近年来,国内外科研工作者开发的连铸凝固末端重压下技术在改善连铸坯的疏松、偏析等方面取得了良好效果,但仍存在扇形段小辊径压下厚铸坯时,应变难以渗透到铸坯芯部、不利于中心疏松改善等不足。以高效率、低成本、低能耗获得高质量厚铸坯,并实现低压缩比轧制高质量厚规格产品,仍需要进一步探索。为了更加有效地解决厚铸坯连铸凝固过程产生的中心疏松及偏析问题,提出一种全新的宽厚板坯连铸大辊径大压下(BRHR)技术并研制了BRHR设备,在宽厚板坯连铸生产线上安装、调试并运行两年多,同时配套开发了宽厚板坯连铸工艺过程预测与控制系统、二冷水工艺优化控制技术。结果表明,开发的BRHR装备与技术有利于压下应变渗透到铸坯芯部,在连铸生产线上利用凝固末端或刚完全凝固(固相分数fs=1.0)形成的大于500 ℃或大于400 ℃的大梯度温度场实施大直径辊大压下,可以显著改善宽厚板坯中心缺陷。生产实践证明,采用BRHR装备与技术使厚度为400 mm的宽厚板连铸坯缩孔、疏松及偏析得到显著改善,结合轧制工艺优化以1.90~2.53的极低压缩比轧制生产出厚度为150~200 mm的高质量特厚板,这对低成本、短流程生产高质量特厚规格产品及节能减排意义重大。 相似文献

This paper evaluates the fatigue life properties of low carbon grey cast iron (EN-GJL-250), which is widely used for automotive brake discs. Although several authors have examined mechanical and fatigue properties at room temperatures, there has been a lack of such data regarding brake discs operating temperatures. The tension, compression and low cycle fatigue properties were examined at room temperature (RT) and at brake discs’ working temperatures: 500 °C, 600 °C and 700 °C. The microstructure of the material was documented and analysed. Tensile stress–strain curves, cyclic hardening/softening curves, stress–strain hysteresis loops, and fatigue life curves were obtained for all the above-mentioned temperatures. It was concluded, that Young’s modulus is comparable with both tension and compression, but yield its strength and ultimate strength are approximately twice as great in compression than in tension. All the mechanical properties remained quite stable until 500 °C, where at 700 °C all deteriorated drastically. During fatigue testing, the samples endured at 500 °C on average at around 50% of cycles at room temperature. Because CaSi core wire was not fed in external refining process for 26CrMo4S/2 steel making, it was found that the molar ratio of calcium versus alumina was very low and subsequently resulted in generation of much more non-metallic inclusions. Hence, it was reasonable to sugguest feeding appropriate amount of Ca core wire. Before the performance, the thermodynamic calculation had been carried out to obtain the theoretical amount of Ca wire to be fed. According to the practical data from steel plant and the thermodynamic data, it was calculated that only when 1.38 × 10–4[%Al]T2/3 ≥ [%Ca]T ≥ 4.97×10–5[%Al]T2/3 in molten steel the Al2O3 inclusions could be properly modified. 相似文献

冷轧高强集装箱板由于其屈服强度、成形性能及尺寸精度的要求,对冷轧轧制稳定性和板形控制提出极大挑战。针对某钢厂薄规格冷轧高强集装箱板生产过程存在的肋浪和边裂情况进行分析,采用试验方法研究了热轧带钢库区冷却过程对钢卷温度及性能均匀性的影响,利用数值模拟的方法研究了该钢种在UCM机型冷轧轧制过程中带材变形特征,揭示了带材浪形和边裂的并发机理,同时分析了不同工艺对带钢变形均匀性的影响规律。结合理论及仿真分析,提出了针对热卷性能均匀性及酸轧轧制稳定性的优化方案,改进后冷轧板形质量明显提高,带材边裂缺陷完全消除,冷轧高强集装箱板的轧制稳定性及产品质量均得到大幅提升。 相似文献

为研究回火温度对F/B结构钢力学性能的影响,利用力学性能测试、光学显微镜、透射电镜等方法,研究了回火温度对控轧+弛豫+控冷工艺生产的420 MPa级结构钢组织及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,回火过程中F/B钢两相比例未发生变化,随着回火温度的升高,M-A岛发生了分解且F晶粒长大;同时,钢板的屈服强度上升明显,但抗拉强度变化较小,由此带来屈强比由0.80升至0.88,为回火过程中组织的回复、F晶粒长大、析出以及位错的相互作用综合影响的结果。结合去应力目的及满足屈强比技术条件的要求,推荐的回火工艺为:(400±10) ℃, (2×厚度)min。 相似文献
