镁合金具有优越的物理和机械性能,但其耐蚀和耐磨性能较差。采用热化学反应法在MB2镁合金表面制备纳米陶瓷涂层,并采用XRD分析其相结构,分别测试涂层的耐蚀性、耐磨性,试验结果表明:涂层中有新相生成,基体结合强度较高,耐磨和耐腐蚀性能优良。  相似文献

利用喷射成形与挤压工艺相结合的办法制备高铝锌合金,设计了正交试验方案,研究了固溶温度、固溶时间、时效温度、时效时间等工艺参数对高铝锌合金的抗拉强度、硬度、伸长率的影响,确定出最佳的热处理制度。结果表明,在此种工艺下制备的合金较传统铸造的合金具有更优异的性能。  相似文献

Nano-composite ceramic coating was fabricated on Q235 steel through thermo chemical reaction method. Structure of the coating was analyzed and the properties were tested. The results show that a few of new ceramic phases, such as MgAI2O4, ZnAI2O4, AI2SiO5, Ni3Fe and Fe3AI, are formed on the coating during the process of solidifying at 600 ℃. The ceramic coating is dense and the high bonding strength is obtained. The average bonding strength between the coating and matrix could be 14.22 MPa. The acid resistance of the coating increase by 8.8 times, the alkali resistance by 4.1 times, the salt resistance bv 10.3 times, and the wear resistance bv 2.39 times.  相似文献

Dislocation distribution functions of the edges of mode Ⅲ propagation crack subjected to three types of loads were studied by the methods of the theory of complex variable functions,by which,the problems researched were facilely transformed into Riemann-Hilbert problems and Keldysh-Sedov mixed boundary value problems. Analytical solutions of stresses,displacement and dynamic stress intensity factor were obtained by the measures of the theory of self-similar functions and corresponding differential and integral operation. In terms of the relationship between dislocation distribution functions and displacements,analytical solutions of dislocation distribution functions were obttained,and variational rules of dislocation distribution functions were depicted.  相似文献

采用热化学反应法在Q235钢上制备氧化铝基陶瓷涂层,对涂层进行结构分析及性能测试。结果表明,涂层在600℃固化产生了新陶瓷相;涂层较致密,与基体结合良好;大大提高了基体的耐蚀性和耐磨性。  相似文献

研究了水泥、蒙脱土(有机化和未有机化)和粉煤灰作为填料在环氧树脂胶粘剂涂层中的作用,讨论了不同填料对胶粘剂的耐蚀性能的影响。试验采用的腐蚀介质有自来水、氢氧化钠水溶液、氯化钠水溶液和盐酸溶液。试验结果表明加入有机化蒙脱土的环氧树脂胶粘剂,在无介质,强酸和强碱环境中,都具有较好的拉伸剪切强度。推荐了在不同介质条件下的胶粘剂的使用配方。  相似文献

We demonstrated in this paper a simple and easy method for the preparation of dendritic nickel crystals in an external magnetic field in boiling ethylene glycol (EG) solution. The structural features and morphology of the sample were investigated using powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The values of saturation magnetization (Ms) and coercivity (Hc) of the dendritic crystals characterized by using a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) are 170.3 emu g?1 and 50.7 Oe, respectively. It was clear that the external magnetic field was the most important factor for controlling the morphology of the product.  相似文献
