initial stage. Only trace amount of carbon deposition is found after 100 h of DRM reaction on Ni3Mo0.2-HAP catalyst. The NiMo-HAP catalysts exhibit excellent initial activity and resistance to carbon deposition due to the synergistic effect of Ni–Mo alloy and hydroxyl groups in the hydroxyapatite support.  相似文献

As one of the most promising sustainable energy technologies available today, proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) engines are becoming more and more popular in various applications, especially in transportation vehicles. However, the complexity and the severity of the vehicle operating conditions present challenges to control the temperature distribution in single cells and stack, which is an important factor influencing the performance and durability of PEMFC engines. It has been found that regulating the input and output coolant water temperature can improve the temperature distribution. Therefore, the control objective in this paper is regulating the input and output temperature of coolant water at the same time. Firstly, a coupled model of the thermal management system is established based on the physical structure of PEMFC engines. Then, in order to realize the simultaneous control of the inlet and outlet cooling water temperature of the PEMFC stack, a decoupling controller is proposed and its closed-loop stability is proved. Finally, based on the actual PEMFC engine platform, the effectiveness, accuracy and reliability of the proposed decoupling controller are tested. The experimental results show that with the proposed decoupling controller, the inlet and outlet temperatures of the PEMFC stack cooling water can be accurately controlled on-line. The temperature error range is less than 0.2 °C even under the dynamic current load conditions.  相似文献

Precipitation behavior of grain boundary carbides and its influence on mechanical properties and fracture mechanism of the high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel produced by different processing methods were studied. The simulation software Thermo-calc was applied to analyze the effects of element content on precipitation of carbides. The results show that hot-rolled plate has higher strength, but solution-treated one followed by water quenching has excellent combination of strength and ductility (toughness). M23C6 is the main precipitate and deteriorates the toughness of the steel obviously when it precipitates along grain boundaries. In this case, intergranular fracture is the predominant failure mechanism and the fracture surface is characterized by the shape of rock candy. The toughness at −40 °C is decreased by 53% when small amount of carbides precipitates during sand cooling process after solution treatment. The simulation results exhibit that with the decrease of C content, both the precipitation quantity and precipitation temperature of M23C6 decrease. Cr and N have no influence on precipitation quantity of M23C6, but the precipitation temperature will increase with the increase of Cr and the decrease of N.  相似文献

The fatigue crack growth behaviour in as-cast and hot isostatically pressed (HIP) model cast aluminium piston alloys with hypoeutectic Si compositions of 6.9 wt% and 0.67 wt% has been investigated. The HIP alloys showed slightly improved fatigue crack growth resistance. Analysis of the crack path profiles and fracture surfaces showed that the crack tends to avoid Si and intermetallic particles at low ΔK levels up to a mid-ΔK of ∼7 MPa√m. However, some particles do fail ahead of the crack tip to facilitate crack advance due to the interconnected microstructure of these alloys. At higher levels of ΔK, the crack increasingly seeks out Si and intermetallic particles up to a ΔK of ∼9 MPa√m after which the crack preferentially propagates through intermetallic particles in the 0.67 wt%Si alloy or Si and intermetallics in the 6.9 wt%Si alloys. It was also observed that crack interaction with intermetallics caused crack deflections that led to roughness-induced crack closure and possibly oxide-induced crack closure at low to mid-ΔK. However, crack closure appears unimportant at high ΔK due to the large crack openings and evidenced by the fast crack growth rates observed.  相似文献

Metal magnetic memory (MMM) technique can evaluate early damages of ferromagnets and search possible defect locations, while just classifies the defect types roughly. To promote study in this area, the magnetic gradient tensor (MGT) of the self-magnetic leakage field (SMLF) on the fracture zone of crack and stress concentration was measured using a tri-axis magnetometer. From measured results, both the plane and the vertical characteristics of SMLF distributions were discussed. To remove the influence of the measuring direction on experimental results, a new parameter of the analytical signal of magnetic gradient tensor (AMGT) was introduced to determine the location and boundary of the defect. Then, the vertical features were acquired by measuring the plane distributions of AMGT under different lift offs. Through analyzing the vertical features, it was concluded that change rule of the maximum AMGT can be used to predict the defect type. At last, the explanation of the relationship between the vertical feature and the defect type was discussed, which can give some useful inspirations to researchers on magnetic leakage field testing.  相似文献
